The next part of the plan layed out by Sebastian Phoenix was to allow the autopricing citizens of Subeta find items up to 1,000,000sP.
The Senate would like to remind you that this and the change last night are possibly temporary changes.

Lovely. SO now all the trades have been canceled we can't even find a relative price to base our shop prices on. Good call.

Also, I feel that MANY of the people who are in favor of this are trying to reap the benefits of getting hard to get items dirt cheap from users who wanna be first to sell, kinds stinks for those of us who work our butt off to get those 50 million sP items only to watch other users inevitably get them for half that price in shops.

I don't agree with that. A VAST majority of users hated trades. They were slow, a hassle, and just generally a pain in the butt all around. I'm beyond happy that they raised the limit so much since it means that I can sell my stuff easily as well as buy items I want easily. I never bothered to get half the items that are on my wishlist or that I like simply because trades are annoying t work with. I know I'm not alone in this and I think more people are excited about easy of buying/selling then the opportunity to gain a profit.

Not necessarily Keith. The trunks have been selling at up to 7 mil without a problem, it's not that the items aren't always selling as much as that sellers don't have patience to wait, and then there is the fear mentality that if one person puts it in their shops everyone should because it wont sell otherwise

Unbuyables that are going to deflate in shops are not necessarily going to deflate because they are not selling at their current prices.

December 31, 1969, 7:00 pm by Deleted User

But if you could resell them at the millions, isn't it slightly worth it? Use the theory of supply and demand. If people want them bad enough, they'll buy them. You know?

That whole buying the other person out thing isn't going to work very well if the items you are buying out are priced at millions =/

I've said it before - this is a free market. If something falls below a price, and it stays there - that means that no one wants to buy it at that price.

If you think that it should be higher, buy the ones below the price, and resell them. You have the power to change the market, just like people lowering the prices do.

What is going to be the incentive to buy from the cash shop if I can buy the items in user shops. Everyone lowering their prices 1-10sP to be at the top of the shop search is gonna deflate them in now time, and when they reach the autopricer limit...lol I think I will save my RL money from now on.
I totally agree. And if people only drop the price by 1-10sp. We will be lucky..

Yeah, a great idea Soon instead of paying what one before paid for extremely rare items, you can just play a game of Random and take the winnings and go buy all those same Rare items =/
Bad idea people.
Hate to see people actually run a real business and not go belly up in days with the way some price items

I rather like lovesjaydog's idea about clearing the pound. Or at least deleting all the trades where the owners haven't been on in a week or month or so.

I like it, Its good for those new wearables when I vend but at the same time not so great when I go to autoprice and dont notice a dp (which doesnt happen so much anymore) I usually glance through my autoprice page to see if there's any 0s to know if there is any. Most are over 1 mil but not all.

December 31, 1969, 7:00 pm by Deleted User

I hope its not temporary XD

December 31, 1969, 7:00 pm by Deleted User

I hope this is not temporary, it will make getting wishlists items better so you will have more wishlist items, and it will also help the circulation of products. I hope this stays!

Love you Sebastian <3

I don't mind the new shop limit, but I don't much care for raising the autopricer. People drop items to the autopricer limit just so they don't have to price them by hand, NOT because the item is worth that much. Sheer laziness on the part of players to price their own items deflates them like mad.

December 31, 1969, 7:00 pm by Deleted User

whatever the changes being made, I am all for someones suggestion in the other news topic, of resetting trades. Start with a clean slate all the way around.

December 31, 1969, 7:00 pm by Deleted User

Temporary changes or not, I'd like to see how this will affect the economy. That, and I want to find ridiculously overpriced items so I can get a good laugh or two.
