Major Quest Update
All of the quests on the site have been updated !
They all now run on a similar base, and should work much better (no more item eating! We know you really have them ;)!)
Also this allows us to monitor the ratio (and amount) of sP/item between the quests, so we know what to change.
Because of this change, you may notice that some of your favorite quests have been changed. They might be giving out more (or less) sP, different items, etc. We will be working over the next few days to even things out, and make all the quests (at least a little. even if it's only 1/20 quests) profitable. :)

I have to agree with most of the comments here...

The Wizard's quests are ok...everything else is pretty pointless.

Before, we used to have some guidelines on what rarity may be returned for an item on Pete's, Toy and GY quests, now if you give super rare unbuyables, you get "common" items back?!?!?

A waste of time, effort and sP doing them...if they stay like that I'll probably just do my wiz quests every day then get items from the vending machines

I cannot afford to even do the Maleria quests now.
It keeps asking me for 4 items with a value of over 70k. What is the point and what was wrong with how they were before. At least I used to be able to get a small profit. If I do them now, I just get a huge loss.

Oh, and in addition to all my complaining, Wizard and Saggi are getting a two thumbs up from me!
(though I wouldn't mind the limit for number of items they ask also be restricted to 3 )

Agreed that Maleria definately needs a change. Even before, I was able to do maximum 5 out of 30 quests when she was asking for 1 item. Now it's impossible if she asks for 2 (let alone 3-4), and even when completing one, the reward of 2k I got back was definately not worth it.

Also, it's nice that we get extra quests, but honestly, I would rather have less quests if they would ask for less items.
I know most people are either school-going or working, and we really don't have the time to do quests that ask for 4-5 items. Even before the 3 items that the Cursed quests required were a drag to me, so I only did them during the weekend when I had time.

To sum up:

please reduce the number of items asked on all quests to a maximum of 3.
Maleria quests need either a maximum of 1 item asked, or the sP reward will have to be greatly upped.

I like the change of the wizard quests .... but what happened to the wizard exchange? And is the wizard only giving out tokens now? What I don't like at all is having to look for up to four items for Saggitarius. Hardly lost a any sP so far but I had to give up sometimes, but that's just like it was before.

I don't mind the change. Then again, I haven't done quests in a month or so.
But I tried two Wiz and two Saggi and made a profit of 21k plus two 15 point tokens... so they're good if it's usually like that

Cursed Quests are poor! I used to be able to finish most of those quests and get some profits and an item which was nice Cursed quester used to 'always' ask for 3 items, I would spend between 20-25k on 3 items 'knowing' I would get 20-30ksp reward back. But now, she asks for 1-3 items and the reward isn't that great. I like the old cursed quests, at least I knew they were worth doing and spending my time on them. Just my thoughts on the cursed quests.

I like the wizard, he only asked for 1 UB so I got 39 15 point tokens plus sP. Sagg I was only able to do 20 out of the 30 but came out with a 367k profit. So his are good. Maleria forget it.

Maleria asked for 3 dark matter items with me. if it carrys on people wont do them ones. the wiz is now perfect ! dont change him

Maleria was asking TWO darkmatter items and only gave out a Black Pirate Handkerchief and 30k in return :/
This is just not right, after all her quests were already almost impossible to finish :/

If people keep getting so few profits from quests, and they have to give up most of them, I'm afraid it will a pretty bad effect on restocking market too :/

well they changed the wiz quests since yesterday, he asked for things worth 20k and give you 5 wiz tokens and 200 - 2000 sp each time... it was awful

well I gotta say I love the wizard quests. 40 quests and I got 30 15 wiz tokens plus 10 wiz tokens nice to see some sp coming from the wizard too....Sagg is like what he was when i first started a year ago, asking for 1-4 items which I liked I think sagg needs to dish out a little more sp for the 4 item quests though. I also think any of the questers asking for UBs is a bit silly, as we only have 30mins and having trades so slow it's near impossible to get a UB off trades. I reakon exchange the UB's with costly items that we can buy for example an item at 90k. it give us a bit of a chance to take a risk and see what our reqard would be if we spent a bit more. So far I'm loving sagg and the wiz quests. Off to try Maleria and the Cursed Quests. I did do a Shinwa quest which she told me Maleria would help out, yet Maleria asked for a UB so that was the end of Shinwa's quests

saggi just lost me almost 700k in 30 quests ... max i payed out was 70k and the most he payed out was around 40. is this the same for all, and the darkgoddess quests are impossible

Well, Saggitarius was keeping asking 4 items over 50k each and I had to give up most of them :/
Guess it's just my luck :/

I would also like to ask that you reconsider the Maleria quest setup. As it was, many of her quests weren't "do-able" even before the change, because of the high price of the items she asked for. Still, you ended up with a decent profit from the few you could do without wasting money. Now, with her asking for 1-4 items, they are nearly impossible to do- odds are, at least one of the items requested is outrageously priced (for a quest).

