Had nothing but errors all day yesterday. A so far this morning too.
The lag has been terrible yesterday and today, making questing impossible. Gateway errors have been happening abundantly in the Training Center.
Yeah... pretty bad. Can't get to my dashboard to do some stuff. And been trying to get make a new outfit for a while now.

The lag has been noticeable all over both subeta sites since the start of the current event, but just now I can't get into my inventory to open my old ornament box because I get a Gateway-time-out error 504, and in order to see if I am the only one or report it myself, I got another error 504 coming to this forum, and this post took a long minute to load. I worry this reply won't post and I will get a 504 just trying to get it posted.
Can’t quest, can’t access my inventory, can’t send gifts, can’t open my shop :( The lists goes on and on and on.
SELL ME FOOD PLS? 🡺 CLICK HERE 🡸For anyone having issues accessing their shops in any form or fashion, I was able to create a new shop and quick stock my items in order to empty out my inventory. It was a one time workaround, however, and I haven’t been able to access my new shop since. It’s a temporary fix if you can’t clear your inventory via other methods.
Has anyone created a ticket or is anyone aware of any staff comments or acknowledgement?
Desperately trying to Collect All Minions
The errors and lag this morning have been nothing short of absurd. I've pretty much stayed away since the sale started but I have things I need to do and this is just ruining it.

I it's gotten worse. Yesterday I was mostly having problem with the main shops, my shop and inventory. Today I can barely do anything!
Can't go to inventory without 504 and can't look at wishlists
Lag is everywhere on site but it's the worst for me in the training center. What normally would take a few minutes to flip training courses is now taking 30 minutes to over an hour. Between the timeouts and page reloads its horrible trying to finish classes and re-enroll pets.
This lag is so horrible that I won't stay long on the site. I did manage to do Melody and the Bath House and to post this

Where do I start? Today the lag is horrendous and the errors are EVERYWHERE! I can't go to user profiles, battle, do my quests, look at wishlist's and the forums won't load either. I'm hella frustrated and irritated. I won't be staying on site today
I'm sorry but my time is important too and when it takes an hour (yesterday - I haven't bothered today) to do 15 battle quests I'm going to be grouchy. Why can't we get a word about this issue? And getting a fix would be even better. So unfair the way this site treats the people that love it.
I came back to the site specifically for Lumi. My plan was to activate a gold account so I could do lots of quests and send lots of gifts, but with all the lag and errors it's not even worth it. This has always been my favorite time of year on Subeta, and I'm not even able to enjoy it. Sincerely hoping it gets fixed soon.
Seconding what everyone else has said here, especially . I came back specifically to do Lumi and I couldn't look at wishlists last night without a gateway error every 5 seconds. I managed to gift only 4 people in the span of an hour! ):
Really bummed about this, I hope it gets fixed soon. I acknowledge Staff is busy and totally respect that, especially during this time of year. I hope they're able to shed some light on these issues soon.
I can't access my collections, it's a crap shoot if I can access my pets or shop till, and it took a ridiculous amount of time just to start training my battle pet yesterday because of all the 504s.
At this point, I'd love to hear from staff what the procedure is for major lag/errors with the site. Who do we warn as users (if any)? How do we know as users someone from staff is aware? Or at least someone from staff that can warn anyone from staff who can do something about this? Is it just Keith? Anyone else? Subeta status site has proven to be useless yet again. No problems there, while we're struggling for 2-3 days. No point in updating after the fact.
