Quest-A-Thon: 1mil done, time for a new goal!

Hey look, y’all made the quest-a-thon goal days before the end. Good job everyone!

If the community gets to 2,000,000 quests completed by 11:59pm on Friday September 4, we will add in two additional prizes for everyone who participated. What are those prizes? The elusive Fashion Hoodie and 5 referral points! If the 2,000,000 goal isn't completed, everyone will still get the original prizes: 1 pet slot, sparkles forum title, and the blue avatar border (and the gold if you're in the top 100).

If you already have the hoodie, well, you can just go and enjoy the other rewards - a pet slot, plus 5 referral points, plus a new title, plus at least one avatar border (if not two). That's already a lot for an event that requires doing a minimum of one (1) quest.

We suggested that reward to be rereleased because

a lot of people missed on it in 2018
it was originally released via quest-a-thon

Oof, there are some REALLY entitled people in the comments. I don't need a second hoodie either but I don't mind if I get one. You won't always like every single item that gets released and that's fine, but it's nothing to complain about or be rude over. Demanding or asking for more items just because you're not excited about the prizes is really entitled.

Anyway, excited to see how quickly we reach 2 mil! My bet is we'll reach it on Tuesday. :p

I'm with the others on the hoodie. Could it maybe be made into a transformable item with different colors and designs, or be able to be transformed into pants that match the hoodie possibly?

, if you complete 1 quest, you'll get the rewards. The only reward that not everyone who does at least 1 quest will get is the gold avatar border, which only the top 100 participants will get. (Top 100 being that if 500 people complete the same amount of Quests, then they will all tie for first place and there will be 99 places left....if that makes sense)

I going to have to agree with the others; I'm glad people that didn't get a hoodie the first time have a chance at it now, but what on earth am I going to do with a second one?

I am very grateful for the additional prizes, however, I agree with other people where I would prefer to be able to give away my second hoodie to someone who wasn't able to participate.

Fashion Hoodie is fraggable. Though I am sure they are going to make it so you can put it in a tc or something like that so it's not just vault or in your inventory.

many of us already have the hoodie and you can't do anything with it except delete it, why can't we give it away to people who couldn't participate? it doesn't have to be a selling option, but deleting it hurts the soul ... alternatively, you could have given a suitable piece of clothing, a pair of trousers for example ...

Awesome job everyone! I did not get to quest as much as I had hoped to but I am hoping I can quest more now. Those referral points would be really helpful for some of the stickers I need from the referal shop!

I'm happy that people who missed out on the original hoodie are getting a chance to have one! Having two copies of the hoodie doesn't really bother me at all (and if it did I'd just delete the second copy tbh since it's one of the other options besides wardrobe & vaulting). Those referral points though! I really hope we make this second goal!

I'm fine getting a second hoodie. But it would be awesome if it could be a transformable item that goes from the original to a recolor or something like that. I dont know how doable it is, but it would be cool. I'm quite excited about the referral points tho!

You always had to do all of your quests until the end of September 4th to be in the running for the border, the original event end was September 4th :)

What is the point of having another hoodie if we already have one and we can't get rid of it? I'll occasionally wear the one I have, but a second one would just go in my vault and sit there. I would happily donate the second hoodie (if we get it) to anyone who didn't already have one. Is there no way to change the second one so it can be made giftable/sellable, or tell who already has one?

there isn't really a first and a second round, just a single round which will end after 4 September in which we originally had to finish 1 million quests, but we finished wayyy early against expectations.. so they doubled the goal to get additional prizes, but to get the golden border you were gonna have to keep questing every day until the end of the event anyway to try and get in the top 100 even if they hadn't added the bonus goal.

Can someone please clarify something for me please? Ok so I only missed 5 quests the first round which I am pretty sure puts me in the top 100 however with the new extension to the Quest-a-Thon will I stll get the avatar border that I worked so hard to earn? Or do I have to continue to work my butt off questing to retain my spot? I have a busy week ahead of me at work and will very likely not be able to quest nearly as much. So just wondering how that is going to work!

Awesome that there is a new goal, and new prized. However, like others, I already have the hoodie, and would prefer a different prize option, but - it is what it is - if I get another hoodie, it'll go into my vault with the other useless item for me :P

I assumed the the hoodie would only be given to those who didn't already have it. I'm not sure if it would fit with any of my pet's treasures if I were to get another one. I like the transforming option as some people have suggested, but I don't know how long it takes artists to draw things, even if they are just recolours.

Maybe there could be the option to turn it into something like CSC or more Referral Points or something?
