I agree! PLUS spayed and neuter their pets would sure help the issue. Thankfully city rescue, where I got my pups would only allow me to foster them until, they got neutered. Its there standard rule, and they have a veterinarian that does the surgeries for the shelter for free to person adopting. Its also the main reason I only adopt or foster from the city rescue and shelter here. I was surprised and lucky, adoption fee covered one of my pups from a foundation that was covering adoption fees. So I got them both for $30, instead of $60. Not sure why our Humane society's fees are higher than the City rescue. WHICH is affecting dogs and cats being adopted from the Humane Society.

I think they just don't understand. Next time I'm going to set up rules and try to make them as clear as possible. I'm up to three entries now. One that I finally recognize and two that just look like generic witches. Maybe they represent somebody but not one person has identified the witch.

Rescues both public and private sure help a lot of dogs, I am so glad that they have helped you get your 2 new dogs.

Thanks! Kobe is treating me, to walking by my lounger close enough. I feel his cool soft fur on my feet. Even Cody will do it, but his include slobbery kisses on my feet. Nothing like getting TLC from your dogs.
