Has anyone looked into the Eon Ticket yet? Any thoughts on how difficult it will be to find? I wish they had released something cooler like this for the dual pack of the games. :)

x_x the whole streetpass thing with it I'm not keen on. The problem is unless your in a big city it's hard to catch people with it. -was lucky with the origonal ruby and saphire eon ticket-

The fact they are basicly haveing streetpass groups distibute it in the first place compared to Wi-Fi or Gamestop doesn't help either, this might be a event I miss out on completely.

Agreed, I live in a small town so I don't foresee it as being very obtainable for myself. It's pretty unfair of them to send it out that way because it really only targets the city players. I'll leave my ds on, who knows, maybe I'll get super lucky! ^^

x_x maybe I can get lucky and spot someone cloneing the item from that area, if it's not one of the new megastones. In the old eon ticket the Lati you catch there is holding a soul dew ( which powers up the Lati duo's attacks). Not sure if it's the same case here but you can't move items from older gen games to X and Y so that would be the biggest reason for me wanting the ticket. ( I can move my latis from the older gens and I'll be getting both games to technicly i'll have both megastones)

>_< not sure if there will be a new cloneing trick in OARS hence why I didn't mention on cloneing the megastone. I can't see why the soul dew can't be moved to X and Y though, it's a held item that's existed since 3rd gen.

The Eon Ticket streetpass thing bothered me at first, especially for people living in small towns. They will have a hard time getting a hold of one. I'm pretty lucky that I live in a college town and I happen to also work on the campus, so I don't think I'll have too hard of a time finding one. Hopefully. I just wish they wouldn't have done it this way.

Oh yeah I missed that Gengar... And I was just at game stop on Saturday but I didn't know about the Diancie ugh. And I saw part of that movie on TV. I miss everything :(

I don't think Emerald is part of it, which Emerald was my favourite so that makes me sad... Unless I hold out for an Emerald remake... Idk. Which one will have Rayquaza in it if there's no Emerald remake? Both games? Then I suppose it wouldn't matter which I got...

I have a feeling ORAS will have some bits of Emerald in there, much like how HG and SS had abit of Crystal's events in it ( Mainly Suicune)

Rayquaza was in the origonal Saphire and Ruby as well as Emerald, You just were able to get him earlyer in emerald and he was a bigger part of the storyline. Since Rayquazia apperently holds the key to mega evolutions in ORAS, it's likely it'll follow Emerald's trend in you haveing to visit him earlyer. ( even if that meens still catching him after groudon/kyoger.

As long as I can still get Rayquaza I'm content! I usually get a certain game based on which has the legendary I prefer. I suppose I'll get the one that has Groudon since it interests me more than Kyogre. :)

I couldn't pick so I just pre-ordered the dual pack. Probably a dumb move considering Black Friday might have a deal. Or Nintendo will do a similar deal like they did with X/Y. There was just no way I could wait even a day past release for them :)

Yeah I'm going to have to wait for some kind of deal since money's tight in my family right now...

In my old emerald I went with torchic but in oras I'm thinking about mudkip...

Probably Torchic on whichever I start first and Mudkip on the second. I always seem to have the best luck with a fire starter. It might just be superstition but I've been like that since the original games, have to stick with tradition.

I understand. Since I get pokemon based on their aesthetic, mega-swampert appeals to me so I want one this time. ^-^

If you have the time, I'd take the clones. I feel like I heard that you can only get all of the legends if you have the Eon Ticket..... which, living in the country, does not look like it will happen. Let me know, you of course don't have to create a hassle for yourself!

Ahh, the Eon Ticket... x.x I would love to get it, since I got it back then for my Sapphire, too... at a McDonald's distribution. (that and a bunch of Fanstuff, bags, pens, glowy stuff, buttons, I don't even remember, but i still have it) The thing is, i DO live in a big city, moved there recently so no job,..... So, even doing that, I don't get around much and only meet as much as maybe 2-10 people per MONTH. so, it's gonna be challenging to me as well XD x.x Really doN#t wanna travel to the main station or shopping malls every day, the only places where I actually find people.. Do you guys know if there's really only 15 being given out in the UK?

oh really. :o Maybe I could clone the ones that you would for sure not be able to get without the ticket. XD Im sure like Registeel and kyogre can get gotten without the ticket. I'll see what I can do this week though :)
