After discussing with my house and triple reading the clue I've determined that as long as we don't reveal the location of the snitch then we are permitted to inform the other houses that it's been located. Following that, go because we've located the snitch :)

You are welcome to use the solution I did. If one of you knows how to set up IRC chat (it's really not all that difficult) then they should do that.

I used this site to "design" what the chat window will look like. I didn't mess with most of the settings. When you're done, click the "Generate your Flash Code" button and it should give you a link.
For your "short name", you should do your house name, and for the chatrooms, you could do something like . I couldn't think of a shorter name, but if you can, feel free to use it.
I hope I explained everything clearly.

I'd rather not given how wonky ping groups might be. ;l Plus individual forum mentions are now separated from group ones, so it should technically be better to individually ping everyone involved. :)

Just letting you know that I am not ignoring this ! But I have to test it/read about it on my computer at home, which is a bit limited as of right now due to work. I just got home, it's past 2am, and I have an early start tomorrow. So I promise to read/etc about it ASAP !
