Thankfully a cooler day here today in the UK. Its been warm for us the last few days. I'm not a person who enjoys the heat !

I’m glad for you that the temps are cooling down. I know how miserable the heat is. I don’t enjoy the heat either. I’m still trying to figure out why I live in the Southern California Desert. We have triple digit temperatures all summer long. Thank goodness for AC and, a pool! In fact, I think I might venture outside and go for a swim…

oh you guys have definitely got it worse than us here. We've got fans but AC is not a regular thing here in the UK. Today is suppose to be the hottest day so I'm staying home with the curtains drawn and the fans on for our bunnies.

Well, technically, I don’t have have AC. I have a swamp cooler which, is just a glorified fan! It definitely is better than not having any cooler! AC is much to expensive to run. Do you keep your bunnies indoors all the time? I hope that the fans will be enough to keep you and the bunnies comfortable! Have a nice weekend!

I do, my bunnies are all house bunnies :) A little bit crazy here but I wouldn't change them.

We we're suppose to have some thunder storms today but just a little bit a rain was all we got, Better than nothing I suppose !

I can't wait for the autumn weather to kick in. It was supposed to be cooler and rain, but so far nothing. I really want to open my windows and turn off the AC.

I’m ready for the fall weather also! We are still swimming here in the desert. The pool was so refreshing today. We’ll be closing it up for the year in a couple of weeks, I think.

I'm doing alright ,. Thank you and I hope you are too. Took a walk today but it was too hot to go far. Waited until afternoon which is a no, no. First thing in the morning is nice and cool, but I'm 'not the morning person I use to be.

I’m happy that you are doing pretty well <3 I’m doing pretty good, my surgery seemed to have helped with some of my back pain, just not the pain associated with arthritis. My knees and hip are hurting too from arthritis. Most days, it’s difficult to get up and get moving because of it. Once I’ve moved though, the pain eases some. A day in the life of a senior citizen… Mornings are definitely the best time to go on walks. Do you try to walk every day?

That’s good that you are getting some cooler weather. The pool has definitely been nice.

Is everyone enjoying the anniversary festivities so far? Wow, 100 more lifelike dolls, I still don’t have all of the first ones! Lol

I am having fun today. Just did all the new surveys. I am looking forward to collecting the new lifelike dolls.

It's good to hear that surgery helped your back pain. I'm so sorry you are having such a hard time with arthritis. The constant pain is so exhausting and difficult to live with and mine isn't as bad as yours is. I pray you will be able to find a way to get relief from it and soon. We're encouraged to exercise before we get out of bed, doing stretches and just moving everything. We also have gentle exercise classes every weekday for 15 to 30 minutes. We just do what we can, usually to music. I really appreciate living here with other seniors, who encourage and understand each other. My kitten is a blessing. Gives me something to take care of and he is such a little lover. I love waking up with purring in my ear, not so much that he feels it necessary to clean my dirty face!

It is definitely a blessing for you that you get to live with other seniors that understand all the aches and pains of aging and, can encourage each other. I’m always around people that are 10 years or more younger than I, I don’t think they quite understand yet. It won’t be long until they do! Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. I hope I can find some relief from arthritis soon. If not, I’ll carry on same as before. All of our kitties definitely keep me busy, even on days I don’t feel like being busy! Purring is really a soothing sound I love it when they are being little love bugs! I don’t appreciate the face washes either though. Lol Sending love and Huggs to you my friend <3<3

Thank you for the birthday wishes, everyone! I appreciate it. :) Sorry I haven't been on here much. I started my own dog training business earlier this year, and I also spend 12 hours a week volunteering at a local shelter and just finished fostering a set of bottle babies, so life has been busy! But I hope everyone is doing well!

Hugs and love to you dear. God bless you. I don't know how you manage to take care of so many cats. My one little tyke is all I can manage. He went into the storage room where there was a chair with an empty big laundry basket on it. He managed to knock it upside down on top of himself. I watched while he slowly managed to walk forward pushing it with his tiny nose until he had it out in the hall, Then I gave in and removed it.
