Can't open a shop

Hello,
New account, i'm trying to open a shop but i'm not getting a dropdown menu or anything to create a shop. I tried on my pc, phone and tablet. I tried with both Chrome and Firefox both the same results. No plugins installed.
Have you tried this page? Type a shop name and click 'Create Shop'. (Shops > Your Shops)

Yes, it's not showing the windows to create a new shop (or gallery)
There should be a text box and a drop-down menu at the bottom of the page next to "Create a new shop/gallery:", as well as a "Create Shop" button at the end of the line. If you cannot see the drop-down menu, please make sure that you don't have any extensions or add-ons that are blocking it!
The text box and dropdown menu are not loading, i tried every browser, even on my phone without wifi, with wifi. Fresh install of windows with a browser never used. Of course no extensions and add-ons. My husband had a look in the code and the code for the drop down menu is just not there. Is there any way you could manually add a shop for me? See if that fixes the problem?

Staff aren't able to add a shop for you, so I need to make sure which URL you're on so the programmers can see what is happening.
I am having the same issue. I do not have any extensions or add-ons. I've used this link and it still shows no option to create a shop

When I check your account, I see that you have a shop and a gallery. Are you trying to create another shop?
Have you tried to clear your Internet browser's cache and see if that fixes the issue? I also need to know what browser you're using, since that may effect what you're able to see.
Yes I've tried clearing the cache. I am using google chrome, but I tried firefox and had the same issue.

I looked this morning and the menu's to create them where there out of nowhere (i didn't change anything in my browser) so i created both a shop and a gallery.
Hi, I'm a new user and am having the exact same issue as Gantykun1984. I've cleared my cache and disabled my browser extensions. This is not the only issue I'm facing with Subeta either. :<
Is there possibly a waiting period for full functionality for new users?

I'm going to check in with the programming staff about this to see if there's anything else to try! For anyone having the issue, please make sure that you don't have any extensions that could block the drop-down menu or disable extensions to see if this fixes it.
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one struggling with this. I've tried it with firefox, chrome, edge, and even waterfox, and I end up with the same page in riloriley's screenshot. Cleared my cookies, turned off my extensions, nothing works.
Update is my create shop drop down just magically appeared, same browser as before, didn’t change anything. So it’s solved for me but unsure if there had been backend tweaks or if it’s just a waiting thing. Maybe it indeed is a timed unlock for new users?
