You MUST have a Gold Account when you use the Mystical Plushies; errors have occured for people who have not done this properly. (Makes sense, right? Normal users get 5 slots. The GA's allow you access to more slots.) You will then be given the extra slots. There isn't a time-limit to use them, but you MUST have a GA in order to use or access your extra slots. Yes, your GA can lapse for awhile; just get another one to make use of your slots 
If I had a GA right now, I would be going nuts to get them. XD

If you buy a Plushie - and use it; do you have a time limit to use ALL the slots? ovo; Or can you gradually create pets? I'm rather interested. :3 But curious as to how it works out..
