It’s here, the amorphous blob ready to engulf your heart and ooze its way into your family! I’m pretty proud of this one. It took me a while, but I managed to adjust my zapper to the blobbiest of settings and not only turn the blob into a pet compatible with Subetan potions but specifically be reactive to them so that its form changes with each colour! Am I not the smartest scientist around?

A pet like this couldn’t be contained solely within my zapper of course, so I bought up some real estate with all of that zapper funding you generously handed over to me and installed my greatest new creation. yeah it can be confusing for those of us who's only used the zapper so far LOL! ;) But I think I get it...elixir then turn to blob for cheaper colors or potion for those that don't have elixirs (like the cherry/vibrant) :o that little cherry :o

ahh sorry! I meant you can just use potions to change colors like any other pet. For example, to get a lilac blob, use a Lilac Potion on a blob :) But as others have noted it's cheaper to use an elixir first and then transform it for the more common colors.

But seriously how did you make me want a friggun blob. ...though I'll have to wait until reborn is an option and go for Calcifer (I mean, even if they don't look much like him, that's what custom art is for, right?) Or who knows, maybe you'll make one of the other potion types I've juuust been waiting for to be just right and I'll go for that, instead.

The need for this information is still relevant and with so many comments to look thru to hopefully find the answer you’re looking for... I will post this again:

Answers for Blob

If you want a color blob I suggest changing whatever pet into whatever species color elixir is cheapest for what color you want and then changing it into a blob, at the most you’d be spending like 370-400k verses buying the potion for the color you want. If that color has species specific elixirs. Doing this keeps the color but changes it to Blob.

Example: Buy a Sun Hikei Elixir > Use on Pet > Change pet into blob after, you now have sun blob. Saving yourself the expense of a sun potion.

I feel Angelic Blob would be the most literal cherub; that is to say, just a whole bunch of wings with eyes (and a halo). Glacier, of course, would be a melting ice cube. And Dark Matter would be... Well, probably a bigger Dark Matter, but with blobby eyes. Spectrum and Blacklight would be extremely colorful and I don't even want to imagine Nightmare. Glade would probably be somewhere between Lilac and Field and Reborn would be... Well, people posted a gif of Calcifer, so, I'm going with that.

Okay, I gotta admit I thought this blob idea was one of the worst choices. At best I was hoping for a poo pile out of it. (Don't judge me). But I gotta say... this is freaking amazing. Everything is so beautiful. The only one I'm kinda confused about is silver. You have all these shiny ones, aqua, dawn, dusk and then there is silver over there... so dull, so sad. He needs some shine in his life. Also super afraid that I might just change all my pets to blob. Blob army, almost as formidable as a vegetable army.

Forreal, though, I'm eager to see some of the more advanced potions. Nightmare, Graveyard, Glacier and Dark Matter should be pretty interesting. I really dig this whole "actually represents what the potion is called" style for this pet.
