Ooh...it's so pretty. It looks more elegant. I love the details, like the scales, the gem, and the swirls under the eyes. I'm sure I'm missing more details, but the color yellow makes me ill.

I hope this makes the current Torrent owners happy, but I'm voting for the new one either way. It was a much needed update.

I'm not a fan of fish, but I'd get one, provided I had the room. Or if a new colour (spectacular or not) came out... Or if Hydrus Torrents remind me of the name I've just thought up for a Torrent. <brr...

The new one just makes such much more use of the canvas size given. I also really really love this!

It IS, however, of awesome quality and without any anatomical errors as far as I can see.

I like the expression on the new one better, becuase it caters to any type of pet.

A 'happier' pet could intrepret the expression as a smile, etc.

The old one could only be happy

I love the shading on the new one, but I just think that the old one has more character.

Honestly, I don't see a problem with it being 'big', as it still looks fantastic

Really, the torrent being one of the least-seen pets on subeta (I've really only ever seen them in the pound, I don't see people having them in the common color) I think it needed a complete revamp, not just a new pose and coloring.

Amazing Exhibbited did a wonderful job on this.

I definentally voted for new. It fits the style much more than the older one(though the older one was very nicely drawn ^^)
