(( Please, when you choose to argue with me, only involve you and me in it. Don't state 'done to most of us lately' as if you're speaking for everyone. If anyone else has a problem with something I've done or said then they know they are more than welcome to talk to me about it. I don't care if they've mentioned to you something I've done that they felt was rude if they're unhappy with me, they can bring it up. () Aside from that I've already replaced Slatestorm with Stonestar so this subject can be dropped. I'm terribly sorry I briefly mentioned your character in my post. All you had to say was 'I had other intentions for where I wanted him to start. Could you please remove him from your post?' And I would have done so happily. ^^ Since you chose to, and continue to choose to accuse me of something you are very well aware of by now that I did not intend I feel a great need to drop the matter. My post has been changed already so no harm done. Again, terribly sorry.))

((Oh yeah, 'cause you'd react favourably to them saying you'd wronged them. I did, in fact, mention calmly that you used my character without asking, to which you responded by having a go at me for asking you not to use my cat without asking.))

WrenClan {Fox - leader} Dreams of cats and other creatures swam thickly through the insanity-clouded brain. A fox ran gleefully through the forested lands of WrenClan, slipped through the trees with bright fur flashing in the gaps in the canopy, eyes as bright as moonlight, but far more green. The tail waved in mad circles in the air and was caught on brambles and left fur in its wake. The fox flew to the border and straight into the river that separated WrenClan and HawkClan. Her fur was slick when she emerged at the paws of a badger, grinning broadly. These two creatures twirled around each other and nipped affectionately at one another. The nips got harder, and the fox could feel her skin being torn, her limbs being ripped. She did the same in return and somehow didn't realise when she angrily attacked the badger. When her bites stopped being tentative and defensive. When they became savage, violent. When she was covered in the badger's blood and they both lay, one panting, one not breathing at all, on the ground just on the HawkClan side of the river.

A deep red cackle rose through the air, followed by an auburn cry of savage mourning. They seemed to happen both at once and seasons apart. They came from a cat nearby, and from the fox's jaws at the same time. Or was she herself the cat? Thought ceased for some time, and when the pink light spread over her feline bones and fur, the fox had dragged the former badger into the river and watched his body float for a short time and then sink. The fox followed the body into the river and stayed on the bottom long after her foreign lover had slipped away, then finally went home, her lungs burning from holding the air in for that long. "Fox! Fox!"

The ginger she-cat was started away by an insistent but whispering voice. "Get out of my den, you stupid tom!" Fox demanded with a growl. She sat up straight and pushed Seabreeze into the brilliant morning sunlight. There she looked at him, angry that a tom had come into her den without even asking. The lowly creature seemed to think he had a right. "What do you want?" she growled.

{Riverpaw and Onepaw} Riverpaw and Onepaw had both been up early. Neither could sleep, they told each other. They didn't really know each other well, but they were content to keep each other quiet company. They saw in the dawn near the pitifully empty fresh kill pile, but neither cat had wanted to bother with night-hunting. They'd heard horrible cries coming from Fox's den as dawn arrived, but assumed she'd been having a nightmare. Riverpaw knew she had them often.

"She made me sleep in her den with her once, you know," Onepaw said, after they'd stared disdainfully at Seabreeze's retreating form. The blue-grey cat knew about the white one's kidnap by Fox. It saddened her, really, but Onepaw didn't seem to be all that bothered. "It was creepy. Sometimes she would get up in the night and stare me down, but she was obviously asleep. I couldn't sleep the whole night, she just screamed and stared and then went still and silent. I don't know how she gets a night of sleep."

"You know she's crazy, though," Riverpaw replied. "Did she say anything that might give you a clue about why she's completely nuts?"

"Nah, just lots of screaming, like what we heard a minute ago." The last of Onepaw's sentence was drowned out by the leader, having recently awoken, shouting at Seabreeze for having entered her den. "He should have known better." Riverpaw nodded.

((If you wanted to have Skypaw join them?))

((No, you accused me. There is a very very big difference. And I would react just fine. Others can speak for themselves. No body here needs you to speak for them. And if anyone feels like they do then please, come talk to me. I absolutely hate the thought of you guys going behind me back to discuss something I've done without me knowing. Even if it is just so you can vent. ))

[[ WrenClan ]]

---{{** Wildpaw: Apprentice **}}---

Wildpaw watched with mild amusement as poor Seabreeze was shoved around. 'Should have known better.' He mused. He spotted his sister and his friends a bit away and hurried over to them. "That's Fox for you. Crazy as ever." He mewed, looking at the two with an expression totally absent of fear and any sort of humbleness. The tom probably should have shown more fear, or at least humility, around two of the superior race, but Riverpaw had never been cruel to him. He felt safe around her, as if he could openly be himself in her presence.

He padded to her side and sat, curling his tail over her back lightly and watching Seabreeze. "Well, he got what was coming. So, what are we planning for today?" Truth was he often followed his sister around. He could get away with more when she was with him and if she wasn't with him then he could hardly get away with anything. Besides, she had always been the leader, though through no lack of his own trying.

WrenClan {Riverpaw} "Come here sweetie," Riverpaw said to her brother as soon as he showed up. Wildpaw immediate curled beside her and draped his tail over her. Riverpaw liked to look after him, she couldn't bear any cat pushing him around, even if he were a tom. She acted like more of a mother than their mother did, which was just as well, because Russetfang was a lousy mother to say the least.

