As for the Dragon, and the point you've raised. Yes it is our job to oversee each detail and make sure pets are done accurately. In this situation though we are basing its accuracy on a new image, not on the common you see right now.
Trust me, we're still doing our jobs. Remember the Galactic dragarth and that which followed it shortly thereafter.

For all of those complaining about the Paralix... I would shut up for now and go save the old Paralix in all of it's colors. Why? Because I think this is the hint of a redraw but that's just my guess.
As for all of their appearances... I didn't recognize the Dragon at first. XD It looks nothing like it's brethren... Aside from that, I don't really find anything wrong with it.
I think the Keeto looks awesome. The Blue is awesome and I like the fact that it has the traditional, "magical" Keeto aura like all of it's kind does.
I don't really care much for the Torrey. It's alright but I hate its species as a whole. XD
As for the Paralix, I think it's bloody amazing. Much more dragon like and vicious looking. =D A+
Okay... first of all - I've noticed my comments are gone.. is this un-needed sensoring? Again..? Geez, I thought that was only a problem when I was on staff! XD Second of all, to quote you Tat my love, "Yeah, we messed up and put wings on something that doesn't have wings by ACCIDENT. Oops!" ... Correct me if I'm wrong.. but isn't it your JOB to CRITIQUE these pets, go through every DETAIL of them, HELP to make them better, make SURE they are consistant with the original pet's design, etc - to make sure they're PERFECT for the USERS and SUBETA - not just yourselves?

Andandand- just a quick question about the Galactic Serpenth; What happened to the far wing? oO'; It looks like it got shrunk down to half the size of the other- or less. -pokes it- It also looks like it has very little details added to it in comparision to the other wing. Mayhaps that needs to be fixed?
they are... interesting to say the least... But they don't hold the exact.. look of their normal versions.

They're lovely. I like the intricate markings on the Torrey very much.
To Trucker; The comments on the news board are open to everyone. Just because we do not agree with /your/ point of view does not mean that we have to lie and bootkiss the artists who drew something we don't like.
I appreciate the time and thought the artists put into what they do, and I understand that I could never do something like this, but, the point is that it doesn't fall upon our shoulders to draw things for the site.
It is just an opinion. I see no one flaming you for what colour of socks you wear n'or for the type of pets you like or dislike, but we aren't exactly going around saying; 'lAwl 'TiZ tEh sUxx0rz'.
It's called constructive crittism and our own opinions. Get over it and get over yourself, deary. =P Fact is that there are some things to be improved on in these pets, and some things that I rather like the way they are.

Last I knew, it was okay to state our opinions on something, as long as they weren't direct flames. I said I disliked the art, and specific bits of it, that was all. 
I wasn't saying 'OMG I H8 THA ARTEEST' or anything. I could do more constructive critique on these, but I feel it'll probably ignored -- as is most of the critique given on pets nowadays.

Wow. Does //everyone// have to act like they know everything and point out the slightest thing they dislike in these GORGEOUS new pet colors? Honestly, all of you who are complaining are acting like spoiled little brats. Our staff work extremely hard to bring you new colors/pets and all you can do is complain. -.-
Well, now that I have take a close look to all of them, I like them a lot. My only thing beside the constant change on the colors (one have more grey, gold or light blue... never the same thing) is the Torrey, why does he have to be on the side like that... and the markings seem a bit too much, just look like a big spot of gold. Nice Work anyway !

Dear.... Oh my... Whoever drew the Serpenth, Dragon and Paralix... I'm in awe, those are quite possibly some of the most awesome pets on here that I've seen yet... And I'm really not a fan of any of them normally. ...Eheh... I may have to go play with my pets soon and see who I can stand to switch over, lol. I know my Galactic Popoko is going to change soon. XD This is by far my favorite color.

....I'm hugely not a fan of the Paralix and Dragon. The style... it looks too chunky, and fat... in a sense. I'm not a fan of the claws on the Dragon at all...
And I agree, that Serpenth? Not well done at all. Doesn't match the Serpenth style... I really dislike that. I assume all done by the same artist, which I can tell. But is it just me, or are most of the pets/items... sort of traveling to that style? Hm, just an observation. I hope not all of the art starts looking like that...
Also, the Keeto's back seems a little flat. 
I think it's the stripes. And the Kanis one seems... a little chibi. But that may be just me...
Torrey and Clawsion are the two most successful, I think... Clawsion the most, it looks simply adorable.
Hmmm I think the dragon looks so different because it doesn't have the whiskers XD I loved those. But it's really, beautifully drawn. All of them are.

I think this batch was the best! The kerubi is so cute and chibi-ish. i cant wait for tomorrow, or next month when the tigrean and donadak come out! then all of the pets will be galactic.

I think I'd like the dragon a lot more if its mouth didn't look so weird to me. O.o It looks like it's mouth has a twisted overbite... The line of the mouth should be down lower, not so close to the eye. It doesn't match up with the jaw. =| Though I don't know why I'm saying this as I'll be ignored anyway.
I'm a bit disappointed with the Torrey. The Torrey itself is cute, but I think the 'decoration' on it was poorly done. I would have preferred to see the Torrey with just a few prominent markings (similar to the Keeto) instead of having so many small markings all squished together. It also looks as if the head/face were forgotten about. Sure, it has the gold eyes just like all of the other Galactic pets do, but It would have been nice if there were some markings, like the little white dots (don't know how else to refer to them), on the Torrey's head/face.

Okaaaay... the Keeto looks weird.... as does the Paralix. The other two are nice, I assure you... but...... there's so much off about the Paralix. The shading on the underbelly, for one.... and.. it just doesn't look like it would fit in to the rest of subetas species.... And the muscles are a little too much. -0 It looks like he has muscles where it shouldn't. A valliant effort, but it has some major problems to work out.
