Subeta -

Welcome everyone, to the new subeta. The site is now up for everyone.

You may notice that certain areas of the site don't work. This is because we have made the change to a CSS(/div) driven website, instead of tables.

So the areas of the site that use tables, will have some problems. The next few days will be spent updating the entire site to match the current scheme of this layout.

Which means, yes, you will have to update your profiles, and <a href=user.php?act=customcss>customCSS. However, like I said, this layout is completly driven by CSS and div's. Which means that you can completly customize every aspect of it. Make it whatever you want.

At the moment there is only one version of the layout avaible. However, once the site is working on this version, more schemes (color/headers) will be put on the site.

If it comes up blank, scroll riiiiight down... It's showing for me, but there's a huge white space before you have to scroll past.

I love the layout. It took a while to get used to, but everything is so neat. It's so professional. I'm not too sure about the fact the profiles are now CSS based, but I'm sure I can learn enough CSS to get by that

I can't wait for the layout to be perfect on all pages.

Er.. does it just take a while for Donation Items to show up in your items now, since you're still working on it, or are we back to mailing MoonFighter for them? ^^;

Congratulations for the hard work! Keep it up this way guys, and don't forget to make a tutorial on CSS, as many users understand nothing about it (like me, for example). Besides this small lack, everything is fine, indeed. Well, you could as well translate Subeta to other languages! I would be personally grateful to help you on portuguese - there are plenty of Brazilian and Portuguese players out there, I mean it!

Sorry to all you staffs who worked thier butts off but I hate this layout. I can't get to the games page, their is a big blank spot on the users page, every time you click on shops it takes you to a random spot and you have to click on back to shops, and now there is going to be like a bunch of 5 years old on subeta, we have to learn CSS, and all the time people spent on making look-up, backgrounds, ect., is wasted. And their is people who paid sP for their look-ups, and thier look-ups don't work.:/ (note: the 5 year old commint came from when you said "The site is now up for everyone."

I really don't mean to complan, but that IS who I feel.

Their is ONLY two things I like about the new layout

1. it goes alot faster,
2. and the letters size is bigger.

I (sorta) like the new layout (althoug my miss my pink one) and I can't wait for more colour versions to be available (pink).
But I hate now at least profiles can't be table based. I don't know how to work CSS.
So...um...
Can anyone teach me how to do CSS?

The new layout is alright, just one question: Will there be any way to customize the font size? As of right now it's a bit hard to comprehend what went in stock etc. when restocking...it's just too big >> Some people like it though, I would be perfectly happy if this could be costumized. Thanks ^^

And as Rook mentioned, the average Search [for pets etc] isn't listed now x3

Geez people stop complaining.The staff are working very hard on this and they are doing all what they can to fix all the problems so the site can be better.Don't worry that when everything will be done you guys are going to like it im sure

I personally don't like it. I cant figure out how to code Discordia's petpage, and I spent a long time on it before. PLEASE make it so it will show it again. No offense, but I think its horrible.

lol. yeah that call_me_tracy sent me like "whoah..what the..?" I half-like it. It has a more updated-modern look to it. I don't like the grey had bar though, sorry. It seems like space is being wasted.

I do not like this... I have no idea how to use it whatsoever! My lookup is ruined cries D:! I have looked at a sight to try to 'relearn' this, but it is only confusing me... I have no idea what I am doing! spazzes

I think it looks very proffessional, I see myself getting used to it, actually.

The only thing I find wrong is that there is no link allowing you to search for Users, Items, Pets, etc. It instead is only the shop search.

I believe it would solve the problem if there was another section simply called "Search" and, like before it had Search and Shop Search under it.

I think once everything's straightened out, I'll like it better. ^__^ I do like the new one, though. Won't say I won't miss the old one, but change is good. And I DEFINITELY won't hate this one. <3 Excellent job.

Wow the new layout is absolutely awesome . The print is big enough where I can read it easily thank you. The color scheme looks great and its disable friendly . Great job Keith .

You guys can make the font smaller yourself just use ctrl and the minus button at the same time (if you're lucky enough to be using a mac XD just use the apple and minus)

I like the new layout, it's neater. But, I know so many other users have said this, some profiles are having problems. The page appears several pages down. But other than that and the pages that are being redone, the rest of the site seems to be working fine. Thanks for working so hard for us Keith. <3

Ok I found 3 things that need to be fixed..
(Yes I know Keith is fixing everything he can, I just thought I'd let him know what needs to be fixed incase he didn't know already)..

1. There is no games room..

2. Profiles need to be moved up the page so they match with the backgrounds..

3. Wishlist need to be fixed aswell..kinda like the profiles issue..

OMG...Keith you nearly gave me a heart attack! I get to the first page and it looks like I'm logged in as another user...strange text all over the place, no sP or pets I remember....ye gods! wipes sweat from brow Don't SCARE me like that! I thought I'd been hacked! 0.o;;;;;;

Anyway, interesting layout. I also don't know anything about CSS, but it's probably about time I learned. Looking forward to seeing the new features added on as time progresses. ^^

Okay, heart rate back down to only about 110 BPM now....lolz. ^^;

Personally, I can't wait for the preferences. Hopefully, then, we can be able to make Subeta's font size a bit smaller.
The new layout is awesome, but will take a bit of getting-used to. That's all. xD
I like it, though. -tries to memeorize links and stuff again- xD

As for the big text all i can say is if you use your view option and make the text smaller it works. But still New layout=blah IMO of course.

I liked the old subeta better, personally.. but whatever floats your guys' boats.. :/
