Yeah, I'm with . I think I'm missing something, because this seems less efficient to me. From my understanding, we used to randomly get the raffle tickets, which we could either directly sell, or just use to buy things from the forum shop. Now, we get a point, which buys the raffle ticket from the shop, which buys the other items in the shop. So now we've added another step. The raffle ticket becomes the middleman instead of just using it to directly buy things.

You don't need the ticket to buy things though. You need the points from redeeming the tickets, or randomly awarded from posting, the same as before. The ticket is in there if people want to sell the physical ticket instead of selling x points by buying the item to resell, and for use in TCs and things.

Is anyone else really confused by this? If you still have to buy and use raffle tickets why is there a need for forum points? To buy a raffle ticket in the forum shop you need to spend a raffle ticket? It seems very snake eating it's tail sort of thing. And the achievements seems really easy to get this way.

You don't need to buy a raffle ticket unless you plan on selling them in your shop. If you want to buy from the shop, you just buy spending the points that are accumulating there without you turning in tickets.

For the achievements, maybe it's better to count the points as raffle tickets. If you need to redeem 5 raffle tickets for an achievements, then you can get it by getting 5 points while posting.

Maybe it could be mentioned in the first post that the Use option was added back to raffle tickets and what it does, because I was expecting to get a point from mine, since people have been asking for that :l
