Quest-A-Thon: 1mil done, time for a new goal!

Hey look, y’all made the quest-a-thon goal days before the end. Good job everyone!

If the community gets to 2,000,000 quests completed by 11:59pm on Friday September 4, we will add in two additional prizes for everyone who participated. What are those prizes? The elusive Fashion Hoodie and 5 referral points! If the 2,000,000 goal isn't completed, everyone will still get the original prizes: 1 pet slot, sparkles forum title, and the blue avatar border (and the gold if you're in the top 100).

oh, I know - what if you make the hoodie transformable into a recolor of it (reversible hoodie?) that way people with one copy can get either, and people with two copies can put both in the wardrobe?

We shouldn't be ungrateful. We are not entitled to prizes in addition. I mean, of course a girl can always dream... :-( But it's a nice move, to offer something else, like people have asked for. And I'm happy for Referral Points, because I need many copies of the books. Loyalty points would rock as well...

Making the hoody more useful on account than wardrobe/invy/vault is a valid requirement, though. Because what good is a second copy rotting in the vault. Maybe it becomes more useful that way. Actually it's a pretty item... Many users have stated, they would want one, so it's good they get the chance to own one now as well.

Even a prize pool wouldn't guarantee anything you desire. Or even worse: Hold more items you would aspire but then can't have.

I'm sorry for asking, haven't read through all of it yet, but: What am I supposed to do with a second (accountbound) Fashion Hoodie? That thing will just collect dust somewhere on my account for all eternity :/

This copy of the hoodie will be just as pointless to me as the first one I got. I haven't made a modern avatar in several years and have no plans on doing it ever again because I don't enjoy making them. And I have no pet that uses hoodies (and won't be making one) so it would never fit in any of the tcs. And the referral points? Meh. In other words, I'm glad that we're getting the pet slot because otherwise there wouldn't be a single prize of interest to me. Which is why I'm concerned about the fact that in future quest-a-thons there may not always be a pet slot as a prize... I'm really starting to think that being able to pick the prize(s) you want from a prize pool would be better and give a better incentive. Kinda like how the Loyalty Boxes work would be great, honestly.

I really hope the hoodie for those of us that have it is a joke. They aren't able to be sold and having 2 is a bit excessive.. unless we get another color of it or something?
