Ahoy once more, landlubbers! The Freyalise Trading Co. be back from arr travels 'n dockin' fer 10 days while we rest arr sea legs, meet some ole scallywags, take yer doubloons 'n stock up fer the next voyage. If ye find that ole donkey Carl, ye tell 'im we're about up t' here wit' his misfortune, 'n if he doesn't stop givin' away our booty we'll make 'im walk the plank, we mighty will!

Arr what else to tell ye... Angrybeard be back in his galley, needin' help wit' the vermin, whilst Rathskellar Inn ain't only where us pirates be sleepin' but where ye can also pick up a fine meal to cure yer scurvy if ye wish. Don't ye be insulting the good wench Babette, either! She'll 'ave ye guts fer garters!

Translation: Hello again, people of the land! The Freyalise Trading Co. are back from our travels and we'll be docking in Port Plunder for the next 10 days while we have a little rest, meet our old friends, perform various business transactions and refuel for our next voyage. If you find our good friend Carl, tell him we're grateful for his continuing service in advertising our wares, and we definitely have only good feeling for him.

Now, what else to report... ah yes! Angrybeard is once again requiring your kindhearted assistance sprucing up his kitchen after the long journey, and his dear wife: the lovely Babette, is serving up a storm in her fine establishment, the Rathskellar Inn. Try the fish! It's delicious!

Yessss Freyalise 🎉 Some additional tips for those who want to try but are frustrated by the restocking, compiled and posted last year by and myself:

Like other shops, Frey normally restocks (RSes) every 6th minute. When it says "Restocked 5 minutes ago," it's time to get ready for the RS! Note that it can RS earlier or later, but the 6th minute rule is the norm.
Like other shops, newest items will always RS at the end/bottom of the screen.
If you're RSing on a computer, when you click on an item to try and buy it, open the item in a new tab (Command + click on a Mac, Ctrl + click on windows) - this means you can click on multiple items to try to RS them without having to click 'back' to get to the main shop page after each one
When it gets to be about time to refresh, scroll down a bit so that you'll see more items in your field of vision upon RS. You don't want to be scrolling after the RS since it wastes time.
Right before the 6th minute rolls around (once it's said 'restocked 5 minutes ago' for 45+ seconds), I start refreshing constantly. When I catch the RS, sometimes I'll refresh one more time because my first one may have caught it before all of the items had been added. If you have a slower connection, best to keep up the page the first time you see items.
Unlike other shops that tend to RS around the same seconds-after-the-minute, Frey jumps all over the place to make it more difficult and give more people a chance to snag items. This means that you'll want to constantly refresh until the RS on the 6th minute.
Double or triple RSes are possible, where more items will appear after the initial RS
Having a good internet connection is very important (and not being on a really old computer/device that is slow)

Personally love Keel Holiday. I enjoy restocking, and there is not much else revolving around it anymore. But I get it's frustrating. Sometimes, I get nothing. Sometimes, though, I get lucky. Like I just restocked a just by clicking the right item at the right time.

since hours up to 800 ppl here and i think they are all in Freyalise shop... 😮 restock may 5 items or smaller... ok, is like every year... first days are for hunters, but is frustrating too like every year. .. it would be sooo helpful if a good and full restock comes 24 hours, not only if the USA is here.... may some of u remember the holiday shop... same thing... MET at day, nothing.. here are so many countrys, come in diff. time, pls give all of us a normal chance... we all love the "time" shops and if u no got even one wish item if they close something is going wrong... I do wish this was more like the free shop, where it stocks a ton of items at restock, or like the subeautique where if there's just a couple items at a time then they cost a pretty penny and there's a limited time to get them but there's actually more of a chance to get them. I know others will be happy for rarity and expensive items they can resell, but it still kinda sucks for anyone who can't get their hands on an item at all.

To those who are frustrated about the Freyalise Trading Co. being out of stock all the time: I totally understand how you feel. I've been there last year. I'm terrible at restocking and Keel Hauliday is the only time of the year that I take part in it. Here is my "wisdom":

Try to avoid peek times (like now). When all of America is awake and online the site lags because everybody tries to get an item. I know that for some people it is not possible to be online when many others aren't, but it sure does help a lot.
Check the item directory. Look at the pictures, check the rarity, decide what you want to get.
Start to refresh when it says Restocked 4 minutes ago. The shop usually stocks every 5 minutes approximately.
Don't look at the top of the page but focus on the area where the items will apear. Have your cursor ready at a point where an item is likely to appear.
If the shop restocks, don't think. You have to make your decision in the blink of an eye.
Some find it easier to restock on the phone because it shows more items at once.
Be patient. This is the first day of Keel Hauliday. It gets less busy with every passing day.
Some items drop significantly in price, so you may even be lucky and buy them cheaper from user shops.

Luckily, this is the only restocking holiday. For those wondering why it says just restocked with no items, there were items! Things just go very fast. I purposely made sure to do lower rarities than precious years for items. You can also try your luck vending and doing Carl's quests for Frey items. There's also a very high chance some of these will pop up in the Free Shop. <3

if I had a nickel for every time I got dripping combs from Freyalise, I'd have two nickels - which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice. (considering that I’m blind clicking to get anything LOL)
