I'm totally in love with Toriko now~ And also reading Ore ga Doutei wo Sutetara Shinu Ken ni Tsuite (Both recommended for shounen fans) :D

The only things I've watched "recently" (as in, in recent memory) have been Madoka Magica, Panty and Stocking, and Stein's Gate. All were very, very good, possibly the small exception being Panty and Stocking because while I liked it, some episodes were far too squicky for me to finish. I'm a prude. D: In terms of reading, I picked up Nichijou a few weeks ago and it's pretty entertaining.

Next month at the request of my friend, I'm going to be watching TTGL (Gurren Lagann) during my school vacation. I absolutely love the animation style and the storyline seems interesting. I'd like to watch the Nichijou anime too. I'm going to work on translation of some mangas I have bought in Japan, like the "different story" of Madoka Magica and a manga called "Gure Usa" about the life of a college kid who buys a bunny that turns out to be a self-centered prick and the other various animal friends she makes along the way.

i am currently reading "Get Backers" and i watch a lot of anime but the most recent of them are: Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero, Aria: The Scarlet Ammo, Black Butler, Naruto Shippuden, and a bunch more.

Haven't seen any anime in almost a year. But I do tend to read and reread my manga.

Oh gosh, ever since we got instant netflix that's all I've been watching besides documentaries. So far I've seen Angel Beats! (depressing as fuck), Fruits Basket, Origin: Spirits of the Past (really good by the way!), Elfin Lied (weird at first, but once you get past all the nudity and blood it's not too bad and actually made me cry), and a little bit of Ah! My Goddess! I'm still working on Ah! My Goddess and will probably watch some more heart-wrenching anime tonight until 3 AM.

As for manga, I haven't picked anything up in a couple years u.u the last thing I read was Death Note. I really want to re-read Fruits Basket since I never really finished it, the anime and the manga are a little different, and I forget everything I read in it.

I like mostly everything I'm watching. I'm still iffy on Cuticle Detective though. It's kind of silly and random, but I've watched worse things. It's not entirely horrible though, so I'll follow it a little longer and see what happens to my opinion. PSYCHO-PASS is really good, Akira Amano was lacking with the character design creativity but I can look past that for the music and the plot. Damn cliffhangers though. Wooser and Shirokuma are more like guilty pleasures for me, I love them more than I want to admit for reasons I don't entirely understand. Wooser has a really cute art style though, I'll give it that.

Amnesia... I'm watching because of certain voice actors, but there is a 99.9% chance that I am going to drop this after three episodes. I despise most otome games, and anime adaptations almost never do well at all. I normally avoid this type of series, but last year I tried watching Hiiro no Kakera since I owned one of those little One Coin figurines from it. I can't say anything about the games, but good Lord, the anime was boring as fuck. I'm hoping Amnesia won't be so bad, but so far I've only seen one episode and already I feel like quitting. The character designs are nice but that's the only thing I like so far. I don't know why I do this to myself. Sucker for punishment, I think.

Looking forward to the upcoming third season of Phi Brain, as well as the Karneval anime.

I love everything I'm currently reading, but more than the rest my current HUGE obsessions are Noblesse and Lessa. They're both Korean web toons rather than manga, though. Same with Room , which I like because of the topics it deals with. It has a bit of a whimsical art style as well, which amuses me. The characters in Room are silly, but they're easy to get used to and I find them all somewhat loveable. I'm actually starting to shift more towards Korean web toons in place of manga. Something about the panel layout and the fact that they're in full color is just much more enjoyable.

I'm watching pretty much all the new animes that came out this month... Not too happy with most of them but I'm watching them because I am bored. XD

I decided to have a shot at catching up on One Piece after I finished Hajime no Ippo! I'm at episode 217. The Foxy Pirates piss me off so much, but I appreciate Luffy's afro.

I'm planning on finishing Katekyo Hitman REBORN! since I got pretty far and then just stopped for no good reason. I procrastinate even on things I like, buh. Same goes for D. Gray-Man, Gurren Lagann, Groove Adventure Rave, and Ao no Exorcist.

I am unfortunately forced to read Heart of Darkness for AP Lit. Don't get me wrong--the book is written superbly. The characters, I cannot relate to. Analyzing is a nightmare as well.

I've taken to watching reruns of Power Rangers as of late. And rewatching FFXII/XIII cut scenes.

I'm currently re-watching Itazura na Kiss - so cute, I can't get enough :)

i'm currently rewatching sailor moon to get myself hyped for the 2013 version!! i'm also watching neon genesis evangelion with my boyf. he's never seen it before so i love seeing some of his reactions to it all hehe. i'm about to start rewatching mawaru penguindrum as well, it's been so long and i find myself getting bored with every night being a sailor moon night. gotta change it up :-)

Not much has changed since my previous post. I picked up S.I.D. which I am enjoying very much, and I dropped Amnesia, like I thought I would. Too slow paced and boring for me. I never really cared for those kinds of titles anyway so I knew I wouldn't like it when I started it. Cuticle Detective grew on me, despite the weirdness of the series. Hakkenden is still awesome, and the latest episode of PSYCHO-PASS made me really sad. I wasn't prepared for that at all. ; _ ;

Currently reading Kuroko no Basuke, Gintama, Bakuman and Assassination classroom. Currently watching FMA, Mirai Nikki, Tiger & Bunny, Starry sky and Star driver and Brave 10.

Currently atm watching Eureka 7, and was mid-rewatching Slayers (before we got distracted with Code Geass - I hadn't seen it somehow and a friend wanted to re-watch it so it worked out well)

Reading - Akaya Akashiya Ayakashino, Should be catching up to Blue Exorcist but I keep forgetting, should eventually sit down and actually READ HunterxHunter it's just so LONG (same goes for 2011 but I keep being afraid of making the jump since I loved the older anime so much) and giving Higurashi no naku koro ni a try finally. Horror is still not my genre but I've gotten a bit better with it after the Zero Escape series (I'm reading the actual visual novels, not the manga right now)

I'm currently watching AKB0048 Next Stage, Amnesia and Psycho-Pass.

I finished watching Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica and Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! I'm thinking of watching again Blood+ and Sword Art Online.

I'm currently reading One Piece, Naruto, Detective Conan, Weed, Soul Eater and Finlandia. (New books appear only every two or three months so I'm not making much progress.)
