I haven't either. I can't focus on games if anything else is going on, or if I'm thinking about other things (same with reading, listening to music, movies, etc.). I don't know how people do it. If I'm in a group in FFXIV or WoW and something comes up, I apologize and drop out; if I'm at a point that can't be paused, I'll just deal with going back to my last save. I've dealt with people who did prioritize their game over anything else, though... it's frustrating to say the least.
