Nope, the word shadow isn't in either, either. (redundancy for the win!) tries to think of another good hint that won't give it away
Does it have the word Shadow in it? I've tried all of the items with shadow in it (like shadow short sword) and didn't get anything either Unless I'm not combining them with the right thing....hmmm...
The only hint I'll give for the Shadow Gem: neither item to make it is a "gem". >.>
PymaJac I've tried that too, plus the Onyx Valentines Pendant, the Lapis Valentines Pendant, the Shadow Cloak Scroll and I didn't get anythign yet

I want the shadow gem so bad. =x It's gorgeous. So far I've tried a mixture of Amethyst Stone, Amethyst Valentines Pendant, Broken Heart Amulet, and Darkheart Gem... But those are only the items I have that looked like they could fit. Bah.

And as for the FMA thing, I actually don't mind, since I understand the connection (I've only seen a few episodes, though. 
). Though a completely -different- anime actually inspired the gloves... XD
