Saggi quests still missing the "Base quest reward". Weirdly in the morning 1st quest payout is always minute, other 4, which I do in the evening, mostly better. Even though I so far haven't lost money yet, I'd still like to see him function correctly, lol.

ceterum censeo... what will happen to Morty Cards on Kumos? I'm slowly using some of my ancient stored ones up, but I don't want to "waste" them, if they get a good other function later.

This night my dashboard settinggs stuck again. But I don't trust, it's because they are fixed. I think the widgets just behave, as they like.

P.S.: Quest payout today was the measliest I've seen in a long while. Saggi twice 2smthg (will do rest in the evening), others 50-70k on average, only 3 a liittle over 100k with high investment.

Not worth the time and effort...

Still don't understand, how Spells Galore isn't even restocking the last 9 items anymore, let alone those ingredients, Wizard asks for!!!!

I guess it was Saturday and Sunday, that Wizard paid between 20 and 30 k, now he is back to regularly pay less than the for a long while in NPC shop not available items cost in user shops.

Quests seem to be running much smoother now. It’s taking me 15 seconds to complete a 3 item quest; 20 seconds to complete a 4 item one. I can usually complete legacy quests in under 10 seconds, so taking me a little longer than usual.

The CSC incentive is great, but probably not that sustainable in terms of site profit? I’d love to see other rewards, maybe an ‘item of the day’ or tiered rewards complete X quests to receive X item? I guess that falls into achievement territory which admittedly is a real motivator for me on site. But overall, incentive to complete all quests is a welcome one.

My gripes with the look / layout of Kumos remain. The spacing is all over the place and hard to navigate. Text and content overspills the page, meaning you have to horizontally scroll on mobile to be able to purchase items and complete the quest. One way I minimise this is to purchase the last (3rd/4th) item first, meaning I don’t have to scroll as much on the mini quest widget on the top of the page. Speeds things up marginally.

The complete button seems to remain greyed out if I’m completing a quest having just purchased an item from User Shops. It works, but appears greyed out.

Item cost bonus & weekend quest bonus appear the only things to be making the quests “worthwhile” - base rewards and reputation bonuses both seem pretty low across the board in comparison.

I haven’t noticed being directed to NPC shops for an item that isn’t available, which is good! I’ve definitely noticed the difference now the item pools are wider too.

Overall, lots of steps in the right direction.

So I've finally been trying out the new quests again these past few days. I can say they have definitely improved since the last time I tested them out. The CSC is a nice motivator, appreciate that! I feel like I earn a decent amount of sP as well.

The layout and questing process seem very smooth on my laptop, not really any issues. On mobile, it is not as easy, when purchasing items, some scrolling is needed.

One thing I was curious about is why Saggitarius has a weekend bonus activated when it's not the weekend? Not that I mind the extra rewards....

Saggi's been the weekend rewards for months now lol. It might be to boost his value to match the main site, as people were mentioning his original sP prizes were pretty unrewarding.

said it well, although admittedly we enjoy the csc reward, if only that buying it with rl currency is not entirely feasible with the exchange rates. we will second that kumos on mobile is not fun to use, clunky and slow, and oversized. only done a handful of quests on mobile before switching/waiting to have desktop available. then again, don't really use it as a mobile site, but for now at least it isn't mobile friendly.

quests have been silky smooth, as ufo said, and we havent run into any issues with overpriced items, which makes everything clean and seamless. there are occasional hiccups with items not being bought, wizards payput being fairly low for what he is asking for, or some odd errors (we posted on another thread) but kumos has made leaps and bounds, and we're still in beta! it's looking bright now than it did a month or two ago, haha.

thank you for taking in our feedback, and being more communicative and engaged on the onsite community, its very much appreciated!

UI error, it seems! the bar isnt moving but the top line under mauves name shows the actual reputation

Yesterday at 7 p.m. Kumos became entirely unresponsive. I was in the middle of questing, my last task for the day (beyond 1 o'clock my time). I tried for about 10 minutes to reach any part of the site - no error message, nothing, just an ever loading sign. I lost the reward for my bought items and the opportunity to collect the CSC. What happened, how long did it last?

It's working again this morning.

