I don’t know how I manage taking care of so many cats either. To tell the truth, it’s exhausting! We currently have 2 that we are bottle feeding as well. You’re little love seems like he’s adorable and, full of mischief too! Fall is in the air, my favorite time of year. I’m getting ready for all of the soups and, comfort foods, yum! The hottest day we are going to have all week is 84. I want to try to go in the pool a couple more times before we close it up until next year. I got my flu shot this afternoon, still deciding if I am going to get the new Covid booster or not. Love and Huggs to you sweetheart <3

Your's is a mission of love. That's how you can manage to take care of so many cats. I admire you so much! The leaves are changing here and I love fall. It's a beautiful time of year but since it reminds me winter is coming it's a mixed blessing.

Yes, it has been a mission of love. I didn’t expect it to grow so big though or, for it to be so exhausting! That’s only because I’ve gotten old and, its like having young children again. Lol Thank you for your admiration <3 (((Huggs)))

yes, it sure would be like having young children and sooo many of them. At 85, this one little tyke of a kitten gives me all I can handle but he sure is entertaining and so loving and sweet. When he gets together with Betsy's dog, who is 5 times bigger than him, it's a real show! Perrsey can get into small places if he wants a rest but he isn't a bit afraid of Molly as she is such a sweet dog. They go after each other as if they were the same size, Can be hard on the furniture but it's worth ht for the entertainment.

Yes, it’s an unimaginable number of children! I’m the old woman who lived in a shoe… I have so many cats, I don’t know what to do!! :p They really are entertaining, especially the kittens! In my opinion, kittens are one of the cutest baby animals <3 They sure can be full of mischief too! Cats definitely can get into small spaces. That’s why the saying goes, “If I fits, I sits” There have been times that we looked and looked for a kitten, finally, we find them in a spot that we never imagined they’d fit. It’s nice when our pets get along, especially different species. One of our cats is named Molly, she’s a fat Calico girl. We call her Molly Moo Moo! Lol Yes, they are definitely hard on furniture! We’ve trained them pretty well to not do it though. Also, we have lots of scratching posts! ;’

Some if my favorite cats have been Calicos. They are so beautiful. Perrsey has a climbing tree with scratching posts, etc. It's his favorite place to play and sleep. It's in the front of a window so he can watch the birds outside. So far he's learned to stay off the kitchen table and keep his claws in when playing with Grandma. The alternative is to fight with a little soft boy doll. I feel sorry for the doll but saves me a lot of blood loss. So much curiosity and so many things to learn (sigh) for little house kittens. Been trying to get a harness and leash on him so I can walk him in the building and outside. But he's having none of it! Has gotten out the apt. door a few times so far. Younger, faster aids have caught him for me. The residents love watching the chase.

Calico cats ard very beautiful, such pretty color and, patterns. Some people think Calic is a breed when, its just color. Does Perrsey make the bird watching noises? Its cute when they do that. I can relate to the blood loss, I've got the scratches and scars to prove it! Lol I’ve always wanted a cat that would willingly walk on a leash, don’t have one…yet! I do have a couple that will play fetch like a dog though. I’m glad that Perrsey has always been able to be caught!

Just stopping by to say hello. I can't believe it's almost the end of September. I can't wait for October, there are a lot of programs at the library that have to do with spookiness, including going to a graveyard on Halloween night for Horrifying History. I am looking forward to that one, but also I little scared as I am the biggest chicken.

Graveyards at night aren't my favorite thing either . So watch out for ghosties, and things that go bump in the night! :)
