This is the WORST thing about Subeta - the frustration. Stocking only a few of an extremely desired item, hints at things coming that never appear, achievements that are impossible to fulfill, promises that are never kept, items that are forgotten to be released, Blackheart Hollow in general, plots/holidays that start great and then are wracked with multiple problems every single time . . .

There were more than 5 added. We will not be alerting people when the next stocks happen for it. We don't stock the remote often because it's a ridiculously nice stat booster, it can't be available all the time without us changing that :p

damn i was like did they forget to add the remote??? but i guess they only stocked 5.... spreading them out for people is nice but i feel like there goes my chance to get one when i still need it for both feeding and reading and the achievement!

i also need the cake and the plushie, so big thanks for stocking those but also im like well... there goes my chance of stocking a remote if i grab those right now. grabbed the cake for now. but this is wild.

It's good to restock so different time zones have a chance....but if only 5 people in each time zone have the opportunity to buy it I still don't really see the point. Even if like 20 were restocked at different times it would be be slightly better. There is no reason for this item to be this difficult to get when it has so many uses. Of course I'm just a broken record every time this comes up, I don't even know why I bother complaining.

the remote costs 3000 crystals. I always try to keep at least that many crystals in stock so I'm prepared if I ever manage to catch a restock, because there is NEVER enough time to frag anything before they go out of stock.

the remote does a bunch of stuff. You can use it on a pet for stat gains: It gives 1 - 22 of EACH: Level, Strength, Defense, Intelligence, Health and Speed. You can read, feed and play with your pet. There is an achievement when you use it on your pet for stat gains, and of course it can contribute to reading and feeding achievements and/or high score tables.

Book, Food, Toy, Weapon, Other ( Stat Booster - Using on a pet (Stat Booster): It gives 1 - 22 of EACH: Level, Strength, Defense, Intelligence, Health and Speed Use Option: you will get a few rare items and a random amount of sP.

In 16+ years I do not remember the staff ever making another new news post or alerting of another restock. Falls to the userbase to alert. Kind of like the Token Shop restocks.

Why does staff keep the universal remote artificially rare and inflated anyway? Everyone needs multiple copies and they only put 5 of them in the store? What's the angle here?
