We sent out an August Newsletter today, to all the users on the site via e-mail, with a link to redeemable items in it. We may be doing this in the following months, so make sure that your <a href=/preferences.php?act=profile>email information</a> is up to date.

If you did not get this email, I will be sending it out again in 24 hours to those who didn't redeem it today, and hopefully you'll get it then. At that point, I'll also make another news post with a link that works for all users. :)

The reason I'm doing that is I'd like to get the kinks worked out with the e-mail system instead of just throwing up a link on the news post, so that we can bring back some older users as well :)

I no longer have access to the email that I registered with. I changed the email in my preferences to my current one. Will I still get the email?

My e-mail info is up to date, but I have NEVER received an e-mail from Subeta- not in inbox, junk, spam, etc. Methinks the e-mail script, or whatever method is being used, isn't working correctly.

I have a yahoo email account and i got the last email from subeta. The one about the change to .ws. So its not the email account.

I still haven't gotten mine at my Yahoo email. Not in regular or bulk folder. Are others with Yahoo getting it, or is it all wonky with that site? I know I got my registration email back when the site was .org. Is it wanting to try and block it if it's coming from a .ws or something weird like that?

I got mine, thank you guys! It went directly to my bulk folder, so if anyone didn't receive theirs, it may have gone to a bulk or junk folder. Might want to double check .

My son tried to get his password yesterday, cause the news said, the forget passwort sending is fixed. He should follow the instruktions during the next 24 hours- the mail still didnÂ´t arrive. I think there is still a problem so much people donÂ´t get this mail and even the passwort mail. HeÂ´ll try to get his passwort tomorrow and if still nothing happens write to the support. But I hope if there is still a problem, it will be fixed tomorrow to send the link to all users. Sorry about my bad english...

I didn't get it yet either. can't wait to get it though. I love the idea of getting a newsletter from the site. Whether it has items with it or not it is still a good idea.