However, I do agree with disliking Maleria now, partially because hers are affecting Shinwa, and making those almost impossible to complete. Hopefully maybe hers can be limited to asking for only one or two items, rather than four, as the items that she asks for, dark and evil, are extremely expensive, if not unbuyable, for the most part.

That's not totally accurate.. or accurate at all, actually. The Vending Machines also give retired DP items, plus OD has two items that are unique to it. The Vending Machines also give potions; I definitely know of a Bloodred, a Dark Matter, and even an Angelic that have come from them.

so they want to make it so there isnt that much sp floating around this site, (At least thats how I took it form re-releasing things and whathave you) so they "up" the quests per day and points per quest

Ah, thanks. I didn't know why things had changed, but I did get a lot of tokens... But now, the Wiz Token exchange machine is broken! :'( Hope that gets fixed soon.

Well, so far the Wizard update seems quite nice, though I do miss the items. I need to finish my Saggi quests before I can form a final opinion, but I've completed about half of quests I started, and wasn't making much...
Having all the text on the page is throwing me off though xD

I love the new Wizard, but the new Saggi just is... BLAH.

He's so frustrating, especially since he asks you for like, 4 items at a time which are almost always UB. Dx
Or maybe that's just my experience with him, considering some people profited from him by a lot. ;p

Either way, though, I don't like this whole 4 item change.
I can handle 3, but 4 is just EW.

I LOATHE the Saggi Quest and Maleria Quest Update. Literal waste of my time and SP now. It was barely worth it before... but now?

Hmmm...I guess everyone got 10 more quests each. Don't know if it was mentioned or not, to lazy to refresh right now...I have only done 2 Wiz quests so far..But..Quests are just that, I think. It's not a give away. Only thing that made me mad before was tha fact then when new items were introduced, they were asked for. I would not mind so much if it was asking for an old unbuyable, but New Items puke. That and giving what is marked as "rare"as a prize, yet the one you got, you have about 800 of them under 300sps. I hope those have changed. Well off to try and maybe read more before I post

We always got items with the wiz, along with tokens. The items were a nice suprise and something I very much enjoyed.

Lastly, going to the token machines isn't the same as they only give out rarety of 91 max, whereas the wiz was giving out rarety 95 items. Its not the same.

Its a chore now for me that I can do without if the items aren't reintroduced.

The Wiz quests are doing pretty good, but what's up with the 30 quests? I don't have a GA, so how come I've got those extra 10 quests, I wonder....

I never did Wiz quests for items. I only did and only do them for tokens. I got a UB maybe once from him, but the other times I either got a 2k elixir, and an occasional item worth 50k that would deflate to 10k in a day or two, so i'm happy about getting only wiz tokens now. Plus the extra sp is nice.

I just hate getting asked for 4 items every single time I do a Saggi quest. I had maybe 2/15 Saggi quests where I gained maybe 20k sp. Overall I lost quite a bit. Really disappointed with this part of the update.

I'm happy with the current Wizard questing update. I also do the quests for the tokens; I lost a little sP, true enough, however I gained 27 15 point and one 10 point tokens. (And that was for mostly one item quests). Although, slight correction, when the Wizard was very first introduced, he actually gave Super Rare items; I got quite a few really nice items from him way back then. However, if you dislike the Tokens, simply go play the Vending Machines; you have roughly the same chance of receiving a rare item from them as you had of receiving one from the Wiz.

Wow! That was my 30th quest for Saggi.. I spent about 30K, so yeah, I definitely came out ahead on that one. I started his quests with 100K out of my vault. I now have 482,403. So a profit of 382K? Um, heck yeah! And I kind of feel the same way about the Wiz quests. I mainly do them for tokens, but it is so fun to get a random item now and then. I have gotten my share of junk from him, grumbles turdle gems, but he also used to give new wearables occasionally and that was always fun..
