We're still having issues with images ( :( ), but is doing what he can with Amazon to bring them back! Unfortunately, we can't add the monthly collection because the artists can't upload items without breaking.

Keep in mind that staff have lives away from these pixels. It’ll get done as soon as they can get to it. There’s 25 days left in May for them to do it.
I'm sorry, I didn't mean to sound entitled or anything. I just have this thing about when things are late and there isn't anything to make up for the lost time, so the thing that's been delayed is around for less time. That's why I get so stressed when Morostide starts over halfway into October but we still only have until the 31st to get all the RNG-given items.
I'm lucky enough to be able to buy a monthly collection right away if I want to, but I know that not everyone can, and if it's around for less time, it may not be around anymore by the time some people are able to buy it and then they'll have to wait a whole year (or until Black Friday if they still bring back all the collections) for it to be back. It's always "What if?" for me.
And the fact that this collection has been teased to be really funny is making me want it to be out already even more than I would have done if it hadn't been teased.
Unless you were only able to access Subeta within the first few days of each month, the collection being delayed is a non-issue. If this is true for you, I'm sure the overly-accommodating staff here would assist you via a ticket explanation. Cope. 💀

Honestly does it matter whether it’s 28 days apart or not? I’ll be happy if they’re able to upload it soon. They were as hamstrung as the rest of us. Have a bit of patience.
Well, 3rd June is 28 days from now, so if the collection isn't coming out today then it will be less than 28 days away unless you have the next one later as well, it shouldn't be too hard to get back into the groove of having the collections be at least 28 days apart and then having them be out on the 3rd again, right?
We are not going to give CSC out to people over this. You'll find out what we plan to do when the collection comes out. :)

I deeply appreciate how you keep us in the loop. One of my other gamesites doesn't and it's led to a LOT of frustration/long term players quitting or cutting back after a hack last year. "It's on the list of things to fix" has become their go to phrase, with absolutely no idea of when to expect anything, no announcements when things ARE fixed, no way to tell what's still broken, etc. Drives me up the wall because it's so much smaller, and they could easily in more than a year since, made some sort of reference page that gets updated quarterly or something. Or include the info in the already existing monthly update. So even though we'll grumble here, know you're doing an awesome job at clarity!

Ate you going to do something to make up for lost time if the collection ends up coming out less than 28 days than when the next one is due? Like somehow have it so that this month's is still available for a few days even when the next one comes out? Or does the coding not allow that? Maybe you can give out a collection through free gift, or failing that, give free CSC so people who usually can't buy one right away and might miss it have an opportunity to do it sooner?
