First of all, I'm so super thrilled that this actually came to be! I'm really glad you guys agreed this area needed some TLC, and this was a perfect time for it. I completely appreciate the work put into it, especially with so much going on this week - I'm sure isn't the only one that's sleep deprived! I can't wait to see new additions (i particularly love the pet to HA scale, who knew Lains were so TINY now I want moar), and I hope the enthusiasm for the project continues! Go get some sleep, ladies ❤
because this really has nothing to do with lore, but still needs addressing
sometimes responses like that tend to come off sarcastic/annoyed, especially if there's no other context. Like, "god, I already addressed this in the live chat /eyeroll :)" okay, but I know I personally missed the livechat, no transcript available that I'm aware of (which btw if anyone has one, PLS hmu) Even the way you replied to my post, "ugh I don't post, I'm ignoring it, and if I do it's rudely" well.. I know you know you have a history of coming off this way, so.. maybe it's something to keep working on, that's all. () To be really specific, I would have liked to see a reiteration of what was said, but if "we're working on it!" was it, ehh. That's something we tend to hear a lot of around here.
As I said above, I'm generally pretty thrilled with the day's event, I think it's needed, especially if new users are a priority. Subeta is a great next step for people growing out of Neopets, but who still love pet sites. There's no reason for it to not succeed, but if reasonable feedback is met with snark from the owner (and in both posts made in the thread by you of all people), well.. that in and of itself is discouraging. :( sorry for the long response, but it's been something I've been noticing (on tumblr especially) and it's off putting, particularly from you.
