Trying to check my Subeta Event memory... Pandemic soon, and then Masquerade? I always get giddy excited for the big events. Hope they're awesome this year. ;)

I can't believe we are almost onto another Pandemic. :o I've haven't paid that much attention to it for some years now. Staff has to have strains again this year or there is going to be complaining again. Specially since we have the unlockable bases now. I wonder if that means we would be able to "catch them all" instead of being stuck with what we get.

Not that I would ever use any of the bases except for the Freckle Fever when I need something from the Den. I haven't been impressed with the Lace or Flame ones. And facing it, I've been tired of special bases for some time. lol Four years of dealing with it.

Very well here. Busy with work, family and wedding stuff.

Im so excited for the big holidays! Hopefully I will actually have some time to enjoy them this year. We are down a key holder at work, which means extra hours woot but a lot more close shifts which I hate.

I feel like I don't even know how stuff works on Subeta, anymore. The wardrobe has turned into a nightmare for me. Used to be my favorite thing, but I can't seem to find anything with the beta version. I haven't even read up on the un-lockable skins/bases, yet. Eventually. :) I'm figuring it out... But slowly.

Glad things are good. Work is crazy for me, too. I haven't had a day off since I started the new gig September 1st. Sometimes it's only for a couple hours a day, but still. Eventually I'm going to need a day that I don't HAVE to go into the office. Ah, well. I can hang for a bit longer. ;)

Thats crazy. I would probably hurt someone if I had to work that much. The last time they had me work 7 days in a row I started to lose it. I wouldn't mind if I could just do stuff around the store but its the customers get angry at me for stuff I can do nothing about that makes it hard to be there that much.

Nothing sucks as bad as working with the public. (Although, sometimes it's nice, too.) I'm "in charge" of the pub, now, and it's driving me bonkers, but I'm enjoying it, as well. I'm actually having more staff issues then patron issues at the moment. Just little things, but everything IS "starting to get to me."

I guess, just like in a relationship, the little stuff starts piling up and suddenly it's not so little when there's a ton of it, ya know?

Or maybe I'm just sleep deprived and crazy. That's a very real possibility. Hurting somebody has crossed my mind a few times. lol

I get like that a lot. One, two, three etc. things don't bother me. Then all of a sudden one thing tips the scale and all of it is driving me crazy and I lose it for a few minutes. I hate taking over as manager and having staff issues. I took over being manager of a store years ago and half the staff had been fired before I started, so I had to train new staff (when I only just started working there) and then the old staff didn't want to listen because they had been there longer. I spent a lot of nights crying because it was just too much crap all at once.

That does NOT sound fun. At all. I'm sorry you had to deal with that noise. Yuck.

At least in my new job I am slowing taking on different responsibilities. So much easier that way. I would never take over another store blind like that again. Not worth the hassle. Have you had a day off yet?

I got one of the new strains. It will be interesting to see what happens with all the stuff. We are in the middle of a crazy blizzard, the winds outside are so loud. Nice evening to stay inside and kiss strangers on the internet, lol.

I went for Boobitis. I was one of the original zombies who got it from the random event. None of the others even interest me enough to go for them. Boobitis or go home. lol

It's way too cold outside here. The blizzard hit us yesterday. Which was lovely as my mom and I got lulled into thinking it had quit snowing so we headed off to shop. Yeah. White out conditions as we left. The shops are on top of a hill and we live 7 miles away down in a valley. Made it home fine even though it took over an hour. Top speed, 15 mph. Couldn't find the exit onto the interstate, luckily I could see just enough to point out that we hadn't gone past the gas station yet so there were two more stop lights. Saw two cars spin out as they were trying to go up the hill. The police were in places not letting anyone onto the interstate.

I need to get the photos I took off my mom's phone. There's one I took of the Cabela's. At least I think Cabela's is there. All you can see is one of the light posts and just barely at that. I would say the building is around 200 yards from the road.

We have snow piled up at our door about 4-5 feet deep. The drifts are almost to our living room window and we live in a split level. Our plows have been off the road since yesterday afternoon, they still went by here a couple of times during the day just to keep an emergency way cleared since we are on a highway. People have been told to stay inside, which normally people don't pay attention to, but we haven't seen a vehicle since yesterday at 11. Looks like today is going to be a wedding planning day since I have my fiance trapped in the house mwahahahahah

We lucked out and got around 3-4 inches. It's just now bitterly cold so nothing is melting.

He chose to shovel out the 8 foot high snow drift instead, lol. Now to start the bacon corn chowder and use that as a bribe :)

lmao That's a way to get him to shovel the snow I guess. Hopefully the saying that the fastest way to a man's heart is through is stomach is true and he'll fall for the bribe.

I still say that's is actually through his chest, but that could be one reason I'm single... XD

I used cooking and being a nerd to get mine. And since those things come fairly naturally, it wasn't any extra effort on my part.

I was thinking if I was just being myself I'd probably end up in jail. lmao Well that and putting all guys in the friend zone.

Ugh, I think I'm coming down with something. My throat just started to feel sore. Might explain why yesterday I felt blah all day. And I was just telling my mom that I better not catch her cold from hell.
