My childhood consisted almost entirely of The Simpsons and, when they came along, Nancy Drew games.

Does anyone else remember watching Cyber chase? I absolutely loved it.
I used to watch cheese tv which had three cartoons on in the morning, mostly pokemon, DBZ, Cardcaptor Sakura, Hamtaro, Tokyo Mew mew, Digimon, One piece, rugrats (I loved that first movie), and Yu-gi-oh (I remember GX being my favorite).
I was a massive lover of scooby doo, the old one and 'what's new Scooby doo' (which was the newest one at the time). I think on Saturdays I watched super robot monkey team hyper force go! And something involving a raindrop and a fire monkey (possibly master raindrop?? Or something similar anyway).
And Class of the titans!!! I was probably in my early teens then though, but I remember it started my love of mythology.
The best I think is when I went to re-watch in Japanese (english subbed), that there was something new to experience (GX had another season, key plot devices in TMM were completely missed in the english version, and other things like that), which was great.
I'm a child of the 70's and a teenager of the 80's. Feel very fortunate to have had my teenager years in the 80's. Remember a lot of it and if my Parent's would of been not so crazy it would have been fantastic.

I'm in my late 20s, so Pokemon and classic Nickelodeon shows--Rugrats, Pete and Pete, Hey Arnold, etc--are my main nostalgia fuel. Oh my gosh, Disney Adventures magazine...I hadn't thought of that until I saw it mentioned here but that's a huge one! That's the thing that made me start reading comics, back when they serialized Bone by Jeff Smith. And Star Wars is a life-long love, of course.
Any kind of girly collectible gives me nostalgia feels too, though. I used to collect these little dolls called Crystal Princesses. I blame them for my lifelong magical girl obsession.

The morning shows on Nickelodeon and the Disney Channel from 2000-2001 all bring back a lot of nostalgia for me. A lot of them were geared towards kids younger than me but my dad took control of the TV in the late afternoon and evening so they were the only cartoons I really ended up seeing.
Xiaolin Showdown, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Hey Arnold!, Jake Long: American Dragon, Fairly Odd Parents & Danny Phantom for cartoons. Cardcaptor Sakura, Naruto & D.N.Angel for anime & manga. I still go back to them from time to time for a lil bit of nostalgia :)
Lol like literally everything on Nick, Disney, Cartoon Network and all that
Mostly Digimon, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Hey Arnold, Nintendo 64 (Starfox 64 + Smash Bros), Gamecube (Spyro, Smash Bros, Sonic, Starfox) ... ah yes.
Also like a lot of online games on Disney.com and Nick.com lolz.

growing up i really liked the magic treehouse books, but in 4th grade i found out there was such thing as Goosebumps: Reader Beware, You Choose The Scare! and i've been obsessed with macabre and customized adventure. my favorite games to the day are visual novel horror and survival horror overall, but my favorite games are more like traveling worlds/a map and collecting shiny things (like spyro and saints row iv)
I grew up in the 80s and 90s so I grew up on Fraggle Rock Mr. Dressup Sesame Street Friendly Green Giant Fred Penner Sharon, Lois and bram The Muppets Show Astro Boy Speed Racer Golden Girls Murder, She Wrote Labyrinth or any Hensen production
I didn't play video games a whole lot only when i visited my Brother and his Girlfriend but when i did, I remember play Super Mario Brothers 1, 2, and 3

My childhood was solely cartoon network, barbecue chips, playing with neighbor kids, and tamagotchis. :p

Wow... my childhood favorites were/are Spyro, Hamtaro, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Naruto, Kiki's Delivery Service, Teen Titans, Powerpuff Girls, Code Lyoko, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Goosebumps, Harry Potter, InuYasha, Invader Zim, Xiaolin Showdown, Neopets, Shounen Jump, Sakura Wars, any and all of the manga at the library, and watching a lot of WB Kids because it was always on when I was out of school. I feel like there's a ton of stuff I'm missing, too
Where to even start? I was born in the mid-80s so I grew up with a mix of 80s/90s cartoons but it's the 90s I remember best. I do remember loving both Thundercats and My Little Pony from the 80s...oh and The Wuzzles! They were so weird/cute. XD Lets see, some of my favorites...
TV: TaleSpin (yes that's where my username comes from), Tiny Toon Adventures, Animaniacs, The Legend of White Fang, Goof Troop, Rescue Rangers, Gargoyles, Aladdin the Series, Pokemon, Ren and Stimpy, Invader Zim, Capitol Critters, Jungle Cubs...mostly cartoons but there was also Are You Afraid of the Dark and Dark Shadows (this was an exception, the show was from 1966 but aired on SciFi channel in the 90s, I loved it)
Movies: The Lion King (still my favorite movie), Balto, Oliver and Company, All Dogs Go to Heaven, Homeward Bound, Journey of Natty Gann, Milo and Otis, The Land Before Time, Secret of NIMH, Ferngully, Hocus Pocus, Nightmare Before Christmas, Free Willy, Labyrinth, White Fang, Bingo, Return of Jafar (actually liked this one more than the original Aladdin, go figure)
Games/Toys: I remember my old bulky gameboy so well! It was years before I had a gameboy color so most of my childhood was spent playing in black and white. My favorite game was The Lion King, naturally...and then Pokemon came along and a lifelong obsession started. I also had SO MANY gigapets, oh jeez. My favorites were Salem the Cat and Digital Doggie. As for toys I collected (and still collect) everything Lion King and also every dog and wolf figurine/plushie I could get. I had beanie babies too...didn't every 90s kid? XD
Animorphs was a HUGE HUGE HUGE part of my childhood.
Dune (movie) was also a part of it. I now have the movie on blu-ray and I could watch it on repeatXD
