Ooc: Ugh. Flooded.

Bic: Jasper led Sonia towards the alleyway where the girl had just vanished. She was Stupid, as were most of her kind were. Fools they were, To Believe that they were "Top of the Food Chain" Fools they Were, To Believe that they could rise above all. All These Things Enraged Jasper. He wished that he Could take out the whole lot of them. Show Them that Death was to be Feared, but Life was to be feared more. In the Midst of a Vampire, they should have all stayed home, doors locked and windows shut. Instead they went about, having a jolly old time, drinking, watching "shows." Just Disgusting was this Generation of humans. Filth.

As soon as he came back to future time, he realized that they were already very close to the girl, who had drove herself towards a secluded, dead end. He made no attempt to remain hidden now. For her Screams and Crys would do her no good. Unless Sonia Decided To Let her Live. "Ladies First" he announced. Knowing that if he went first, she would surely die before Sonia even got a turn.

Sonia smiled at Jasper and nodded. Walking ahead of him, she offered the girl her hand and flashed her fake smile. The girls face showed relief and she sounded nervous. "Thank you. Oh god thank you." The girl said with a hint of fear.

Sonia took her hand and held on. "No. God has nothing to do with this." With that, Sonia latched on to the girls wrist and wouldn't let go. Moments later she let go and the girl stumbled back and fell on the ground crying. Blood dripped down Sonia's chin as she looked back at Jasper. "I'm done my friend."

Viviane raised an eyebrow at Lae. She gestured to the two seats next to her, trying to be polite for both him and Si. When he said that he had never been much of a poet, she just smiled a bit. "Some of my poems rhyme, some of them don't. Whichever works better for whatever I am writing about is what I go with. At times, extended metaphors works best to convey what I'm trying to get the readers to comprehend, to feel,'' she said with a slight dismissive wave. "Yes, I write often. That's why I always carry around a notebook and at least a couple of pencils. I have a tendency of breaking them,'' she said with a slight giggle.

Her eyes scanned the place again. Another poem came to her and she took out a pencil. She then began to scribble down the poem, stopping every now and then to think about what to put next. Her handwriting wasn't the neatest, but it wasn't that bad either. Most people could read it fine, and the ones that couldn't didn't have that much trouble with it. So she was fine with her handwriting. Once she was done writing it down, she put her pencil away and closed her notebook.

Lae shrugged at her comment on 'some of them don't rhyme'. "Still like stories better," he said flatly. "And I'm kinda with you on the pencil thing; I always carry a pen with me. Never a notebook, though; too cumbersome." He was about to say more, but paused once he saw her start scribbling something down. Tilting his head slightly, he watched her curiously for a moment until she closed her notebook. "Let me guess---another poem?" he grinned.

Jasper Smiled Warmly in Sonia's Direction. The Blood Running down her Chin was Cute. Yes, Cute. He Calmly stepped forward, redirecting his gaze towards the young women on the ground. Instantly his face Changed, turning into a cold Scowl. Normally he would have just snapped her neck. But He wanted her to go knowing that her race was worthless before anything. If it wasnt for his natural respect for women, he might have been a little more rough, But instead he was a bit more gentle. He picked her up, hand firmly around her neck, before saying softly into her ear, "Nothing Personal, Love. Its just the fact that Your Human. And That in itself is a Shame." He Slowly latched on around her neck, making sure that he wouldnt have to hold her down in order to get the meal that he needed.

A Few moments passed before the girls struggling body went limp. She hung from his mouth, only supported by her neck where he was attached and by the arms were he was holding her up. A Few more moments of sucking her clean and he let her body fall lifeless to the stone pavement. Instead of acting with mannors he wiped the blood away with his arm, smiling slightly as he turned back to Sonia. "Shall we leave her to the rats? Or Move her body Someplace else?" He asked the question well aware that she probably hadnt had to do anything with a body very many times. But Still, It was a decision that he was unsure of.

Sonia had wiped the blood off of her chin with her hand and then wiped it on her pants. They were dark enough to hide it. Sonia had been licking her lips when Jasper turned around. She looked down at the body and frowned. "You really want to risk carrying her out of here? I say leave her here. Someone will find her in the morning."

