Whenever I have the money, I buy cash shop items. 
I enjoy being able to donate to the site, and I don't see it as "buying pixels", I see it as spending money on enjoyment and recreation. When you go to the movies, you don't have anything to show for it after you've had your fun, but you still enjoyed it while it lasted didn't you? That's the way I see it anyway. 
It's the same, you can just use more.
As if they'd give you more petslots, then you'd pay less. :p
In all seriousness, I will never waste $100USD on a mystical plushie ever again.
The abundance of cash shop items being released lately makes me wonder if anyone's actually buying stuff nowadays, really.

Wow! I like that we can have more pets now. But I'm still working on my 11th I'd buy a plushie with real money if it was like $10.. but $60 and $100.. unfortunately I still have to feed myself and pay my rent. Oh well, I'll just be saving sps forever.

True it's expensive, I currently have 15 pets and they never leave the 'Valley' before before the whole... 'must take care of pets' thing. 5 more, having an idea what I want, to me give me something to work for. It really does. And I can finally adopt pets out which I've never been able to do.
Caring for your pets involves feeding and playing with them, Aeiouna.

I actually put my pets up in the Resort and train them and I thought I was crazy for doing it xD That would be a nice incentive^^;

To people who are confused, I'm sure they do the same thing, the Montre plush would give you one new pet slot and the Donadak plush would give you two. When these were very first released, it was said that a user could never be allowed more than 15 pets. To be honest, I think this is nothing but an improvement, I don't think it's very greedy. If someone -wants- to have more than 15 pets, they have the option now, when they didn't before.
Oh, wow... I'd love to get some more pets, but I haven't got the money. xD I guess I'll have to save up both cash in real life and sP here and hope I'm eventually able to afford something. x3
I think the idea of giving away free pet slots is amazing -- it'd be great for the people that don't have the money to get the lovely pets they want, and it'd certainly encourage everyone to take care of their pets. :3

The prices are like that for a reason. Not many people take care of their pets - and they buy for them for show. If you're going to have 15 (or 20 pets now) pets just for show - you've got a big price to pay.

Yes, it's ridiculous how you have to pay over $100 to get that many pets... and they're PIXELS... imaginary things that are appealing to the eye. Sorry, I know I'm complaining... but really... I'll bet even Keith wouldn't be willing to pay that much for pixels. Hardly anyone would. Especially since I have the feeling America will go through another depression soon...
But I do like the idea on having 20 pets... it's the prices that get me riled up.

they should really lower the price in the cash shop, not because i want to buy it at a cheaper price, partly , but lower price would equal more sales

Hm, great, I'd love more pet slots, but this doesn't change the fact that I can't afford to pay that much real cash for pixels u.u;;. I do like the idea of free pet slots, but..well its not really fair to give people slots for new pets and then take them away...I mean what if someone can't get online for a long period of time for an unfortunate unforseen event. Its kinda not fair to take away their pets for that.
