Personally i think it's dumb that the original amount of interest was ever lowered in the first place, but then adding these non stackable only 1% more cards.... I don't see the point, and I'm really unimpressed. :(

This is a good idea. I only hope they're not as rare as the invites for SBQ, because I've only found one of those. And I also hope there will be more ways in the future to increase interest. This is a good start though.

I'm sort of hoping there will be things introduced that permanently increase interest rates, too. Having it temporary makes me all OCD for some reason. I can't explain.

I honestly don't really care at the moment on if I find one or not. Going to only 2% is hardly a difference in my opinion. I'd take my 6% back in a heartbeat though, but we all know that's not going to happen.
Guess I'll just wait and see of what other ways there are to increase our bank interest.

Since this item doesn't stack, there could still be other ways to increase the percentage.
I do like Paradise's suggestion, though. Hopefully the event isn't super rare and it is possible to get them every month with reasonable activity.

I'm agreeing with others on this - a small chance to find one, only up 1% for a total of 2%, doesn't stack and only lasts 30 days? How about a random increase of 1-10% instead, or at the very least make them stackable? And how about some ways to -permanently- increase it?
At the moment, this thing would earn me about 300k over the course of the month. Hardly worth the trouble.

I was happy on the 6% I initially got when joining, sorry to grumble but seems someone always wants to fix that which isn't broken. There's a lot of other things that could have taken priority over changing the interest rates like the inability STILL after all these months to be able to clear our comments page. Just saying is all.

I never really cared about this, and I don't even remember what my interest was. And honestly I'm not going to start doing so now. It's just not something I can remember every day...
But it's nice that ways to improve interest for people who do care are being worked on. c: 2% is a start.
Also, per usual with these sorts of things, we are testing a new system. This (and the ToT 'fast pass') are part of a new system of buffs that we are putting into testing. These are things that last for a certain amount of time, automatically expire, and have specific abilities attached to them.
This is one (the interest) that we can apply all over the site, to many different things, with different expirations.
Well... It's SOMETHING at least. :/

Whats the difference between a Random Event to increase our interest to what it once was. A Random chance at getting 2%-8%? Whatever it was. When you first signed up.
BTW Random Events are not what I call "fun"
