So, will the old overlays still work? To be honest I don't really understand what this does... can someone clarify?
Actually really shocked to see this already implemented. I think I'll consider doing this when I get a pet done. Probably the last move for a 'spotlight ready' pet for me. It would be a slow process, but that's the only real way I can justify paying 10$ per overlay. D8
I don't think 1,000 CSC is too much for something like this :) but I like my pets the way they are so I won't be using it.
1k csc is too much for me. I don't even leash my pets, and could really care less if their headshot has their actual Subeta image on it. As long as we can still use the code for overlays, I'm good.
Love the idea! Just don't have that much csc. 14,000 csc for all of my pets to have overlays is a little too insane yeah? I'll try to save up for one though c:

As long as I can still use my overlays I'll be fine. I don't think I want everyone to see my overlays anyways xD that and some of my pets don't have any, and 10$ per pet is a tad to much, if everyone had one pet that would be different, if one were to buy 10 overlays for their 10 pets (just assuming they only have a GA with extra pets) that's a whipping 100$ (the more pets the more money) that can be spent on other things like GA's/Cashshop/Custom wears which some people wouldn't do and yes I know we have the option to buy that feature or not just putting my thoughts into it. Overall I guess those who really want to show their overlays to the whole subeta world have a great opportunity now ^_^
Lovely idea, but 1k is a bit too much for me. Especially for just one pet, when I feel many of the people interested in this feature have at least ten pets.

Personally won't ever use this...I like big elaborate overlays that go into the profile lol. Nice for people who want little edits, but then it doesn't really seem worth the price.
While a neat idea, I wouldn't pay $10 for this.
I am very confused about this part "Image must have a Subeta Species equivalent - no 'new' pets." Say I wanted to upload Rebekka's overlay ( http://i51.tinypic.com/14j9u9e.png ) that would not be allowed because her overlay resembles a Himalayan cat more than a Feli?

I can see how some may like this idea, but I doubt I'll use this feature. A lot of people are complaining about the 1000 CSC.. but that doesn't seem too high to me. People spend 1k to get an extra wardrobe save slot, and what is it.. 1500-2000 CSC for a name change. Price seems about right to me since you'll be forever changing your pets' graphics site-wide.
1k CSC.... No thanks. I loved the beta testing, but this is... Quite expensive.
So... if I wanted to get the overlays uploaded for all my 32 pets... @ _@ I know I don't -have- to but of course it'd be nice. But spending so much is like... crazy?

I have 24 pets and I've already spent 20-60 PER slot if it didn't come from a loyalty box. Really need to fix site issues before you release more things that require me to dish out more cash.
I like this idea a lot! It would be super useful for my pet Sweetiekins since the Kumos hasn't come out in the Sweetheart color yet. Sadly I don't have CSC right now, or an overlay for that matter, so I think I'll wait it out and see if they're released next pandemic x)

This is something I was thinking of using later on, and I adore the idea of it ! Good on for anyone that does use this, but screw that price tag. I am perfectly happy with simple overlays on the pet profiles. Thankfully only one of my pets (as of now) would fit the bill, and I don't think it would even be allowed.

it could potentially be a good feature, but on the voting poll for the gold members, and on facebook, ummm I saw no one vote for 10 bucks for the option. thats just....steep. I mean its a buck to have a image of your pet under your name in the forums...I get the whole coding thing is difficult and such...and its "forever" but...ya....no...but happy using it to the people who do!
If this was 250 I'd probably use it, 500 would be iffy, but IMO 1k is WAY to much for a feature that I probably could basically code into my browser (or I think using the custom layout feature?) for free, if I wanted to - granted the browser would change all default species/color of that into the overlay on the site, but still.
Just to clarify--overlays are fine, but if we want it to be 'official' and seen around the site instead of just on our pets' pages, we would use this?

I also think this is a very fair pricetag for it, enough to make it feel special (and actually still see some official subeta pets around the site -laugh-) but not enough to make it uninterested. Right on pay day, too, not sure if good timing or bad timing |D..
