28 hrs isn't so bad. It would only take me 7 days to travel that distance.

It is a program, yes. Women or men, kids even. It has been around 60 years but they don't advertise like weight watchers so I guess they are not as well know. They don't have food and all that stuff, more of a support system. IDk, I have to do something to hold myself accountable. Things have gone downhill since I moved.

Japanese food is really good. I can't stand the smell of Chinese food, but love Japanese food. :) Steak, chicken, mushrooms, and of course fried rice with vegetables. No onions. :)