Riverpaw noticed Onepaw's vague look of disappointment. The she-cat may be SparrowClan by birth, but she'd been brought up in the WrenClan ways. Riverpaw believed that most toms were inferior, but she didn't outright treat them terribly. And she kept close watch over her only brother. "What are we planning for today?" the blue-grey she-cat asked the white.

Onepaw shrugged. "I guess we'll be wanted by our mentors for training, maybe patrol a bit," came the reply. "I was planning on lounging here till a she-cat told me I had things to do. You're welcome to stay." There was a notable pause. "Both of you." The other apprentices knew to be careful around Wildpaw and Riverpaw liked that. "I wonder where everyone is, anyway?"

BIC: Shadowpaw squinted against the bright sunlight as soon as his brain registered the fact that he was awake. It took him a while to take in all the familiar surroundings, as his mind was always a bit foggy when he'd first woke up. When he'd managed to convince himself to crawl out of his way-more-than-comfortable nest, he stretched his limbs and blinked away the sleep in his eyes. His strong muscles rippled under his dark fur as he stepped out of the apprentices' den. The first thought that had hit his head after that was food. His stomach rumbled, begging him for condolences. Stifling a huge yawn, Shadowpaw pulled himself together towards the fresh-kill pile. Heading closer towards the center of the WrenClan camp, the black tom noticed that angry yowling was coming from the general area of Fox's den. Rolling his dull green eyes, Shadowpaw picked a plump squirrel and headed towards the first group of apprentices he spotted-- Onepaw, Riverpaw, and Wildpaw. He stopped in front of them, suddenly feeling awkward by his not-knowing-what-to-do-now sensation. He bent his neck down to set his squirrel on the floor.

"Is Fox freaking out again?" Shadowpaw sighed tiredly.

{Skypaw and Dawnpaw, WrenClan}

"Try and see any of the others beat THAT." Dawnpaw purred proudly, dumping her catch onto the fresh kill pile. The grey calico turned to the brown and white she-cat beside her, "Right, Skypaw?" The two of them had been sent out on a hunting patrol just before dawn by their mentors. Dawnpaw had worked extra hard to produce enough prey to feed every cat in the camp breakfast. Skypaw, on the other hand, hadn't been so competitive. "Um, I guess." She mewed with a shrug, setting her prey gently on the pile. She was satisfied with her catches, even if there weren't as many as Dawnpaw had. Feeling smug, Dawnpaw looked around for any warrior she could show off to. Instead, she spotted the other apprentices gathering nearby. "Hey, what are they up to?" She mused, flicking her tail at Skypaw, "Come on! Let's go join them." She hurried over to join the group, pushing in beside Shadowpaw and loudly mewing, "What are we all talking about?" Dawnpaw was sort of oblivious to others, and didn't often realize how obnoxious she could be. Maybe she just didn't care. Skypaw made her way over a little less dramatically, and let Dawnpaw do the talking while she sat quietly beside Riverpaw.

{Cobrafang, SparrowClan}

It was early enough that Cobrafang felt safe enough to venture out of his den without being paranoid that his young, often annoying, apprentice Foxpaw would tackle him and start babbling about her nonsensical dreams. He stretched, feeling pleasure in each leg as he extended them out as far as they would go. Then he gave his chest a few licks, and looked out over the camp. Things weren't too busy yet. Perfect, he thought, heading for Stonestar's den. He wanted to talk to his leader about making Foxpaw a warrior, even though he knew she wasn't anywhere ready yet. But he'd do or say anything to get rid of her. She made him absolutely miserable. Trotting over to the den, he stood outside and called into it, "Stonestar? Are you awake?" Then he poked his head in to see if the leader was even there. Instead of seeing Stonestar, Cobrafang saw a strange, unfamiliar she-cat, sound asleep in the leader's den. Confused, all he could do was stare. She was very pretty, and he had to wonder who she was, and why she was in Stonestar's den.

WrenClan {Riverpaw and Onepaw} Benched in on both sides, one by Wildpaw and the other by Skypaw, Riverpaw lent towards the quiet she-cat. "What's wrong, sweetie?" she whispered. Skypaw seemed really distracted; the she-cat wasn't loud or welcoming or as friendly as Riverpaw expected. True, she didn't know the other apprentice well, but she should have been happier than that regardless! The blue-grey she-cat tried to look concerned and not aggressive.

Onepaw smiled at the two new she-cats, but ignored Shadowpaw entirely. Until she noticed his breakfast at least. The lazy tom had scraped himself out his nest way too late and immediately scooped up a meal, and finally flopped himself down in their group. "Shadowpaw," the white she-cat began, curtly. "I didn't see you leave camp to catch breakfast." She hoped the message would be clear enough; he should hunt for she-cats before taking breakfast for himself.

Even though Dawnpaw and Skypaw had caught lots, he hadn't known that before. Onepaw turned her mismatched eyes to Dawnpaw. "Well done for catching all of that, Dawnpaw!" she exclaimed. "You must have put loads of effort in!" It was just another reminder to Shadowpaw that he'd not done anything yet, but it would also hopefully make Dawnpaw feel good about herself.

[SparrowClan] >> Stonestar "I was planning on introducing her to the clan this morning, actually," the tom mewed to his sister as he padded along the border at her side. The two of them had offered to go out on the dawn patrol to check the border, since they were the first ones out this morning. The first rays of sunlight were just beginning to show in the sky, and he knew that soon his Clanmates would be awakening. He could already hear some birds beginning to chirp at the sun.

"Yes, she came from HawkClan," he mewed to Morninglotus, turning to look at her. "Much like Goldenflower did, and many other she-cats recently. Can you imagine how bad it must be for them there?" He shivered, then padded on. "It must be bad, we've been getting more cats than usual from HawkClan lately. You'd think that they'd notice the females leaving, but I haven't received any messages from Ivoryscar..." He turned to look at her and shrugged. "Whatever, it makes things easier for us if they don't notice these things."

((I don't mind, you can choose however old you want her kit(s) to be :) Did you want Echofeather to be the she-cat that nursed Gladepaw when he was a kit (and possibly even named him)?))

SparrowClan {Slatestorm, Swiftheart and Skylark} Three toms awoke in the warrior den almost simultaneously. One, deep grey in colour with stormy patterns upon his pelt and storm-blue eyes, stretched and pushed himself to his paws immediately. The second was a dark tan colour, his eyes bright blue, and handsome; this tom shook his fur, cleaned his ears and exited the den. The final tom was sandy-pelted, mottled, with amber eyes, and he spent a great deal of time cleaning his paws and after that he sat for a while, pensive.

Slatestorm, the first tom, followed the second, Swiftheart from the den, while the third, Skylark, remained in his nest a while longer. They bid each other good morning and had a brief conversation before going their separate ways. "I heard Morninglotus and Stonestar left to patrol this morning," Swiftheart offered.

"Thank you," Slatestorm said. His siblings rarely got to spend time together, so he was pleased for them. He would find Spiritshine and see if she had any jobs for him. He didn't get the chance to say more; he heard Cobrafang calling for Stonestar and was just in time to see him disappear into the leader's den. Dammit! "I'll talk you you later, Swiftheart," he said, hastily. "Cobrafang!"

Slatestorm was mildly aware of Swiftheart going to the fresh kill pile as he dashed up to Stonestar's den. "Cobrafang!" he called. "Don't go in there!"

(anyone who'd like to talk to Swiftheart or Skylark)

{Ebony} A black head poked into the medicine den, looking for one particular she-cat. The medicine cat apprentice, Tawnypaw, had joined SparrowClan around the same time as Ebony herself did, and they'd struck up a kind of friendship. "Tawnypaw, are you in here?" Ebony called. She pushed her way into the den, hoping Silverpool wouldn't mind.

Tawnypaw, Ebony remembered, had fled WrenClan, a Clan heavily dominated by she-cats. Toms were treated with disdain there, and vice versa occurred in HawkClan. FalconClan were far more conceited than either of those Clans. Ebony knew her own heritage was in Clans, but she didn't know which. She'd come back to SparrowClan when her father and siblings were killed. Now she was nearing the end of her probation period, and hoped desperately that Stonestar would accept her into the Clan. Tawnypaw's acceptance had been immediate. "Tawnypaw?" she called once more.

WrenClan//Seabreeze

Seabreeze didn't show any sign of fear nor did he feel it. He merely took enough steps back that he was now at the exit of the den. "There is a fish with maggots in it's belly" He reported. He never feared any of the she-cats even if he was punished by any of them. He respected them so much but sometimes he found he had forgotten what place he belonged to. Fox was a beautiful leader which by far, had already been a successful leader. He respected her and was in awe of her. He wish he was her. But with the reminder of the she-cat lashed out Seabreeze had already put his guard up and kept a cool face. There was no point in denying mistakes nor freaking out about them.

"Should I call for Kestrelmoon?"

WrenClan {Fox} Fox didn't know what the tom wanted from her. "What would Kestrelmoon be able to do, cure the fish?" she growled at him. He wasn't using his common sense. "Give it to a tom you don't like," she remarked casually. "You can even say I said to eat it, if you're feeling especially cruel. Or if there's no tom you hate, go bury it a while away from camp. Then you can clean out the fresh kill pile for any prey that was contaminated and refill it, as punishment for waking me." The she-cat's voice rose rapidly so that she could shout, "And don't you dare enter my den without asking again!"

Fox pushed past the tom and stalked over to the large gaggle of apprentices. "All the she-cats present will come with me," the auburn warrior demanded. "Shadowpaw, don't eat that. Give it to Onepaw and go and find Coalpaw for me. Be swift, or I'll have your ears." Fox's voice was monotonous and demanding. "Eat up, she-kits, we're going battle training. Wildpaw will tell all of your mentors that I've taken you all into the forest and that they are welcome to join me once Blackrose has assigned patrols. And once he's done that, he can find any other female apprentice and tell her to follow our scents." She stared hard at the meek tom, then at his sister, daring Riverpaw to argue with her when she knew she wouldn't.

SparrowClan Blazeclaw & Spiritwhisper

Blazeclaw sat in the shade of a tree, hunched over a small bird. He tore at the meat and feathers hungrily, having not eaten all day. Spiriwhisper sat nearby, watching him closely. Finally, she stood up and padded casually over to him, sitting down so close that their pelts almost brushed.

The dark gray tabby pulled away slightly, surprised. "Uh, hi, Spiritwhisper," He greeted her, a bit uncomfortable.

"Hi, Blazeclaw," She chirped in reply. "So..." She leaned in a bit closer. "Dreamswirl..."

"What about her?" Blazeclaw edged away, leaning his head back. He was seriously confused.

"Is she nice?"

"Well, yeah..."

"Is she your friend?"

"Of course! Why...?" Blazeclaw cleared his throat awkwardly.

"Is she...pretty, to you?" Spiritwhisper was clearly searching for something.

"Well, isn't Dreamswirl pretty to everybody?"

"Oh...well, I suppose so...okay..." Spiritwhisper stood up and sighed dejectedly. Obviously, she hadn't gotten the answer she was hoping for. "Bye..." Then she turned and padded off, just as Dreamswirl entered the camp, carrying some prey.

Blazeclaw shot Dreamswirl a confused look and she shrugged, then smiled slightly and leaped after her sister, depositing her catch on the fresh-kill pile on the way.

[SparrowClan] >> Tawnypaw Tawnypaw's head turned when she heard her name being called from the entrance of the medicine den. At first she thought that it might be Silverpool coming to wake her, but it wasn't long before she realized that it was actually her closest friend, Ebony, coming to see if she was up yet.

"Good morning!" Tawnypaw mewed to Ebony as she approached. She had been up for awhile, and had just been grooming herself while waiting for Silverpool to wake up. She padded up to the black and white she-cat and smiled. Ebony had joined SparrowClan right around when she had come from WrenClan, and they were now pretty close friends. She considered Ebony to be her closest friend in the clan by far. Were it not for her, adjusting to the changes between the two clans would have been much harder for her. And she would be so lonely! She still missed her two siblings, but having a friend made it easier to deal with. And besides, she saw them from time to time. "How are you this morning?" she asked.

Seabreeze//Wrenclan

Seabreeze though irriated and wanted his leader herself to eat the fish merely bowed his head saying nothing. He had no bother to quarrel such a twisted leader. He returned to the fish that was laying beside the prey pile and began to attempt to drag it out of the camp. Seabreeze found that holding up his anger from the she-cat kept his pelt safe but he always felt the same pain everyday. He began slowly taking the maggot-fish out but stopped to the corner so that the she-cats would pass through the entrance first.

Maplepaw//Wrenclan Maplepaw's eyes shot right open to the sound of her leader. Doing a quick stretch she shot out of the den. Still a tad bit groggy she partially listened to what her leader said mainly catching "Battle Training" Maplepaw refused to miss any second of it joining the other she-cat. "Being so sleeply in the morning will help prepare us for surprise attacks!" Maplepaw mewed without even bothering to say good morning to any cat. She was sure they had spotted her race across the clearing with hungry eyes.

occ// Other than Wrenclan she-cats, what are other cats in other clans that are open for an additional add in conversation? Also are they're any patrols set up?

WrenClan - Blackrose

Dark lids fluttered across crimson eyes as Blackrose awoke, the sun glaring from just above the horizon. Morning. Time for patrols.

Blackrose got to her paws, stretching out each leg until satisfied, then stalked out of the den and into the camp. She quickly spotted Fox with some other cats, and approached them in time to catch the last part of her leader's announcement. "Morning," she greeted them shortly, lingering a bit on Fox before snapping back to the group. This was time for business, not pleasure.

"Is Seabreeze the only other warrior up?" she asked. It was still early, so she wasn't surprised, but she wanted to get the patrols sent so that she would have one less thing to take care of. She padded over to the fresh-kill pile, selecting a thrush to eat for breakfast. She would give the others until she was done eating, and then she would send Seabreeze to wake them himself.

((Yes please, that would be lovely :) Then Tawnypaw can be all excited for her and stuff :D Aww they are cute :p))

SparrowClan {Ebony} With a purr, the black she-cat greeted her friend. Ebony touched noses with Tawnypaw. "Want to grab some breakfast with me, provided there's enough?" she asked with a smile. She didn't want to step on any cat's toes, especially as soon would be the time for Stonestar to decide if she fit in well. If she weren't accepted, she wouldn't know what to do; she wouldn't fit in anywhere else and she'd already made friends here. She wondered where her other close friend, Pinepaw, was that morning.

As she turned to walk to the fresh kill pile, she responded to Tawnypaw's question. "I'm good, thank you. I slept surprisingly well, even though I ate that massive bird really soon before bed last night!" Ebony laughed. "I expect you thought I would get nightmares or just be kept awake by my aching belly." Ebony had found herself quite comfortable around her friend and, where she would normally be curt and short with her words, she could talk quite a lot. "What about you?" she asked, remembering that other cats sometimes wanted to speak too.

WrenClan {Fox} Fox purred when her deputy arrived. "Good morning, sweetheart," she said, almost in a sing-song voice. Today was clearly a good day; time to scare some apprentices with her claws. She chuckled to herself at the thought of Maplepaw's little face, horror-stricken and the ginger she-cat or her black counterpart bore down on her. Poor kit, arrived just at the wrong moment and ended up the victim in a crazy illusion.

"So good of you to join us, Maplepaw," the auburn warrior remarked, finally, sarcasm tainting the dulcet tones she had directed at her treasured deputy. "You will be my first volunteer." The other apprentices, even Shadowpaw and Wildpaw, had been awake before Maplepaw, afterall. Then, Fox turned back to her deputy.

"I believe he is. Decided to complain about some prey another cat had bothered to catch," Fox's voice had become dry and dull whilst talking about the tom. Indeed he was nothing special. "I was just about to take the young she-cats out for battle training. I'd like to you join me once border patrols have been sent. You could send a cat to wake the warriors, but I pity the poor tom who gets his ears clawed off by the she-cats." Pity, she thought, wasn't a very nice emotion to have directed at you. It made you seem pathetic.

(( Okay, sounds good! And yeah, I love them. <3 Any of my cats are open to be talked to if you like. ^^))

[SparrowClan] >> Tawnypaw "That sounds great," the calico mewed, following the black and white she-cat towards the fresh-kill pile. When they arrived she noticed that there weren't many warriors out yet. It was pretty early in the morning, just after dawn, but even though she thought that there should have been more cats out and about. Oh well, we all need a little extra rest every now and again, she told herself. And besides, who was she to judge the warriors? Their job was much more tiring than hers, she thought. Her time as a warrior apprentice had been exhausting, and more than a little frustrating as well.

Tawnypaw laughed. "I'm glad you didn't have to wake me up in the middle of the night for stomach trouble!" Tawnypaw said, chuckling. "Silverpool wouldn't appreciate being woken up early, and you know how I am." She turned to look at her friend with sparkling amber eyes. "Of course I would have helped anyways though," she added after a few moments. Tawnypaw had never been one to refuse help to someone in need, especially her friends. Even if the cause of her troubles had been due to a mouse-brained decision.

"I'm good too," she mewed to Ebony. "It was a bit of a late night for me, Silverpool and I have been checking on Goldenflower quite a bit lately. Her kits will be coming soon, any day now." She beamed up at Ebony, her mouth pulled up in a feline grin. "I can't wait! This will be my first time helping a queen during kitting." She picked up a mouse from the pile, then sat down to eat it. She motioned with her tail for ebony to join her, even though she already knew that she would. "Besides that, we haven't had too much to do though. Just a snagged claw every once in awhile, or a bellyache. Nothing worth worrying about." She leaned down to take her first bite of the mouse. "Hopefully things stay peaceful around here."

[HawkClan] >> Boneface and Crowpaw The dark grey tom entered the camp, with his father, uncle, and brother trailing behind him. They had just been on a border patrol, near the WrenClan border. Everything had gone normally, WrenClan seemed to be sticking to their borders, for now at least. His brother probably wasn't happy about that, or his father, but Crowpaw was glad that WrenClan was behaving. The others might have liked a chance to dig their claws into a she-cat's flesh, but he had always been more of a pacifist. He could fight, of course, and enjoyed it at times, but fighting with his brothers and fighting with his enemies were two different things.

Or are they? The thought popped in his head before he could guard against it, and he shook his head to clear it. No, his brothers weren't the enemies. Neither were his father or his uncle. And neither were his sisters, although his father had been trying to teach him otherwise for moons.

"Crowpaw, Adderpaw, go and find Sandpaw and them." He didn't have to say who them was referring to. Of course he meant their two sisters, Featherpaw and Thistlepaw. It looked like he was wanting to get started early today. "Get something to eat first, then come meet me at the Training Hollow." Boneface turned away then, to look at his brother. "Do you have time for a little training?" he asked his brother. He knew that he had to report back to his Dominant from time to time.

Crowpaw turned to Adderpaw. "I'll get Featherpaw and Thistlepaw," He always tried to be the one to get the two she-cats if possible. He treated them far better than his brother did, and tried to save them from waking to see his face every morning. Their day was going to be bad enough without Adderpaw being the first thing they saw this morning. "You get Sandpaw." He headed off without waiting for a reply, and poked his head into the apprentice's den. He went over to where Featherpaw and Thistlepaw were sleeping, side by side. The two were pretty close, being the only she-cats in their litter. "Featherpaw? Thistlepaw?" he mewed softly, nudging each of them with a paw. "Boneface wants us to meet him at the training hollow."

[WrenClan] >> Coralshine, Mudkit, and Iriskit The cream and brown queen yawned and opened her brightly colored eyes. It was just after dawn, and slowly but surely, the clan was beginning to come to life. She could just barely see Fox approaching a group of apprentices, and Seabreeze dragging a piece of prey away. At first she narrowed her eyes suspiciously, but she just shrugged. If Fox was there, then she really doubted that Seabreeze could possibly get away with stealing prey meant for a she-cat.

Coralshine had never completely agreed with her clan's ideas about toms, but she didn't fight them either. She was loyal to her clan, and things worked as they were, so she didn't see any reason to stir trouble by trying to change things. Sure, toms weren't always treated all that nicely, but they weren't harmed all that badly either, were they? One look at her brother would show anyone that a tom could be happy in WrenClan. Heck, he's happier than most she-cats! she thought to herself, smiling as she glanced at the siamese tom. His dedication awed her every day, and she loved him all the more for it.

She glanced down as she saw forms beginning to move and chuckled to herself. Soon another crazy day of watching the kits would begin. Hopefully no catastrophes would happen today. They always tried to get out of the camp somehow, and she normally stopped them, but it as scary all the same. Every day as a queen was an adventure, that was for sure.

"Mama?" Iriskit squeaked, looking up at her with those beautiful indigo-colored eyes. Coralshine had no idea where her strange eyes had come from, nearly everyone else in their family had blue eyes. It was odd, but definitely not the weirdest thing she'd ever seen. "Good morning Iriskit," she mewed to the tiny she-kit.

"I'm hungry mama," she whined. Then she yawned, her white teeth showing, a pink tongue stretching out. Iriskit had her adult teeth by now, and so did Oakmask's kits. It was nice, not having to nurse them anymore. It had been hard to nurse so many kits, but Wintersong had helped to the best of her abilities.

"I'll go get you something," Mudkit mewed, nuzzling up to his cousin. He was one of Oakmask's kits, and was very much like her daughter. He was quiet too, and sweet. He would grow to be a good and strong warrior... She just hoped that the females in the clan wouldn't break him when he got older. "Okay, but I'm coming with you," she mewed to the tom. She didn't trust Fox, and didn't really trust the apprentices either. She doubted that they would do anything, but you never knew... Mudkit looked slightly annoyed, and headed out of the nursery as fast as his short legs could take him. Coralshine followed, and trailed behind the kit about a tail-length away. If she needed to, she could protect him easily from Fox.

Mudkit stepped forward and took a mouse from the fresh-kill pile, for him to share with the other kits. Coralshine took a vole. Normally she would have gotten more, but she didn't want to anger Fox by taking too much prey when she had not caught it herself. (uh, pretty much everyone I think....)

SparrowClan {Ebony} Smiling at Swiftheart when they arrived at the fresh kill pile, Ebony listened to her friend. Tawnypaw almost felt like a sister to her, which was a relief as she'd lost her own littermates 3 moons ago. Her life had changed so much since then, though, that it seemed like seasons ago!

"I know you would have helped anyway," she purred with a cheeky grin. "Even if I were so mouse-brained! It was delicious, though, and so worth it!" She pulled a small mouse from the pile by its tail and it wiggled towards her along the ground like a snake. She was still half full from last night and didn't need much breakfast. She imagined Tawnypaw could persuade her to eat more, though.

Goldenflower! The queen must have been close to kitting; she was about the size of a twoleg by now! Not that she'd say that to the grumpy she-cat in case she clawed her ears off! "Haha, I bet it's an enormous litter!" Ebony laughed, "She's absolutely enormous! And so grumpy! Not that I don't love her, and I'm excited for the kits. You'll have your paws full!" She took a big bite into the mouse and realised she was far hungrier than she thought.

((Where is Nightwing, I want to know what to do with Skylark xD Also, want to roll a die to see if they have kits soon? Haha!))

HawkClan {Adderpaw (HawkClan) and Badgerclaw (FalconClan)} Having pushed his way into their camp after Crowpaw, Adderpaw and Badgerclaw flanked Boneface. The elder of the warriors, Adderpaw's father, told them to fetch their siblings. Crowpaw volunteered to get the she-cats. Just as well, Adderpaw felt like dragging them out of their nests this morning. "Sure thing, Flowerpaw," he mewed, sarcastically at his brother. Not that they weren't going to the same place anyway.

He followed Crowpaw to the apprentices den, but didn't go anywhere near the female side. Disgusting creatures. He cast his eyes around for their brother, Sandpaw, and prodded him in the gut. "Wake up, Blossompaw," he said. Both his brothers were - well, not the most masculine of cats. Shame there weren't more female names that he could disgrace the two with. "Boneface and Badgerclaw want to train us." With that, he stalked back out the apprentice den with a shout over his shoulder: "Hurry up, she-kits, don't keep us waiting!"

Meanwhile, Badgerclaw remained by his brother's sides, who white toms loyal to the end. They were the other's first and foremost. Unfortunately, Boneface had been led astray by that damned she-cat and that was the reason they were blessed with these ignorant kits to bring up. Goldenflower had abandoned the two toms to bring up her offspring. Only Adderpaw brought them pride, although Crowpaw was admittedly quite good on the battle field. They were the two that would join him in the Elite ranks and those were the two they focused the most attention on.

"Of course," Badgerclaw mewed, monotonously. "If the warriors get hungry, they can take prey from the other Clans. SparrowClan would be easiest, of course, but I can't imagine WrenClan being able to hold their own for long if they tried to stop an Elite warrior taking what's theirs." Of all the cats not in FalconClan, Badgerclaw respected only his brother. The other tom could easily join him, but refused to abandon his kits. Or at least the toms. "I have all the time in the world for you, my brother."

WrenClan {Amberkit, Bearkit and Fox} "Coralshine, Coralshine!" the loud, squealing mew followed the cream-beige she-cat from the nursery. Soon after, so did the owner of the voice. "I want to come, don't leave me here to come all on my own!" The ball of fluff waddled towards her mother, not entirely sturdy on her feet. She steered well clear of the leader, Fox; that crazy bat scared her more than even HawkClan cats, who ate she-kits for breakfast. With HawkClan cats you knew what they would do, with Fox you never knew! She could cuddle you one moment, then the next try to feed you to the ravens.

Amberkit had made the mistake of saying hello to the leader once, thinking she might like to be greeted. Every cat liked being greeted in the mornings, right? Apparently not, because the leader had been sunbathing (in the rain - Amberkit had thought Fox was upset and wanted to cheer her up) and the tiny kit had wandered over. Having seen the kit, Fox had barked that she was disturbing her sunbathing, and Amberkit had skittered off squealing.

Finally, she arrived at the fresh kill pile. "That won't be enough, Coralshine!" Amberkit said, agitatedly. Fox was too nearby. "We'll have to come back again later..."

"I could bring you something," said a quiet voice. Amberkit hadn't heard or smelt Bearkit arrive behind her! Turning, she squealed again and licked her cousin happily. He'd managed to get out of the medicine den for once. He never got out. Bearkit was always ill, so he was always missing out on their games. Often, he was made to just watch. It was sad. But Amberkit loved him anyway, because he was the most fun to talk to; he liked when she told him all the gossip she heard, and she heard a lot because no cat thought a little kit would be listening.

"Want me to come play with you in the medicine den today? We could scare Finchpaw so he goes to do dirt in his nest!" she giggled quietly, trying not to let her mother hear her. She was always told off for being rude, but Bearkit was laughing loudly so she didn't mind.

Amberkit didn't get the chance to hear his reply. Fox had looked over, and the two kits fell silent, scared. Bearkit agreed with her about Fox. She was slimier than a fish and scarier than night time! "Take more than that, Coralshine," the she-cat said, dryly. "You have yourself and nine kits to feed." Amberkit noticed she hadn't counted Bearkit. It made her said. Of course, the 10 kits weren't all Coralshine's, some were Amberkit's uncle's, Oakmask, Bearkit's father. She noticed Fox didn't say to get Oakmask some food, too. No one liked toms around here, it seemed.

(( I chose three moons 'cause the sound of a fluffy little Mistkit at three moons sounded adorable to me! =D It's like cute overload! grins Anyway, three moons is cool, right? Oh, haha, just responded to your post about this on the other board. XD Anyway, I'd be cool with that! ^^ Echofeather seems like just the sweet mother kitty that Gladepaw can talk about all his love problems with. =D And I don't mind if she was the one who named him either. ^^ Gah, so cute! =D Big ass intro post coming up! Everyone has something to reply to. =D Also, currently, 's power is out, so I don't know when she'll be able to get back on. Hopefully soon. ^^ Who's she? Morninglotus, right? Regardless though, I don't mind if she's walking with Spiritshine. I'll hold off on posting with Spiritshine then until you can post your intro for her. Or did you change it to Stonestar already?))

-SparrowClan-

-Jackalfang-Elder-

With a pop and a crack typical of an elder in the grips of old age, Jackalfang stretched luxuriously, his claws slipping out of their sheaths and into the dirt before him. He yawned loudly before rasping his tongue over his coarse fur a few times, teasing the knots out of it so he could be presentable to his Clan. He then poked his head out of the elder's den, taking in the sights of the Clan he loved so much. He slipped out silently, padding over to the loneliest looking she-cat in the camp, Morningcloud. "Good morning!" he greeted, trying to keep the pressure off of him. If he acted normal, no one would figure out his secret... "StarClan sure has blessed us with some beautiful days lately, don't you think?" he mewed softly, plopping down on his haunches next to the she-cat and hooking some prey out of the pile with one extended claw.

-Foxpaw-Warrior Apprentice-

Fitful squeaks of protest tore from the apprentice's mouth as she squirmed against the invisible foes that gripped her in the course of her nightmare. She usually didn't have them but she did tonight and had the vaguely fleeting thought that it might've been because of the extra prey she ate before she slept until her attention was drawn forcefully back to the contents of her nightmare. Unfortunately for Cobrafang, she eventually lurched up in fear, her breathing quick and heavy, riddled with fear. She shivered, glanced around the den at her denmates and littermate, smiling softly to herself before padding out of the den on "silent" paws that were making enough noise to wake up the whole camp. She dropped down into a horrible hunter's crouch and slunk towards Slatestorm and Cobrafang, who were peeking in to Stonestar's den. Oooh! They were gonna get in trouble! She continued prowling over to them until she was right behind them, giddiness flooding her tiny apprentice body. "Booo!" she yowled, hoping to scare the two and possibly even the she-cat inside.

-Lilacpaw-Warrior Apprentice-

The timid siamese she-cat slipped out of the apprentice's den, glancing around quietly, hoping no one would say anything to her as she headed towards the warrior's den, wanting to visit Skylark. She slipped in nervously before going and curling up alongside him, nuzzling up to his side. She felt totally comfortable alongside him and gazed up at him intently, waiting for him to wake up. Provided he wasn't awake already anyway.

-Lightningstreak-

The tabby tom's tail lashed back and forth wildly as he prowled over the forest floor, his muscles rippling beneath his pelt. "Into the wilderness I go, alone, with no idea what might be lurking in the shadows," he narrated out loud, his voice intense and dramatic. "I made a daring escape into the wild to become a warrior after living the pampered life of a kittypet but my journey is far from over! Now danger lurks at every turn, just waiting to POUNCE on unsuspecting prey! But it won't get me, for I am finally a warrior!" He paused in his narration, twitching his ears and listening to the conversation of a couple voices far off. Could it be the birds in the morning, having an idle conversation? Well, he'd show them! "He drops into a hunting crouch and prowls forward like a shadow flitting over the ground and...he pounces!" he yowled as he leaped towards the source of the noise, ready to feel his claws sink into the tender flesh of a succulent bird until... "Dreamswirl? Blazeclaw? You two ruined my narration! Quick, pretend to be birds!" He yowled, already dropping back down into a crouch, wiggling his haunches, ready to pounce.

