The soda ring thing on the Graveyard Chelon's tail is so ironic, and both of them are utterly amasing. 
Okay, art is better, but I liked old Malticorn MUCH more. Their eyes and smile... Wrost redraw EVER.

The only thing I could suggest would be possibly using a slightly paler green and a a chunk missing from one of the Malticorn's legs?

whoever drew that Chelon is my hero. I wish there wasnt a worm in its eye but the use of the long line and fishermans net cancels it out. Soo many sea turtles die each year because of Long lines and by-catch.

The plastic rings on the Chelon's tail are a nice touch. Overall I'm fairly happy with the Malticorn, though I don't like the bones showing in the tail. That chunk taken out of the tail just isn't... Attractive or something. Though I adore the face and head on it.

As someone who used to have a GY Malticorn in the past I can say it's a bit irritating to see this new version but I'm sure I'll get used to it and love it in a few days as I loved the old one. And the Chelon is awesome, too a major improvement. thumbs up for both Pets
I... personally prefer it when updates are simply that. Updates to lineart, coloring, shading... not major revamps of the design. Don't get me wrong, these are both very well drawn, but I no longer have the pet I once painted in Dewk. I will be looking for a suitable color replacement for her, I suppose.
Tsk whatever the case, Graveyard pets were always my favorites simply due to the details artists put into them... ah, the plastic rings on the Chelon's tail... XD <3 Very nice.

I personally am not a fan of the new malticorn, it doesn't have the same sass the old one has in it's pose. But! The artwork in general is lovely

Ohh, a potential choice to morphe Merle into one of these, I really do like the new malticorn, tho the old one had that lovely flirty gaze, this one looks more like a rapist 8D. .. but that isn't that bad thing, after all. Good job, artists, Chelon's missing gemstones are just brill ^^

Huntress, if memory serves, the old GY Malticorn had 2 horns also. The artist didn't want to take that away from the pet as a lot of people would be upset.

Excellent job on the Chelon! The only thing I could have added was a plastic bag sticking out of it's stomach.
The Malticorn, however, is a huge disappointment. Why couldn't there have been a slight touch up of the original graveyard Malticorn? This looks more like a slightly undead yet happy puppy/unicorn while the previous one had the look of a giddy demon.
