There should be a text box and a drop-down menu at the bottom of the page next to "Create a new shop/gallery:", as well as a "Create Shop" button at the end of the line. If you cannot see the drop-down menu, please make sure that you don't have any extensions or add-ons that are blocking it!

Staff aren't able to add a shop for you, so I need to make sure which URL you're on so the programmers can see what is happening.

When I check your account, I see that you have a shop and a gallery. Are you trying to create another shop?

Have you tried to clear your Internet browser's cache and see if that fixes the issue? I also need to know what browser you're using, since that may effect what you're able to see.

What is the URL of the page that you are seeing this on?

I'm going to check in with the programming staff about this to see if there's anything else to try! For anyone having the issue, please make sure that you don't have any extensions that could block the drop-down menu or disable extensions to see if this fixes it.

Staff is working on this! There had been a fix pushed for this last week, but it may not have worked properly and we'll try again.

Good news on two fronts:

The Bug: There was a bug where accounts that verified their email on Kumos weren't being properly marked as "verified" in the legacy system. This meant the legacy shop page thought you couldn't create shops. That's been fixed - all affected accounts have been updated.

Even Better: I've just launched User Shops management on Kumos! You can create and manage your shops at My Shops - no legacy page weirdness required.
