No brainer. :)
The newer one is definitely better quality, but the wings/flippers/arms look weird. I think it's the way they're bent at the end. Another thing is the toes. They seem so well defined, which looks a little odd compared to the original's flipper-like webbed feet. Otherwise, it's really nice, though.
YES, the Cybills need revamps. But I'm not particularly sure THIS is the revamp it needs. :(

I really like the new art. The only thing is that the old one has this mischievous, cat who ate the canary look that doesn't show in the new one.
You know what this reminds me of? A video game idle animation, I just picture this Cybill just sitting there swinging its flippers back and forth like the cutie it is. I love the newer one.

Oooo, this is a tough one. The left is more realistic, and more identifiably cute. While the right, the former, is exaggeratedly cute with it's cartoonish appearance. I really do like both, though. The old Cybil made it more believable that is a creature foreign to our world, but native to the world Subeta created. But the newer is identifiable. I think Penguin more with the new one than the old, but does it make it better? Hm... I think I'm going to have to vote for the old one. I really liked it the way it was. Maybe a different shading on it might be nice, but I loved the cartoonish elements in it.
