The only improvement I see that I think would help is if the brown on the anklets was the same brown as the ears/nose. =)

I love the one with the brown nose, but the cuffs of the first revamp. Lol can we have a merger?

Rah's right... there is no way you'd be able to see a bear's tail from this angle. I'd be extremely disappointed if she DID add one. I joined Subeta because of the Anyu, and I love the revamp, Rah.

Well, I like all the points everyone is making, plus if it has a tail and you just can't see it in this pose, doesn't mean you might not see it in other poses. The artists have been really great about doing the animals from multiple angles, glacier color, for example. So, all of you sad about not seeing a tail...well, who knows, maybe you will in some other color. Just throwing it out there to appease people. XD

Much better - the brown nose is great, and it looks way better then the previous revamp, with the furry feet, the eyes, the bracelets, they all look better. ^^ I don't have any problems with it - very cute! I may want to get one someday, who knows?

I'm so glad the bracelets match now! And I love the brown muzzle. I still think it should be a little thinner and have its tail showing though. The newest revamp is utterly adorable anyway. =^-^=

I like the not-brown nose revamp revamp However I have an idea: why can't we use the brown-nose one for the male anyu and the white-nose for the female anyu? Is it too much difficult for the site-admins?

Yeah, I know why they're there, just, I dunno'...I like things simpler? It sometimes helps with designing your own pets. And personally, I like magical wings sprouting form the ankles, it's more original in my opinion x D And about the tail, I just added it on for fun, and heck, since anyu's are made up, it shouldn't matter what kinda' tail they have c:

i honestly really do love this revamp, and i always feel bad because i know when it's MY pets that are getting changed i hate to see people fawn over redraws to pets they don't own. but honestly i've never been fond of the original Anyu art, so think this is a MAJOR improvement. good job Rah! and good job with listening and revamping the revamp! though i do want to join in the and say i think it needs a tail.

Typo correction: I love your edit but I honestly don't understand how people find the anklets more strange/harder to accept than WINGS magically sprouting out from the bears ankles. Hell, even Hermes had magical sandals.

And I forgot to mention this before but about the tail.... While your edit does look nice, it's not natural looking and looks more like a rabbits tail than a bears tail.

First off, way to go Rah, seriously x D This revamped revamp looks much better, especially with the brown muzzle c: The eyes look better, but it does bug me how the black isn't completely black, it has a sliver of color that's kinda' random in the center o3o

The feet look much better and I'm glad the design on the bracelets now matches. I still think the Anyu shouldn't have bracelets at all, but, such is life.

Augh, but still no tail~ x D It's butt looks so awkwardly bare, no pun intended ;^; I think it'd be neat if the anyu had a big tail, but ah well.
Here's a quick edit thing I whipped up to illustrate my points I guess?

I love it. I never cared for the anyu at all, it always looked so bulky and... well, it just didn't appeal to me. This one does tho, to me it doesn't matter which one of the revamps, they're all good. You've really done a great job Rah, really.

The new revamps are a bit better, especially the brown-nosed one, but they're still too feminine to me. I love the old one with its innocent charm! Why can't we keep that one?

aw shucks. Everyone likes the brown nosed one, but I think the white-nosed one is cuter...

This revamp is an improvement. The claws are bigger (yay) and the eyes look cooler. I liked the cuffs on the original revamp, but I like both.

I didn't think it was possible to like the revamp more than I did, but I really feel like you've hit the nail on the head with this one! I am amazed at what a difference the little changes make...I immediately noticed the arm band design, but looking at it longer and closer I see that there have been a lot of small tweaks to almost the whole thing. I really like the little bit of darker shading around the eyes, and the changes to the wings, and the furry feet, they really flow with the whole thing now. I personally like the brown nose, as it is was part of the origional design. Wonderful work!!

I also like the revamp with the brown nose. It matches the original design, but improved (obviously), and pattern on the foot cuffs looks a lot easier to draw then the random swirl pattern on the original revamp.

I like the new brown nose one =D The shading on the upper part of the eyes does help. They looked somehow cold in the original revamp.

I think that the brown nose revamp it a great improvement over the first revamp and an excellent upgrade of the original pet. I still miss the tail, and the ears still bug me a little, but Rah, you still did an excellent job tweaking the details

Rah: Wow, I can't believe I miss this. XD It's amazing how much easier it is to notice differences when an image over laps another. Side to side just doesn't cut it. XD

Eon: If you look at the poll options, at the very bottom is the ORIGINAL Anyu; the one we currently have. It has brown fur bands around its feet and it has -real- wings attached. That doesn't make much sense since it'll never fly. It could never fly. The wings were purely decorative.

This new version is a more realistic and more logical way of letting the Anyu keep its wings. Besides, it's not the only pet with "default clothing." Take the Chai, Clawison, Harvester, Montre and Warador. All these species wear something. The Chai and Clawison have collars. The Harvester wears a cloak, the Montre wears a tail band/guard and the Warador wears a hat and cape.

The bracelets are still bothering me. Why is it wearing bangles in the first place? and ignoring the nuisance of default 'clothing', why are they the same color as its markings?

I like the brown nose revamp much better. The brown nose brings balance to the face, makes the ears and eyes stick out less. The bracelets now sit on the "wrists" instead of looking like they are cutting off circulation on the legs. The hairy paws look more like they belong on the bear instead of being stuck on. Still rather if the paws were a bit bigger but this is as a vast improvement. Very good job.

MAJOR improvement. I love the brown nose one. The regular one looks kind of... Plain. Plus the old Anyu has a brown nose. I don't really mind if the one without the brown nose wins, though.

However, I do think that the new one could still use a few more improvements. The lack of tail is really what bothers me the most. If this revamp goes through as is, I won't mind much; It's still an improvement. But I really would like to see a tail on the final revamp. There's also a few other changes I'd like to see, though the lack of tail is really the biggest problem, in my opinion. The fur over the bracelets (particularly the front legs) bothers me a bit. Also, I think that its fur should look a bit less shaggy and a bit more soft and fluffy, especially on the neck and the legs (particularly the back leg).

Even without some changes, it's still an improvement, though. Especially the head and the bracelets.

Wow, Noir that really shows it. I like the newest revamp very much. the bigger feet and subtle shape change are a huge plus. I am still a bit disappointed in the feet wings. I think the original ones had a much nicer, smoother shape. the newer ones look disheveled and tweaky (is the only word I could think of). Not really smooth, but a huge plus compared to the first revamp wings. Good job! Overall I think it's a win, but I still voted for the oldest one because I think it could still be better. ^^;

I voted for the Revised Anyu (brown nose) and it's lovely but I think it needs a little poofy tail like the old version! Its butt looks too bare.
