I impulsively created seven pets earlier. Can't pronounce half their names, but I've got a good idea of what I'd like to do with them. I think I'll hold off on doing anything for a couple of days just in case I change my mind and lose interest. But tentatively excited to work on them.

And I really, really need to get on an actual computer so I can mess with pet order/order TC's/fix my freaking profile. :-/

I've never made anything resembling a story for any of my pets... Almost six years later! I've really slowly tried to endeavor towards the gourmand achievement (REALLY slowly) and I try to consume books... I've thrown my pets in training a few times... But honestly, most of the past few years, my pets have just sat there being cute. Unfed, with zero skills, and cute. XD

I know that feeling, I get so split-focused when working on pets, particularly when assembling TCs for them. Also, I love your idea for Woolly the book-worm, so cute!

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who did that for so long, it literally wasn't until this year that I've actually started making profiles and attempting stories for some of my pets. I still, however, tend to fall on bad habits of making a profile and then just leaving it with the "Story goes here" placeholder text rather than putting in an actual story XD

Sorry it took so long to reply but I've only just now made up my mind, to make one character with a pet totem. At the moment I have two characters that I want to make, one this year and one next year. Originally I was going to make the one pet first but I'm deciding on the other.

The one I'm making now is going to be a shark character with an island themed TC, but I'm still waiting until a certain day to make him- June 8th! So on June 8th expect to see me bragging about his existence xD (I'm currently dressed as him with my HA)

It started with a single taste. Well, a munch really. I’ll leave the semantics to someone more knowledgeable but I became a self-proclaimed book worm after that very first nibble.

A couple days ago my mum left me and my 41 siblings in an abandoned manor with an impressive library. On the pages of a moldy leather bound Encyclopaedia Britannica, I hatched and took that fated bite. The thick paper tasted like brittle dust, hints of jasmine, concentrated after decades of blossoms, and enlightenment. I consumed the written word and learned much of the world I was born into. The history of exotic Egypt and hieroglyphics, the inner workings of clocks and cogs, the current practices and theory of musick. The fat volume I feasted on last but two days before I had to seek more sustenance.

Oh wow, that's fantastic, a great start to his story. I must say, you've got quite a knack for story writing, much more so than me XD.

But anyway, keep up the good work!

Hello! I am a very, very very lazy person who`s interested in working on a pet of mine and complete it, and have no idea what to do.

If anyone would like to help, its my fanpet Carver Hawke from Dragon age 2! Mainly, iam looking for help on what colour he's to be and any other kind of pointers that would help me on this adventure haahhah. already gave me a lot of help with tc items, but any other ideas would be good..

I would be appreciative if someone knows any good profile artists and overlay artists with low enough prices for a person like me ;v;,,,,

Honestly I don't even want to do anything with my pets. What's wrong with them now? Why do they have to have a story? Most of them are tribute pets anyway. You either know their story and don't need me to tell it, or it wouldn't mean anything to you. I'm perfectly happy just giving them a makeover every now and then and splurging on them in other ways. I do have enough Cash/SP to invest in a good profile or two. Just doesn't seem worth it, IMO. Lazy all the way.

Can I just say, that story bit for Woolly sounds absolutely adorable. ♥ I look forward to reading the finished piece.

Honestly, I was the same (and I think many others were too). I didn't start giving my pets characters and such until a few years ago. Until then basically all my pets had names that probably didn't mean anything to anyone but me. Most of them named after a characters from a book series. x)

Anyway, we each have our own way of cherishing our pets. Be it by writing them a story, stuffing their tc's full of items or just overall caring for them.

Haven't gotten a lot done on my pets recently. At all. I've been wanting to write, but no inspiration and a general attitude of laziness has kept me from it. xD However I have kept my character notebook a bit closer these past few days and have actually written in it. Go me.

I kinda regret making fnaf fanpet now >u> the fucked up fandom ruined the game for me but on the other hand, I started writing story for Jessamine C: YAY PROGRESS

Crazy fandoms can spoil just about anything. Best thing would be to just ignore them (and stick to your own headcanons). D: Don't let them ruin something you enjoy.

Good job on story writng though. :o That's my goal for now. Just to write something. Even if it's just a couple of notes every few days.

I know the feeling. Writing is hard. And having english as a second language doesn't help. Although if trying to think of a translation is keeping you stuck you could just write the czech version and then come back to it later. :)

Czech language is weird and difficult ._. I can't translate most of stuff properly/ at all because then it won't make any sense, so it's easier to write straight in english and then rewrite the whole story 24153 times until I'm happy with it. And also I suck at writing xD

Not knowing even a tiny ounce of czech I'll take your word for it. But whatever works for you. :)

I just know sometimes it works for me to write a word or sentence down in danish if that's the only way I can phrase it correctly (without checking dictionaries and all). Although I usually don't have to. I think in english way too often. x)

most of my stories are written in two languages at the same time until I finally decide to rewrite them xD

Thank you btw for the compliment! I am hopeful that one of the artists I have commissioned for his overlay actually does the artwork. It is amazing how many people just up and go ploof...frustrating to no end.

My problem is naming the 'characters' I've been working on. I have a possible pet name for one out of three. xD I do have two pets already without characters stuck to them but their names just don't fit. So I'd have to actually name my new oc's first.

Ahh that sucks. Especially if it's someone you were really counting on to make the perfect piece for a specific character. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. :)

Not terribly familiar with dragon age but according to his wiki page he is quite prideful so I think he'd make a good reborn pet! I bet the reborn Tigrean is going to get redone at some point so that is something worth bearing in mind if you want to keep him as one, but other reborn pets that might suit him are the Jollin, Escalade, Keeto or Rreign.

Things have been a bit quiet for me pet wise lately but I snagged myself a new name for a pet (I grabbed Quaoar, for a space prince character) and I've also spent some time rearranging Koholint's treasure chest. I've been procrastinating a bit because I have so many things to put into treasure chests (so much time and fake money, sigh)
