It's not at all like it used to be, the crowds are much smaller and the sales are awful. They are like normal sale prices and nothing special lol. You're not missing much 😂 I remember when I was a kid hearing about someone being trampled to death at a Walmart Black Friday sale... It's not at all like that anymore, thank goodness!

Yeah :D I'm glad to know I'm not the only one. I grew up very isolated, in a small town (I wasn't really allowed friends) and in a super religious home so I wasn't really introduced to popular movies, music or shows until I was like 16 and even then my mom was very strict about what I was allowed to watch/listen until I was 21 (to this day I struggle with new things because of their content and me thinking my mom would disapprove (although my fiance thinks it's cute I'm naive and not so pop culture literate and he calls me a his hayseed because of it and my upbringing, which I love)

Dang wow, yeah their not super big maybe six inches tall? And everything is already painted and precut out you just need plastic cutters and you just put them together no glue needed so I'm sure that helps speed up the process lol it is amazing though that I just built a literal action figure from disassembled parts in a few hours! I get why people like doing it :)

- I believe we've achieved the same status through different means. My pop culture and social ignorance comes because I was cut off from the outside world for 6 years. You see, I got really sick and as a result lost my eyesight. It took me a long time to recover and through most of that recovery I didn't want anything to do with the outside world. It wasn't until almost 2 years ago now that I found the technology that allows me access to my laptop and the internet, a screen reader. The first thing I did when I got on the internet was come here to see if my account still existed after such a long period of inactivity. I got lucky and now they couldn't budge me if they had a crane and a forklift. lol :D(And I realize I wrote all that and didn't answer the one question that always comes up: Yes, I'm blind. Completely. I can't even see light. If you have questions, please ask. I'm very open about it. :D )

I'm sorry to hear that has happened to you, I can't imagine how scary it is to lose your sight so fast but it's great that you have found a tool that can help you navigate the internet and enjoy this site again! I know for a lot of people this is a safe place to escape from the real world and I couldn't imagine not being able to escape to it anymore, or for such a long time. I'm glad you are here now though! It's been great to talk to you :)

I was definitely not impressed when I worked my first Black Friday at Target back in 2011 and people didn't go nuts 😂 They controlled how many people came in at once and had police officers on stand by lol.
