Snowman Contest Start!

The competition is on!

If you haven’t joined a team, that’s okay. You’ll be able to cheer from the sidelines and donate to a communal pile of goods and receive Aspen’s ice skin at the end!

For those of you on a team, are you ready? You can now donate snowballs as well as any items from Get Mugged, Icy Goods, and The Bake Stop! You don’t have to get them from the actual shop, vending them is fine too.

Just to recap our amazing prizes: for participating you’ll receive a prize from your team, a pet slot, and a lovely ice skin from Aspen! The winning team will get a forum title and a special item, as well as a cool new trophy.

Get to know your team and support each other on the forums.

Scoring will start showing tomorrow once we start getting some donation results in.

The competition will be ending at 6:00pm this Friday. Prizes will go out after the competition ends. Good luck to all teams and have fun!

User shops count as long as the item you buy can also be bought in the npc shop. Like if I buy a snowball from a user shop I can still turn it in because I can also buy that snowball from the Avalanche Emporium.

As long as the item restocks from the those shops, it can be donated. So you can buy items from user shops and donate them.

It says in the news post. "for participating you’ll receive a prize from your team, a pet slot, and a lovely ice skin from Aspen!"

I always get the same message, even if it already passed like... 20 seconds. Does it mean that it restarts everytime you try to buy if 30 seconds aren't passed?

the hovers have been taken off! :) This has already been explained that we haven’t added a donate all because of the strain it’ll cause the server. We’ve taken off the hover for items, though, so that should make it less annoying while donating. I know it sucks to do it one by one but think of how many users right this second want to donate thousands of items, we’d be lucky all those went through and didn’t time out on some of you guys! We’re just trying to keep you guys from losing items and what not. <3

You can still participate, and get some of the prizes! And the team items will be available at the end in the Millionaire Center so you aren't missing out too much!

If you guys have multiples of the same item, like 1000 Banana Snowballs, you can just donate one and them click F5 until they're all gone. You're welcome.

Huh. So when the donation corner opened there were a lot of food donations from NPCs, and Amber said ..."a few other cool things from some of the NPCs (basic needs really for something Grace and I are cooking up) Was that not for this event? I can't donate most of this food because it's from the wrong store D:
