Well - I got the refund started. He says it will take 1-10 days to actually process it and see it in my account. That is ok too. As long as I get it - since I did not get the product AND the auto system told me it was NOT refundable? Ha. Yes, it is. I didn't get it, I shouldn't have to pay for it! :P

Oh no! I hate when I leave things at work. How long is your commute? Mine is only 12 minutes to drive to work, but if I leave something there, its hard to get back in as the building gets locked up completely at a certain time....I usually don't bother to go back for it. I did leave my phone one day, but since it wasn't a weekend, I just got it the next morning and charged it at work LOL I also hate trainings that aren't relevant to my job. I try to get something out of them anyway, but most of the time I can't. sigh

Hmm I thought Survival was supposed to end last night, yet I have kisses from 30mins ago? Also - the legacy quests didn't reset again. They did finally yesterday, so I did all but Drills yesterday afternoon (I didn't finish battle either, but did some of those). Guess I'll see whats up with them this afternoon also.

The Kumos kissing booth is still functioning! That seems to be the only thing though, no more forum kisses.

My commute in total is 30 minutes. Pretty decent, but yeah I'm glad I didn't notice only when I got home because losing an extra hour would have been irksome for sure. And it's true, if I had been willing to go to the office again on Wednesday I could have left it and charged it at the office too! I didn't wanna do that though haha :D

Today I have an appointment at the ophtamologist to get my eyes checked out! That's in about 2.5 hours, I'll stop working early to make it.

Oh what fun. I am debating going to see the eye doctor myself. I think I might wait another year? My prescription barely changed last time, and I dont feel any different at this point. Why not just keep what I have another year unless something seems messed up.

I am now officially invited to my daughters wedding. My invite/announcement finally arrived. She had to resend it :P

Yes, indeed, there's rarely a need to go see the eye doctor if your glasses are fine. And my glasses are fine! But I go to check how my retinas are doing. They're unfortunately a little damaged so it's important to keep an eye on how that develops (pun intended). My doc confirmed the damage is still mild and I'm extremely unlikely to have any negative effects in the coming year. So we'll just check again next year.

Also apparently I see better through my right eye than my left eye. I asked if that's an issue, and doc said no :P

Yeah. I got bifocals last time, but I think I could have honestly got by without them, I rarely wear them when I'm reading, and if I have to look down to use the bifocal part, I usually end up taking off my glasses anyway. I might just go next time I see a "Buy 2 Pair" for whatever $ deal. (usually around $100). And get 1 bifocal (which will cost a little extra) and the other regular. I dunno. I'll decide later. :P

Hmm. I swear I did Shinwa, Wiz and some other quests during naptime at work, but now at home, all my quests are reset again?? Legacy quests. Kumos is still done from this morning.

Yes, I love the fastness. I love that he's updated legacy so we don't have to scramble to move to kumos. I am enjoying the new updates for the most part but am so used to legacy that a complete move to kumos would be strange. Even though it is getting more familiar.

Now, with all these updates, I wonder how Vesnali will go ;)

[edit] Saturday 1115 am I don't know if I should thank Keith or cuss him out hahahahah I love that the site is faster. However, finishing all my quests so quickly has left me with nothing to do all day. So far, since yesterday, I have cleaned my bedroom, my closet, vacuumed them and the hallway, cleaned my bathroom, inlcuding washing the counter and sink (still need to sweep/mop), and I have done about half of the dishes so far, as well as pulled out the stove and fridge, and swept behind them as well as the rest of the kitchen floor.

Also, can this virus finish already? :P I'm ready to go back to normal look. Hmm I thought I changed my clothing in the wardrobe, but I guess it didnt' save. Eh. I'll fix it again later. When I remove the skin I guess.

My last virus has matured and I was happy to take it off! Also wow at the site, it runs buttery smooth. Wonderful. I'm enjoying Survival having ended haha :D now don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it a TON and I'll be happy to participate again next year but it was an intense event and I'm glad to get a break from it.

I had a very relaxing Saturday where I did little of anything. Tomorrow is my sister's birthday, I was tasked with bringing dessert - and was lazy about it, just went and bought two cakes for variety to bring with me.

Cake is good!! I like chocolate cake. And cake for birthday is what you're supposed to have, in my opinion!!

Yes!! I am ready to remove my last skin for the year. Its over, its done. BE GONE! :P lol I think I only have 1 more stage. Maybe 2 max.

I have been busier still - I did take a break and go play cards with my neighbor for two hours. I also picked up Shane and we went for pizza (YES GASP!) at Slices, the one place I can still really enjoy pizza. And then after playing cards - I came home and rearranged the middle room (which is storage) and moved some stuff out to go to the backhouse, so I could move stuff around in there and make it feel less cramped around the litter box. And I cleaned and changed the litter. Plus swept that floor (its tile in there). Spring cleaning here I guess haha!

Events do mess up the site majorly, but this was worse than usual, I think due to the double site, plus all the old age stuff Keith was explaining about the legacy site. I am so glad its working so much better now too!!

Also, I am soooo procrastinating. I titled, and dated my assignment in word for my final paper...and its just ... sitting there. Staring at me. While I stare at the 5 other assignments and the rubric which tells me to use "a range of vignettes, examples and narratives as well as high quality peer reviewed resources" Ahhh fun. NOT. I will get it done. Maybe not perfectly, because REALLY??? Not sure I can locate "High quality, peer reviewed" sources. But I can find online sources and articles and such. Also, I have to include stories to go with the 7-10 pages of other crap I already wrote? Great. Thanks. How long do they want this stupid paper to be??? GEEEEES

I brought lemon cake and chocolate cake, and to my surprise the lemon cake was in higher demand. It was a nice day, proper peaceful Spring, was good to have lunch with the extended family. We do not get together that often! And I did get to hold the nibling too. Proper baby still, will hit one year of age in September.

Unfortunately being gone for a lot of the day and returning tired meant... I did not do my cleaning! Ope. Only thing I cleaned was the bathroom mirror. The floors REALLY need vacuuming, kitty's been losing the winter fur and her hair is absolutely all over the place. Will need to do vacuuming sometime this coming week!

Hello! Good Morning! Its way too early for me to be up. (I was awake at like 415, ugh. Refused to get out of bed until 445, when I went and got my shower). I did write up a lot of that paper, I skipped the last question of each - which was the same "What theories, theorists or research are you basing your beliefs on" and am going to combine all of them into a final section. This is where I will need the sources to quote and create the Resource page. But I condensed what I already had a little, added in little examples of things and have that part done. I feel like it rambles, but with the various questions they asked, I also didn't feel I could pull it together. I'm sure its ok though. I also turned in my 3rd lesson plan, as she opened that assignment - I saw that when I went to input my hours for the week.

Anyway. Today I should get a call to schedule the inspection for the house. And I have to pick up my dry cleaning (dress, suit coat and slacks) for the wedding. Nathan has tidied up his room a very little bit and I threatened him yesterday that if he doesn't do it today, I will be doing it once I have a date for the inspection. I am not kidding either. I want it cleaned up!! He was also told to clean the dog pen, but hasn't. I went and raked it all up into a pile on one side, so that she doesn't drag it into the house in her claws again - and now he just needs to shovel it all into a trash bag and haul it out of there. The way the dog pen is set up, it has to be brought through the house - gross. But eh. Thats life. I used to have it set up we could scoop it into a bucket, go out the gate and dump it over the fence hahah (bad me but no one lives there, its a long ass driveway to a lake cabin behind me) but Belle learned to push the small gate open. Tricksy dog! :P So I had to move the pen so it opens only into the house. And I will be honest, just like the litter box situation - its Daisy's fault :P Daisy was allowed to get on the furniture, so Belle did too and then she learned she could get DOWN off the furniture where I had kept the litter box out of her reach in a corner blocked by furniture. And the dog pen - Daisy would push and jump at Belle until Belle pushed hard enough against that flimsy gate and learned she could push it aside to get away from Daisy - so yeah. Its Daisy's fault, and even though Daisy is no longer here (Anna has her), Belle now KNOWS.

I woke up at 7, which is a lot more humane. My alarm was set for 7.30 so I did spend a little extra time in bed before getting up at 7.15. Generally I'm a morning person - only when I don't sleep enough I get grumpy in the morning, so four am is not a good time 😆

Daisy sounds like she was a little storm of trouble! And a bad influence to boot haha.

🤞🏻 Fingers crossed Nathan will do his chore! It's so annoying when you have to poke and prod at people to do some cleaning. I also get lazy about it, so I do understand to some degree - but when it comes down to it, cleaning is SO worth it in my eyes. I love when things are tidy and the floor is shining. I love it when there's no random spots and specks of dirt all over the place.

i wouldn't care about how messy his room is (ive about given up on that except periodically telling him to clean up the trash) except if a home inspector is coming it cannot be that messy. id be so embarrassed and the dog pen...well it starts smelling. especially in summer. and like i said, if there is a lot she begins to track it in

BUT! Token shop restock! That's been exciting, I just saw a legendary weapon restocking for 15K wizard tokens. That's SO MANY tokens! Feels like I'll be blowing my whole stash on this restock, right now I have 20K and I did get an Old Key for 2.5K which already felt like a lot. But I did get another wearable this morning so now to wait until evening and hopefully I can get the Really Expensive Legendary Bow 🤞🏻

Good Morning! Nope. I did not. I didn't take my meloxicam because my foot hasn't been hurting at all lately and I wanted to see what would happen (I'm only supposed to take it "as needed" anyway). Well by bedtime my entire BODY was full of aches and pains. I took some tylenol, passed out around 9, and woke up at 11....215....415. Dog was whining at 215. Yelled at her to shut up and go to bed. Refused to get up. Woke up at 415 wide awake but refused to get out of bed until 510, when I got up for my shower sigh I am going to be so tired today. And today I have my interview. Excited/Scared. EEEEEK Tomorrow my professor is coming to observe for the final time, and I have PTO/MotherSonDance to attend as well. LONG day tomorrow.

Good luck getting the legendary weapon. I got a minion (the turnip) first. And have bought two books since then. Nothing else caught my eye I needed. I will see whats available in about an hour.

I keep telling myself I should get up and move around and do things (I'm usually sitting in bed or my chair reading and get drowsy or doze off) later in the evening and maybe I'll not fall asleep so early. But who wants to go vacuum or do dishes to try and stay awake? :P But if I stay up and completely awake until after 10, maybe I'll actually sleep all night? Ugh. I dunno.

edit: Just finished kumos quests (6am). Had to quit at least 5 due to high prices. Eh. On to legacy.

My Dad tends to fall asleep at 8 pm and get up again at 4 am. I feel sleeping at 10 pm is super reasonable. There's supposedly these natural sleep rhythms and stuff... who knows though. I once had a half hour conversation with a sleep therapist and it was very interesting. There's plenty of things to consider, from what you eat to physical activity (supposedly you shouldn't be too active or eat sugar close to bed time, I assume those might hinder the body winding down). And of course everyone is a bit different too!

That being said when insomnia happens there's usually not a quick or easy fix, or being unable to sleep due to pain / being interrupted by pets. My cat sometimes would like me to get up at 6 but honestly she's not very good at convincing me, since she will just curl up at my side and purr and that knocks me right back into sleep land 😆

yeah. i don't think i would get too active. but i should get up, go out to the living room or kitchen. maybe put away some dishes or unload the dishwasher. something easy just to make me move.

ohhh the stinker. my school secretary came in a little bit ago and said that for my interview they planned on asking me a few different questions since i already worked here ... she gave me a copy. ❤️ guess my principal meant it when he said hed had to get some new questions for me since i had the other ones hahaha

But only two are different and just one doesn't really apply to how I've been teaching (preK doesn't do guided reading as they can't read yet!) but i figured out a response that i think will work.