"Poor girl." The copper taste of blood was still her in mouth. Looking down, Sonia realized that blood had dripped onto her white shirt. "Shit. You've got to be kidding.... But. I have to admit, Jasper. That was better than feeding from a drunken fool."

Viviane smirked at Lae's comment about liking stories better. She pulled out another notebook from one of her many trench coat pockets. "Short stories are stored here,'' she said with a small laugh. Then she pulled out another one. "My story, or novel if you really feel like calling it that, is stored in here,'' she smiled. She put all of her notebooks away. When he said the comment about notebooks, she just shrugged. "Notebooks work for me. These ones aren't too big, and they fit in the pockets of my trench coat. So, they work. Since the pockets I store them in are inside pockets, they don't really get wet when it rains either. In any case, I copy them down onto my laptop at home, just in case,'' she smirked at him.

Looking at him, she just nodded when he asked if she had written down another poem. "Yeah, if something comes to me, I try to write a poem or whatever before it goes away. Speaking of which,'' she said and took out her short story notebook. "Have to add something to it,'' she supplied before she started scribbling down something. Her eyes were always a bit brighter when she wrote since it was something she loved to do. Since she had her head bent, her eyes could be faintly seen behind her sunglasses as she wrote still.

Jasper Smirked and Nodded. It was to Be Expected that Something like that Was More Delicious. Her Blood had Risen in the last Moments of life, so it made it more kind on the throat. Having noticed her annoyance with the blood stain he removed his black coat and handed it to her. "From one Friend to another" he said softly, knowing that the blood could pose a problem if anybody saw it. Although The People in this town were probably all too drunk to really notice anything.

"I Am Sorry that I Killed her, M'lady. But I Dont have the kind of Self Control that you have obtained" He Admitted Sheepishly. It seemed to him pathetic that he couldnt control himself as she Could. But he quickly dismissed the thought, finding it rather stupid and silly of him.

Caine nodded, listening carefully to Seiren, something he rarely did. Not many friends? He found that hard to believe. "Well, it tastes a bit like... licorice, I suppose. And it smells delightful. It's strong, but it's nice if you only have a little." He smiled. His love of Absinthe had began sometime in the early Victorian Era, around the same as his love of opium. Unfortunately, the latter was still illegal.
"Well, let's introduce you to The Green Faery. I think you'll like it quite a lot."
He led the girl down a cross street to a pirate-themed absinthe bar, dimly lit and full of drunken mortals watching some pointless and classless sporting event. The air smelled so thickly of smoke and alcohol that it completely covered the scent of humans. He sidled up to the bar and got the bartender's attention. "Two absinthes, please," he requested.

Sonia looked at the coat and smiled. "Thank you. I'm not used to getting blood on myself like this. It's a pleasant change." She put the coat on and laughed at the siza difference.

"It's alright. I haven't met to many others that could stop. I guess it's my....emotions...that keep me from killing. I don't like watching the life leave a person when I'm the one doing it." Sonia crossed her arms and looked at her feet. "Stupid human emotions."

Jasper nodded, listening intently to her words. Stupid Human Emotions Indeed. That was One thing He would have rather left completely behind. And Although mostly he could keep them forced down, sometimes, he would feel them rushing up again. Coming upon him like some dark force. He Took a step towards her, only one before looking a bit past her too see what was going on beyond where they stood. This side of town was relatively quiet. Unlike most of the city.

A Gush of wind blew past the both of them and he took in her scent a bit more Clearly. "Absolutely Intoxicating" His words were more of a quiet thought spoken aloud. It was obvious that he wasnt addressing her directly. He began to walk towards the opening of the alley, striding past her in merely a few steps. "Have you been Here long?" He Began, trying to Find out a little more about this....well, stranger.

Sonia watched him walk past her. "What?" "Absolutely Intoxicating? Are you serious?" "Oh. I was born here. I move alot so I've only been back in town for a few weeks. All this time I've never actually stayed in this part of town this long before. And what about you?"

Sonia turned and caught up to Jasper. "I may have to start hunting here instead of nightclubs. Although...I love to dance. Hmm." She fished the last cigarette out of the pack and threw the pack on the ground. Lighting up, she winked at a man who walked past the alley.

