I was sick since the beginning of the year. I got on some antibiotics and I'm doing better now.

Grandma died recently and I'm waiting to hear news of when the funeral will be.

Besides that I'm good. Gotten back into filling up the bird feeder again. Mostly have seen Mourning Doves.

Gosh, I am doing terribly at keeping in touch lately. I haven't been on Subeta nearly as much as I was the last few months.

My bf is having complications from his surgery a month ago. We spent all this past weekend in 3 different hospital emergency rooms before they were finally able to help him. :(

Brian's step-dad is also in the hospital.. not doing well at all. sigh I've been doing a lot of praying lately.

Everyone was surprised when I gave a eulogy at my grandma's funeral. I tend to be quiet and they haven't seen me speak in public before.

Besides a migraine earlier, I'm doing well.

Finally have my next Kafka's Men book on pre-order.

Unfortunately, he isn't going to get better. They called the family in today... my Brian just sent me a text and said they just unplugged him. :'(

Goats?? I LOVE goats!! We were going to get some a few years ago... just as pets. But we have a lot of coyote around here.. and I told Brian I couldn't stand the heart break if something happened to them.

I've been good. Got a new parakeet. Her name is Freyja.

She was supposed to be Ghost's cagemate but it turns out Freyja is a guy and excited the older parakeet to the point she was laying eggs with no end in sight. So we have to keep them separated most of the time so Ghost won't lay eggs.

But egg fever was in the air and Jorah (cockatiel) decided to lay eggs earlier than normal.

i'm finally active again after an eight month long hiatus! feels good to be back B^)

Hello hello. I did it again! I am so sorry. I just haven't been very active on here lately. Sigh. But I've been doing a bit more. I still can't make myself do the quests like I need to. I NEED sP. I feel like I can't spend anything and that sucks. xD

I'm pretty good. Got some not so great medical news a few days ago. I see my Dr on the 16th and will find out more then. Ugh. It stinks to get old. I've not been doing much of anything. Staying inside in the AC.. I'm looking forward to Fall. Been playing the Sims 4 a decent amount lately. We just got a new pack which added horses to the game. It's been fun.

It's fine. And I'm also having to force myself to do quests.

Freyja's flight feathers grew in so she's flying around now. Jorah is starting a new clutch of eggs. Turns out cockatiels tend to lay two clutches per year (with a four month resting period between each).

Husband is going to need to have a procedure done as his legs aren't doing too good. It'll be an injection in the back which we're nervous about as, long story short, that caused a lot of his recent medical issues.

I'm doing okay. My acid reflux has grown worse and I'm now on another medication as well as the one I was on.

I hope your doctor's visit goes well well.
