I don't know.. I'd find it hard to go past the waste of food if I couldn't eat it all, get them to help eat it.. This time is ok, since it is quite a while since they have had any pumpkin..

Congrats on the scurry achievement! I've been picking in section 2 for...well every since I heard that's where it was. I have minion nip on, but haven't gotten lucky yet.

ooooo plot items! I'd rather have a new game, but battle would be okay too. I just hate that they won't unlock what the scrolls do until after the event. I understand its so we can't use them against the current opponents, but I still want to know what they DO!

Wasting pumpkins....I agree as a general thing that we shouldn't waste food, but I think my definition of waste is different from others. If carving pumpkins was something I liked doing, I wouldn't consider it a waste to toss out the actual pumpkin guts and just use the shell. As it is I hate pumpkin, but I love pumpkin seeds. At the end of the halloween season, pumpkins sell for really cheap, so I might buy a couple to roast the seeds and not use any other part of it. I don't consider it a waste, especially since I know once the sale is over, any leftovers will be tossed anyway.

I completely agree with you on the waste aspect of pumpkins. I think it is totally find to buy and use them solely for decorative/entertainment purposes. Of course, that is all I have done with them all my life. But I understand too cause I know that is how she is. (:

Ya know, when I was a kid trick or treating for real, these were not my favourite item to get....now I hate them even more because for every one I get it means I don't get a new item!

I had some last week! The one and only grocery on this town had some homemade ones. They were plump and yummy!