-HawkClan-

-Sandpaw-Warrior Apprentice-

The young tom was dozing softly in his nest though his ears were perked up, revealing his natural attentiveness even in sleep. Finally he couldn't do it any longer, hearing the noises in the night that he had gotten so used to hearing. He could remember listening to his mother's breathing every night to make sure she was okay...watching over his siblings and the other kits in the nursery to ensure nothing bad happened to them. He rolled onto his back and yawned, gazing up at the ceiling of the apprentice's den. Just what will father try to teach us today? he wondered to himself, getting to his paws and sighing. He wanted to do something...but what? He couldn't run away. Boneface would probably just come get him again and then he'd be in more trouble for actually rebelling. Just then, out of nowhere, Adderpaw kindly prodded him in the guy and caused a low guttural growl to escape from his wiry body. He felt his claws slip out of their sheaths, tempted to shred his brother but then remembered they were family and that it would do no good to hurt him. He had a feeling his brother would be a really great cat if Boneface hadn't mutilated him into some sort of chauvinistic pig. He resigned himself to continuing his silent rebellion and put on a brave face, remembering the horrible things Boneface expected out of him. He glanced at no she-cat as he padded out of the apprentice's den, also ignoring Adderpaw and his jibs, his head held high as he padded over to the fresh-kill pile, giving it a once over before hooking out a piece of prey and settling down to eat it.

-Fadingmoon-Warrior-

Bloodpaw, was the sole thought that held the tom's attention as he slipped through the undergrowth, having followed the former Rustkit on his mission, hopefully without Ivoryscar knowing. Bloodpaw was not going to be a killer if he had any say in the matter. He'd protect him from his father's psychotic wiles if it was the last thing he did! He growled angrily, following Bloodpaw back into camp to where he was certain the tom would report whatever his findings were to do that foul creature that was his father. If only he had gotten to his mother first then Bloodpaw wouldn't be like this! Why couldn't they have been mates? He growled once more, cursing fate for its cruelty before padding up warningly, prowling close to Ivoryscar and Bloodpaw, letting both toms know of his presence, though for one, it was meant to be a mild threat.

-WrenClan-

-Oceankit-

A small bundle of white and brown fur rolled back and forth, starting to wake up from the grip of sleep. She mewled habitually, feeling the lack of her mother's warm fur alongside her and protesting it. She was supposed to be there, wasn't she? Suddenly a horrifying, fleeting thought ran rampant in her mind. Had she abandoned them?! She got to her paws quickly, wide awake now, poking her head out of the den to see Coralshine by the fresh-kill pile. "Mama?" she mewed softly, gazing at her with wide sky blue eyes. ( and everyone else with a kit)

-Snowykit-

The siamese tom with the fluffy tail and the cream stripes slipped out of the nursery too, yawning and gazing around through his light blue eyes. He looked around curiously, spotting Fox and some of his relatives, his eyes instantly lighting up. He padded over to Coralshine and the others, settling on his haunches. "Come on, let's go wake up my dad so I can tell him where I'm going then we can play!" he mewed to Amberkit and Bearkit, already dropping down into a horrible warrior's crouch, wiggling his haunches in excitement. (, Everyone else with a kit)

-Auburnwing-Warrior-

A mostly brown bengal slipped out of the warrior's den, glancing around at the WrenClan cats quietly, mostly to avoid confrontation. He didn't like it here, being suppressed by females when he had no problems with them at all. He was even nice to them to try and melt some of the extremists's hearts. In order for something to be fixed, one had to infiltrate and work at it from within. He just wasn't sure how to go about it... Eagle...Hawk...mom...dad...I really need you right now...You'd all know what to do... he thought to himself sadly before approaching Fox tentatively, gazing at the crazed she-cat. "I know you're probably busy right now but is there anything you want for me to do today?" he asked gently, casting a glance at Blackrose as well, knowing she'd probably have some say in his tasks for the day as well.

-Umberclaw-Elder-

A tan and grey she-cat emerged solemnly from the elder's den, her bones aching like normal though, of course, it wasn't any easier despite how long she had been dealing with it. She tried her best to hide it from everyone though, gazing around the lonely camp with sorrowful eyes until she saw her grandson talking to that demented hack of a leader. She approached defensively, her fur bristling, not wanting anything to happen to her one connection to his memory. The young tom looked so much like him... She draped her tail over Auburnwing's shoulders protectively and narrowed her eyes at Fox and Blackrose, doing her best to let them know that if they hurt or abused her grandson in anyway that she'd muster up the strength and fight through the pain to shred them both.

-FalconClan-

-Whitefire-Healer-

The white tom with the clever blue eyes padded out of his den, rasping his tongue briefly over the red patch of fur on his chest, something he had always noticed was reminiscent of blood. His thoughts wandered to the Dark Forest to the cats he saw there and the things that went on...and her. There was one she-cat that particularly fascinated him and his mind looked forward to seeing her again. That was his own business though and he had more important things to worry about for now...such as his apprentice. "Sharppaw!" he mewed, calling out for the young tom.

((For myself, still need to post an intro for these following cats/dogs: Spiritshine, Jaguarkit, Ruinedscale, Cougarpaw, Jake?, Orangey, Smokepelt, Goldensoul, Lucky, Gracie, Burnedleaf, Gladepaw, Otterpearl, Moonblossom, Mistkit, Hawk, Darksquall, Sparkpaw, Shardtalon, Arctichail, Dreampaw and Oakenpaw.))
