I hate it when that happens! It once took me a whole year to read a book, because I kept getting to really boring plot parts, so every time I picked up it, I was reading the same sentence like "Ugh, now I remember why I stopped!"

Basically what probabilistic said XD I didn't log on at the time, but afterwards I was super curious to see if my accounts were still intact lol.

- Neopocalypse! I swear, those users don't know how to behave if a filter goes down. I go there to do dailies when I remember, but then go for long stretches without logging in. I really need to do something with the pets on my side accounts. Adopt them out or something. I mean, I never play so why shouldn't someone else enjoy them?

And OMG, the Altador Cup prizes SUCK. They're awful.

Yeah, the prizes this year are a little... uninspired. I was so surprised to see a Faerie Eyrie MP among the cheaper prizes... turns out they're only like 11k. I handpainted my Eyrie with a dang Faerie pb when they were still 3m. These young whippersnappers don't know how good they have it! shakes cane

I laughed at that Altador BK background for 1000 points too.

I really need to figure out which of my pets I'm going to get rid of before August when my premium runs out...

I literally hadn't logged in since I got my Subeta account! I kinda missed my Bori if I'm honest...I wish I could bring them here! I still never got my Ice Bori... I was thinking about adopting out a few of my side-account pets that I never did anything with, but the Pound Chat board is so horrid sometimes. I think the last time I took part in the cup was the year they changed the settings and players got really mad? I remember trying to rack up points with Slushie Slinger...

Do they seriously take away your pet when your premium runs out??? Wow. That's really sad.

They force you to choose one of your pets to put in the pound... I can't remember what happens if you don't choose one, it might be that it doesn't let you advance beyond that page until you choose. I'm not sure, I've never quit premium before. But they do, at least, keep your pet out of the actual pound for... 60 days? 90 days? I can't remember... hoping you'll come back.

That's really sad! And also kinda mean haha. I know as adult we can bear to part with pixels, but if you're a kid it can be heartbreaking XD

I think the thing that bums me out the most is that I can no longer access my account. I had 4 pets, Lupe, Gelert, Bori, and Zafara. I worked so hard for their colors and even had a premium account for a while (although when I did, I didn't have to give up a pet when I cancelled it). I recreated one here as a Kumos, but have yet to find the right pets to recreate the others.

Anyone turn gray yet? I'm super excited for this. I hope it's not like neo "site-events" where it's almost like a miniplot but not quite.

- I got the Random Event yesterday afternoon, but I'm still colored. Maybe a tiny bit grayer...? I can't tell, but I'm not fully gray. Subeta plots are a lot different than Neo plots in that they usually span for a few weeks, regardless of the number of plot steps. The bad part for me is that I'll be on holiday starting Wednesday and will have dodgy internet connections. Meh. I really hope that I can participate.

I haven't yet. I'm so annoyed. I even changed my HA to have more colors lol. My previous one was wearing all black, had black hair and was on a purply-gray background. XD

Just got the event!

Yay! I finally turned gray!

I finally got the random event, but for now I still seem to have all my color.

. It took a good 24 hours for my avatar to turn gray.

Ohhh, man. I had no idea. Are people still losing bits of color slowly, or does it happen all at once?

Yay for you guys! I like the gradual change.

I still haven't gotten the RE! ): I did a bunch of quests and restocking too.

- Slowly at first. I thought I noticed a color fade, and then it sped up. Gray took a full 24 hours. Apparently, there's some color reversal that happens later on. I'm eager to see the purple of my background fade to green. Just hang in there and keep doing quests. You'll get it.

I just this second got the RE doing weekend quests :D I'm excited for possible plot!

I wonder if this is a stand-alone plot or if it will lead into one of the yearly ones.... I can't remember when Masquerade usually falls...

Masquerade is sometime in... the early spring, I think. Between Luminaire and Vesnali. So I think this one is a standalone plot.
