Remember, if you need to use Paypal, you need to go about it a bit oddly. Click 'cash shop'. When it brings you to the main menu, click get CSC. Click the amount you want, and then click 'change payment'. On the next page, click 'add payment method' and click on PayPal. Continue through subeta for the payment to go through. You can use points you've earned from credit card usage, as well. Hope this helps!

Yes, it just means that you won't be able to sell any CWs to the Pawn Shop while it's open. You can still sell CWs in other places like your CW shop or in trades and such.
