Echoing the unable to login on pc. Getting the "something went wrong" when trying to. Luckily I was still logged in on my phone and was able to get melody that way. But this needs to be fixed, especially for those who have melody streaks.

Wanted to echo what is being said here, I'm getting the "something went wrong" error when trying to log in to my PC. My password for Kumos isn't working either, and I can't change it cause I don't currently have access to the attached email.

I am posting this from mobile however, which I was already logged in to and seems to still be working.

I am unable to log into the site through the Internet on my PC and not able to log into it through my phone that I use daily. It just so happens that thankfully I was still logged into the site on an old phone that I use strictly for Wi-Fi/gaming purposes now.

Was able to login to kumos on my pc, then get onto bathhouse from a saved (normal subeta)firefox bookmark. And since I had my daily melody widget on,I was able to claim it. Yay!

Hi, I was trying to log in all night last night from my phone, just to collect at least Melody but couldn't :( It's one thing that I've missed Melody yesterday cause of it, but my phone still gives me error message and won't log in. I can only play using my laptop which I don't have around often :(

I'm fairly sure I missed out of Melody's day yesterday because of this downtime. What happens about that? It wasn't my fault that the only time I could get on yesterday was when the downtime happened but I am still missing the prize/day counting towards achievements because of it.

for what it's worth, to echo what many are saying here - i was getting a "something went wrong" error trying to log on using new.subeta on desktop (chrome), but my ipad (firefox) seems to still be logged in just fine

For those having trouble with the main site, but can log in to the Kumos site: After logging in to Kumos, open up a bookmarked page from the main site, i.e. the bathhouse, and you should be logged in there as well. I was able to collect my bathhouse prize and Melody prize this way.

Can't log in to auth Subeta with either my laptop OR my phone. Mostly I'm worried about missing today's gift...probably will miss the bathhouse daily too, but eh, it's happened before = Hope whatever it is can be resolved soon.

(Imagine that scene in Airplane! where Leslie Nielsen pops in and says "I just want to tell you both good luck. We're all counting on you." And if you're too young to remember that movie, just look it up on YouTube or something I guess XD)

Trying to sign in on new.subeta.net to buy csc because i got paid and...."unexpected frame error". It said to copy the string of text, but there WAS no string of text, so I figure you don't need a screenshot?

YIKES, what a headache. I feel stresed for you just thinking about it.

I'm having quite a bit of intermittent trouble with images loading (HA, but especially trees) but I'll give it some time as it seems likely that you're still working on it and probably getting ten billion questions.

Using Firefox 121.0 (64-Bit) + Windows 10.

Few of my quests were reseted, which are: Duality, Maleria and Saggitarius. I completed them 1+ ago. Duality was also reset to 7/15 (currently 10/15 because of I realised to late thet I was doing Quentins quest as the database downtime was coming). And Quentins quests are 0/15 though I was doing the 7/15 quests as the database were down.

I also have items back in my inventory I moved to my shop for sale ~1+ hours ago and priced.

Just as information. I had read the post and maybe the quests and the items in my inventory will be work correctly later this day.
