Ever feel like 3 layers just isn't enough? Do you have the urge to layer as many translucent leggings as possible? Well, the <a href=/cashshop.php?act=items>Cash Shop</a> has a new item in stock for 100CSC!

Ooh La Layers will allow you to increase any layer by 1 spot, for a maximum of 3 slots per layer. For example, you can add <i>3</i> additional background slots, for a total of 6 if you have a GA.

The slots created with Ooh La Layers expire after 31 days.

Third time to ask hopefully someone will please answer! I do not understand this item from the description. Could please someone please tell me... do I have to using a GA medal with this item or can I use it without one?

I won't buy this. It's one thing to spend money on something I can use over and over or to buy a GA which allows for many more perks for its cost. Good idea, but if it were lasting I would be buying it pretty much right now.

I love the idea, but I have to agree with the others, it's a bit pricey for just a solitary slot increase on a single layer. Maybe have one slot all across the board for 500 credits or so with expiration date?

Aww... I was REALLY excited by the beginning of this news post, given the recent user discussions about layerings....

But I'm saddened that the paid-for extension is temporary. I understand it in context of a temporary GA Medal that gives the 3 layers in general... But I for one won't be paying $1 every month for ONE layer extension. It's just not worth it to me...

Maybe if there was something to go with the GA Medals that applied to multipple layers or ALL layers.. I don't know. I don't mean to whine and complain, because this is a really nice tap into the user desires, I just think I won't use it if it works this way.

I feel like the $1 for only one more item for only one layer for only a month is a little expensive. I'd go for it, if it were like 25 or 50 CSC, with the expiration date. I also think a more permanent option should be available, which costs more, but never expires.

it's great idea, I always want to layer one wig over another....but don't know if I want to spend on something that only gives one extra slot, not to mention it has expire date. I would buy if it gives 2 or 3 additional slots XD

I think it's a brilliant strategy to bring in more money, but I have to agree with others. The expiration date included for so many multiples of the same item is going to cost users more than a year's worth of GA's, if I'm reading this correctly.

shrug I may or may not do this. I seem to do just fine with three layers. I agree with some of the other users, maybe make one that's a more permanent solution for those wanting it? I say charge about the same amount as one of those pet extender plushies. XD

A GA to me, is worth re-activating because of the multiple benefits. But paying real money per month just for more extra layers isn't worth it to me.

The only thing that kills this for me is that I have to pick a single layer. For 100 CSC I would have loved to see an extra layer for all categories. Maybe consider a 25 CSC item that gives a single extra layer to just one category?

Not sure how I feel about this. Happy to have the extra layers, not sure that I like all of the restrictions. Not only does it expire, but it also only affects one layer? I feel like if it's going to expire, it should add one extra slot to all layers.

And just as another (more coherrent) note: I totally understand the expiration date. I change my HA enough I guess that sometimes I'll need that extra layer, and sometimes I won't. So I know that personally I'll get my moneys worth for the month. It's a choice, I guess.

Sometimes I really want just ONE more item on my HA, so this is a great addition. It's understandable to have an expiration date. Perhaps at the end of the 31 days, a reminder could be sent out in an event saying 'would you like to renew ___ amount of slots?' so users don't forget

I'd totally be all for this if it wasn't for the expiration time. I mean, the magical plushies that give you more pet slots don't expire... But heck, this definitely will bring in some money, regardless.

As for the expiration date, one of these items costs 100CSC which is essentially $1. The pack of gum that you're going to buy with that $1 (or the cheeseburger for $5) lasts 30 minutes (vs 31 days).

Just like GA benefits, we feel like this is something that should be renewed.

Ya, I was bummed about the expiration as well, until I thought about it...12 dollars a year for an extra layer is not all that much I think this is an awesome item...kudos to the user that suggested it
