NOTE: THE NEXT TRIVIA WILL RE-USE THE LAST PRIZE, DUE TO THE APOSTROPHE NO APOSTROPHE CONFUSION

Why should we have to settle for half involved staff. That's one of the reasons I love subeta. I would hate to see subeta staff to become power hungry. I think what keeps the game in balance is the open minds, listening to members.

Ugh. Double comment.. it's my internet, it's being an absolute, stubborn... mule.

Also, I'd like to point out that you said take the Name that's actually stated for the character, and I agree with you, in the case of Louis, whoever, sometimes the name in the coding is the only one available, such as for Meli...

But then again, there wouldn't be two names to choose from, so the confusion wouldn't (hopefully) be there in the first place.

Of course I would have the final word; I'm not denying that I do.

Excuse me, but I'm not the only Staff member with delete posts powers. If someone else sees anything not pertaining to the current Trivia, which is what the News comments are for, then I assume that they're also deleting them.

I think only prizes with under 1000 of them on the site are reused.

December 31, 1969, 7:00 pm by Deleted User

Well, I'm not talking about just this incident. Over the past few months I've been seeing a lot of instances where you always have the final word, if not somewhat unfairly. I'm sorry to bring it up in trivia comments, but there's really few better places.

December 31, 1969, 7:00 pm by JadeTalyn

I was going through the list of old trivia prizes... how do you decide which ones to reuse? I guess I'm asking how few do there need to be before you'll use them again. (Bauble Bomb would be nice, but that might be better towards Christmas.)

December 31, 1969, 7:00 pm by Deleted User

Wait... what? Only two people won the previous trivia? o.O;;

December 31, 1969, 7:00 pm by Deleted User

people should be happy the staff at least are somewhat conversational, most sites the staff won't even interact with the users xP. but no, it is not there job to argue, so a blanket statement like that certaintly isn't out of order.

I don't really care who sees what, as I've already told you that they'd be being deleted. I could verbal you for spam as well, but I haven't done so, now have I?

I'm not deleting everything, only the comments of one argumentative user that have nothing to do with this Trivia. Oh! And the GA suggestions, since those can't be used.

I personally put Lamour as well, and caught it a few minutes later. I was expecting to get this trivia wrong, it was a pleasent surprise (for me XD) that everyone else did, too!

December 31, 1969, 7:00 pm by Deleted User

I knew you had been here a long time with your close but acurate enough account of that dark godess rod xD. it was actually a book reading prize, but the fact that you couldn't remember exactly made me know you had been here a while LOL.

Who were the 2 prize winners?

December 31, 1969, 7:00 pm by Deleted User

Sorry Debi, but a staff member should never have an 'I'm right, you're wrong' attitude. Deleting everything that you don't agree with is no way to solve things, and will only bring up more debate and arguments. I realize you have a stressful job sometimes, but you need to listen to what people are saying sometimes.

Debilee, I'm just putting in my two cents. It's not like I'll cry for a few days because of this one trivia. I understand this task of putting up daily trivia's can be hard and that the many trivia questions can create confusing, but there will probably always be complainers. Sorry if it looked like I was complaining. v.v;;

Actually, no, the exact character's name is what would have been correct; it's a French name, so it has to be L'Amour. You go by what is actually on the item or character, not whatever might be in the coding, as the names of several items, etc. have changed over time.

I agreed with you, in the case of answer format (which would include the " ' " problem)... that can create multiple -forms- of an answer, but ultimately, it's all the same answer.

The cases I -didn't- agree with you on are, like, in the case of the re-released "Enchanted Eagle Owl Feather" Trivia, people who put "U" because they read the trivia wrong. Their answer was just plain wrong, but they still griped, complained, and in some cases, yelled at those of us who got it right. The correct answer was plainly stated on a wikipedia page, and on another website, they just didn't look hard enough to find it.

I'm sorry, but your answer of louis lamour for the trivia was incorrect.

Screams, rants, raves, jumps up and down....I was so sure I was right. Silly punctuation that isn't working right.

; border: 1px solid ; font-family: georgia; font-size: 10;">Oh, bah. I put in 'Louis Lamour', too. And I took French. I'm happy to know there's a second chance for us who were so close.. yet so far. Out of curiousity.. I found Louis on a Subeta fan-site, where IS he on subeta?

I also take french lessons at school and I know it's supposed to be L'amour, not Lamour, but this is the internet and even wrong spellings can be correct. Especially in community sites. ;.;

Give me a break, If you thought that, you would not have given things away. You have a problem with being wrong. And not to be your fault but there is multiple answers.

Sometimes I might agree with you, but it's usually just a problem of what format the answer should be in...

People who claim a completely different 'idea' is the correct answer usually just haven't done enough research..

And maybe -those- people are the ones who have a problem with being wrong.

Actually, Trivia 334 had two correct answers. One of which happened to have been spelled incorrectly. Which is why that prize was re-used.