Is it a common bug, that I have to reset my sidebar widgets daily? Im so sick of it. Also, when changing the content, I usually have to refresh inbetween, because after removing 2 widgets, it usually gets stuck. Then I can continue and change the last 2.

feels extremely punishing to miss out on the 100% due to the website bugging out, making it feel grossly mandatory to have a gold account to even take part in something that didn't require a gold account before. lag, items being handed in, but the quest then saying they haven't been.... absolutely ridiculous. nothing but dislike for this way if implementing it.

Most of the time, when I click to complete a quest, I get redirected to the last NPC shop I bought, then if I click again I get a 404 error. The quest is completed, but having to go back to the quest page almost every quest is annoying @ _ @

It doesn&;t affect the rewards (besides not knowing what they were), but it&;s just very annoying. I also don&;t see the purpose of it when purchasing normally; there is a return to shop button in the purchase screen.

If you hit the ESC key after purchasing from the NPC shop, after the complete button lights up and before the redirect occurs, it cancels the redirect and you can complete the quest without worry. I still think the redirect should be removed, but this workaround should help in the meanwhile.

Item hover no longer gives the option for a legacy shop search which means I have to have a legacy site shop search tab open. Unlike the legacy site Kumos user shop search doesn't show if a user has a requested item in their own shop with the option to remove it.

The Kumos site shows us if we have a requested item in our vault. If the option to remove a quest item from our shop isn't added we'll be putting all our items in our vaults instead of shops when everything goes to Kumos.

I didn't have any more time or patience to write yesterday night. Why is the item info gone - neither hover nor clicck worked any more. Just like users above said, it's a pain to go backt to having to copy/paste each item into legacy shop or account search.

Saggis quest is still broken with small rewards. Low payout everybody else as well.

were you talking about the site going down or is there another new feature, I missed - I DO have a GA (barely for the quest points, lol)

Shops are pretty or completely empty this morning.

Please put the account search option back in the hover image!! It took me over 45mintues to do my quests on kumos this morning since I had to go to legacy and account search my items. I prefer to be able to use items I have in my own shops for quests when I can, and this removal makes it harder to do! (I use account search because shop search only shows priced items, and i often have unpriced items in my shop too)

i'm not sure what your reply is relating to my post, but i can try to respond lol.

i was expressing frustration with the new csc feature requiring a set amount of quests to be done for the reward to trigger, but the 100% reward being unobtainable due to time running out or quests refusing to finish because 1) site lag and timeouts, and 2) items being turned in to complete the quest just for the quest to say the items are still missing but they have been removed from inventory as if they were turned in.

my comment re: the gold account is in relation to this csc reward feature being impossible to reach 100% without a GA if the site timeouts/etc., whereas gold account users have more quests to take from to get there*, should the site timeout. gold accounts get 2 more quests per quester, so if i as a non-ga have issues with just 1, i can't obtain the reward, whereas a gold account e.g. have more wiggle room to wait out the timeout and then get it with a new quest.

*(they only need to do 21 quests, not 100%, whereas 21 is 100% for non-GA)

idk, it just feels very penalising for non-GA when those timouts happen, which has been a lot as late. (the UB quests resulting in giving up also doesn't help, but that's not the core of my tirade here lol)

Thanks for responding, sorry, for making you spend so much time writing. The CSC/quest number in relation to GA was clear, I just wasn't certain about the quoted part. So no feature but again a bug occurred, which made the site eat your items. From start on Kumos had this tendency, unfortunately...

"View Details" on the new item hover non info still says "Oops! Something went wrong", "Move item" does nothing - what is it supposed to be for?" We NEED an account search for the items. The only Kumos way, to get info now, is, should a quest ask for that item. So please revert to the old hover, as long as not everything has moved over!

I'm happy to say, my sidebar widgets have stayed put for, I think, 3 days now!

I still need to know, what will become of the Morty Cards!!! I've been using them up daily, but neither want to put them to waste, either because they'll get a (better) function later on or because I haven't used them, while I could.

it's starting again. Mauve has been asking for Brown Drumsticks for a couple of days now, however today he wants them for every quest.

Is there any particular reason for the following -

  1. We no longer have an account search option on Kumos

  2. Kumos user shop search doesn't show if we have quest items in our own shops so we can remove one.

Nobody wants to buy a quest item from another user if we already have one.
