Yeah, I expect to. I took those pics...my boyfriend is way better with a camera, so he'll be taking the real ones. I still haven't decided how to "pose" them, lying flat means that I won't have to worry about them falling off the garland, they don't glue very well :(, but if I could get them hung on a tree they might look way better. I still have a couple of days, so I'll see what works.

That part is easy, just some tape in the back, no problem there.

Its attaching the ribbon to the plastic garland that's the problem. I tried just tying them on by making a bow, but it just looked messy and distracting. Then I tried making bows, so I could hide tape behind the bows, but I just couldn't make the bows work out well, they ended up looking all snarled and cocked sideways. I finally tried just gluing the ribbon to the back of the garland with a hot glue gun and that worked okay, but its very, very fragile. The glue sticks okay, but only if I do it very, very fast and the ribbons tend to end up a little to one side or the other. If I do it slow enough to make sure the ribbons hang straight down, then the glue doesn't want to stick anymore.

LOL I'm not a very "crafty" person.

Can I get something like that at a big box store like Walmart or Target? Or do I have to go to a craft store?

Those are awesome! And you should be able to get tacky glue anywhere. Its what mine are put together with also.

That's how little of a craft person I am...I have no idea about things like glue. I know elmer's and superglue and that's about it!

I have 2 "Nana can I have some glue for this" little artists who are constantly experimenting with beads sequins embroidery thread and anything else they find in the back room and Elmer's just can't do the job like tacky glue can lol. And if tacky glue starts to dry out add a bit of water and it's brand new xD

oh that's a good tip. I'm sure I have some of those somewhere.

EDIT: and Georgie I've been trying to think of something at least a little clever for my description what do you think of this: "This year why not wrap your tree in a hug of subeta pets with this sparkly garland."

When it spins forever like that, I usually stop the page loading, copy my text, then reload the page to see if it went through. If it did, fine, if it didn't I paste the text and try again.

Well I finally did my ornament. :P Even though has been telling me over and over to do it this week I kept procrastinating. It's a little blurry and I'm fine with that. I should have started earlier and did a better painting job.

I'm hopeless with photography. My boyfriend and I have been taking pictures all day long and haven't managed to produce a useable picture yet. Not even one I can Photoshop into usability :(

The pictures are awful. Don't do it justice. But I'm giving up. I've been at this all day and even if I try until the deadline I don't think I'm going to get anything better.