Caine thought for a moment. "Black. But it doesn't taste strongly like it. There's also a hint of lemon and sugar to it. It's really quite lovely."
Two plastic cups were given to them filled with already prepared green liquor. Sugar cubes saturated with the alcohol. Caine passed one cups to Seiren and then took a sip from his own, savoring the taste. Human food was such a rare treat. "Drink slowly," he told Seiren. "It will steal you awal quickly. Now let's get you out of this smoke."
Open containers of alcohol were legal and common on the streets of the French Quarter. He didn't want his sweet companion in such a miserable environment any longer than she had to be.

"Smokings A Nasty Habit..." he said jokingly, trying to think of what his life had been like. He was like most vampires, a lonely soul, or souless, walking amongst the world, staying in one place for not to long. "I Only moved here a year or so ago..." he paused taking an unescessary breath before continuing on "..I took up my abode upon that hill, just beyond the last tree" His arm jutted out in the general direction of his house. It was past sight, so it wasnt really important for her to see. "But I believe that I will be moving away shortly. Its not good if the people in the place you call 'home' begin to suspect your true identity.

After speaking these last words they were already back in town. Before them stood a small bar with the sign "The Green Faery" marking its entrance. Another Vampires scent was strong on the place, Meaning either that he was here, or just left. "Shall we Go have a Chat With Him?" He Knew Sonia would know what he meant, being able herself to catch his scent. It was the one that Jasper had smelt before.

Sonia laughed and took another hit from the cigarette. "Oh really? What's it going to do? Kill me? I probably will be too. I don't know where I'll go though. Japan, maybe."

Looking up at the sign, she caught the scent that Jasper had mentioned. "Yes. I've never met more than one vampire in one night. This should be exciting." Walking into the bar, Sonia waited along the wall for Jasper.

Jasper Followed quickly, taking no time at all to catch site of what he was looking for. The male vampire was with another. A Human Girl. But he was being more friendly than most vampires were. It seemed as though he was Acctually getting to know her. After just a few moments of examining he began to make his way a bit closer, not straying to far from Sonia. He knew that she could take care of herself, But this new Vampire might feel threatened by their appearance and do something unnecessary.

It seemed as though the Vampire was getting ready to make his leave, giving Jasper the perfect opportunity to "run into him." He remained close to the door, expecting the other to feel his presence within a matter of moments. It had been a long while for jasper to Wait to meet this one. And He wasnt about to just 'give up' because he had a human.

((I've only ever tried it once. It's definitely something that you should do once in your life, but probably only once. As Caine said, it will steal you away rather quickly.))
Caine chuckled. "You don't have to drink all of it if you don't want to." Generally, he would want his girls as inhebriated as possible, but he liked Seiren. She was sweet and very innocent. She reminded him of his own little sister Maria.
A scent caught his attention- the overpoweringly sweet scent of decay and rot. More vampires. Why were so many out tonight? It wasn't even tourist season, so it wasn't as if the hunting was easy. Every muscle in his body stiffened instantaneously. His silver eyes darted around quickly.
There, in the shadows. Those eyes were too bright to belong to mortals.

Sonia looked around the bar and chewed on her lip ring. She felt uncomfortable being there for reasons unknown. Her gaze shifted to the other vampire and...a human. "Well. She's...different. And too young to be here." She whispered to Jasper. "How old do you think she is?"

Sonia crossed her arms and glared at an old man who was staring at her. "What's his problem. Hasn't he seen a girl before." she thought to herself. "I guess it's just the piercings...the nose..probably." Sonia looked back at the other vampire and watched him closely. She liked to watch people. It was a hobby of hers.

Caine shook his head, not wanting to alarm the girl. She had been attacked once already. That was enough. He finished off his drink, knowing that the alcohol would not affect him, and then took hers, passing it off to a random passer-by. "There," he said with a smile. "Problem solved. Nothing is wasted."
However, in spite of his calm fascade, his gaze wandered back over to the two pairs of eyes that glowed in the gloom of the absinthe bar. Vampire eyes. His own eyes narrowed at them in warning.

Jasper Growled slightly as he caught the eyes of the other vampire. He suddenly became very protective of Sonia. It was Weird, how all of a sudden he felt as though he had to watch over her. He took a step back towards her mumbling very softly "She looks to be around 15." His guess, as he knew, was fairly accurate. She was young. Oriental. And by the way that she looked around unknowingly, she obviously wasnt aware of vampires.
